- Tansy (10/5): - Reasonable price for London. Parking wasn’t too bad for London (I think about £18 a night). Room a decent size, well decorated and cleaned each day. We only had one towel and there were a few things that made this a 4.5 rather than a 5/5 stay. But i would stay again and would recommend it. Good value for money

Really friendly staff, very much a great boost to this place. Only real issue is that the shower screens arent wide enough, so water can end up over the foor.

- Yik Cinn Elizabeth (6/5): - The room have no plenty of light and plenty of chairs and I think more hanger inside the bathroom will be much easier for anyone, cause the sink hanger level is too close the toilet seat if no common sense after the COVID, so for 2 person how can we share a space without fixtures The lighting is terrible : yellow light plus only half room have lighting, the mirror on the hallway is only for decoration. Movie theme for hotel is a lovely idea but the basics need for customer need to be highly concern, and it is not possible to work inside the room at night as too less than any other hotel

- Amrut (2/5): Awful management. Decent hotel - The property was good and well appointed for the price. Well located and front desk was courteous and helpful. However the management of the property and Accor have been completely unresponsive and non amenable to a personal curio have tried to reach out for constantly. I had to change the 2 nights to 1 night and despite having a partially refundable rate and outreach. Nothing was done. Not even a response!! I ended up forfeiting 1 night. God awful management. (But then most chain hotel owners don’t have an ounce of customer service left in them!)

- Carrie (6/5): - Eating in the main lobby felt busy and uncomfortable, we had to wait for a table at breakfast, then had to ask for each food item as the breakfast bar wasn't restocked regularly, which was awful for the poor waitress who was on her own and incredibly busy. the kettle in the room was dangerous as well, it was not filled to capacity yet didn't switch off automatically and proceeded to overflow boiling water all over the desk and floor, this was very dangerous as almost burned.

It is a very dog friendly hotel and allowed in the breakfast area. Room was clean and spotless. Only a minor comment would be the water pressure in the bathroom could be better. It is near to Ealing Broadway station, easy to navigate in London.

- MarkLee (6/5): Aesthetic👍; doesn't warrant what I paid imo. - Room was a bit small (I didn't realise during booking so that's on me), and was surprised to not have a mini fridge or phone. Although, Hotels.com does recommend contacting the hotel directly about any requests, I would have thought when they forwarded my requests to the hotel that the hotel would have responded with either an approval or decline. As a severe OCD sufferer, my requests were extrinsically-linked to that and I was saddened to realise they weren't met. I think when you book you're paying for the area; although checking today, I have noticed the price to be under half what I paid a week ago. I can only assume that it was because the hotel took advantage of the concert happening in London that day, although I am a little miffed by that. For what I received, the little breakfast options and room service, I think other hotels are worth more per what they charge. I do like the aesthetic of the place with the movie themes without, but disappointed because of the cost.

- Daniel (10/5): - This was a beautiful hotel with a cool and modern cinema theme. Easy walk to tube. We used this location when visiting London for Oasis at Wembley and it was perfect. We got a bus from Wembley to the hotel no problem and avoided the masses heading to tube. Breakfast was also very nice.

Only had 1 towel in room for 2 people upon arrival, staff attended to matter immediately & courteously. Nice outdoor seating areas. Construction on building next door can be noisy & intrusive (if you want to open dark curtains to let light in). Easy check in & out.
- Frank (10/5): Quiet and relaxed stay - 2 Night stay to see daughter and grand daughter. Excellent from arrival to departure. Lovely hotel, very quiet and relaxed. Staff friendly and helpful. I normally just choose the easiest location for me. Must have tried about 5 different hotels in Ealing area. Don’t need to look around any more will definitely just choose this Ibis as long as they have availability.
- Nicky (6/5): Ibis styles - Comfortable bed. Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel left in the room for 2 people. When we asked at reception they only gave us 1 more. Nothing for the floor and only half shower door so floor got soaked leaving slippy surface. Mirror in the room had some sort of tarnishing all over it so couldn’t be used. Outside the plants are all dead and overgrown and building works going on on premises next door

Approximately 5-10 minutes walk to nearest Tube station, Ealing Broadway. Elizabeth Line gets you to central London very quickly. I would stay here again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Don't recommend - I stayed at the Ibis for one night and was disappointed by the quality of the room given the price I was paying. No double bed and the lighting was also terrible in the room I was in and very dim. Some amenities weren't working properly.
- RAFAEL (8/5): - I would have given it a 5 star except for few things. First, the place is clean. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Vinay is really pleasant and helpful. We like him. Another tall guy . He was helpful too. Redah is not pleasant . No smile on his face. Needs to learn how to properly communicate with people. He was like reprimanding us for eating on the dining area because we did not buy the food there. In front of other people. We have stayed in other hotels in other countries. We never had this issue. He could have said it in a nice way. The room is spacious and clean but there is no safe to put valuable items. No telephone. What if there was an emergency. First time I’ve seen a shower stall with half exposed. So water gets outside and the floor gets wet. For safety reason, no bar to hold on when you get out. The stall is raised. Limited TV shows. The place is walkable to train station and bus and stores and restaurant. The area looks safe.

- Liam (4/5): Disappointing and uncaring - Nice hotel for sure (I stayed there once before years ago) but sadly the service let me down this time. Due to medical reasons that I am unable to detail here, I missed the flight that would have got me to London for this booking. I called and messaged the hotel 4 days in advance to let them know and ask if they could offer me a different date (I informed them it was a non-flexible booking). They kept me waiting until the following week for a decision, and only then got back to me after I followed up. Finally I got an email just telling me flatly there was nothing they could do, meaning I had to book a new hotel for when I got back. It saddens me that Accor chose to profit from my misfortune on this occasion by taking my money while providing nothing in return.
- Daniel (8/5): - Pleasant stay at this hotel, good location, only 10 min walk to Ealing Broadway which is on the Elizebeth line, Breakfast is very basic but what you would expect for continental. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Would stay again.

Hotel had a movie themed vibe going on which was unique and had all the basic facilities as would be expected. Only issue for us was toilet got blocked on first use. Staff mentioned to use less toilet paper even though it was nowhere near excessive. Was quickly rectified but we had to be wary for the rest of the stay about the toilet usage.

Convenient location for the tube station and near a shopping centre with some restaurants very close by. - Sacha (4/5): Fair experience - We stayed here for one night. The location was great as it as close to all the stores around Ealing Broadway and the station. We were disappointed as the comfort was not the greatest. The room was extremely dark, the mirror was not clean as it had stains on it which made it difficult to use to get ready. There was a lack of pillows and towels. When taking a shower there is half a door and the water ended up coming out all over the bathroom floor. There is no way to prevent this unless you don’t take a shower. Overall, it was an ok experience.

- alex (10/5): - Great location for dining and transportation, bus stop is just outside the hotel door and tube is 10 minute walk with connections to anywhere in the city. Rooms are very clean but you have to ask for daily housekeeping and extra towels. Rooms could use some little extras like fridge or safe. We had to use the safe in the reception area which is not ideal. Staff (with 1 or 2 exceptions) are very friendly, kind and eager to help out clients. Will use same hotel chain for future travels.

- John (8/5): Great weekend stsy - Friendly staff and great looking hotel. Only down for us was looking right on to the building next door
- Sarah (10/5): - I liked the theme of the hotel. I didn’t like so much the breakfast options.
- Jade (10/5): Hotel stay - Great hotel. Love the movie theme - reception / bar area was awesome. We enjoyed a lovely beer outside in the sun too. Great location.
