When we questioned the staffs, their replies were so lame, they have initiated the process and asked us to wait, what a pathetic. Lets say we have processed the payment and we ask them to wait, will they allow us to checkout??

- Seng (8/5): - The front desk staffs are good. Particularly one young lady who is very attentive and patient over my different accent English. On my last second day 17 April 2026, I wanted to tip her sincerely 500 rupees for her excellence service but she politely turned down. I regret not able to remember her name. She has big eyes, tone texture with center parking long hair. I hope your management can compliment her kindness and excellence listening ears. Room is good with all the needs ready, especially 4 bottles of drinking water daily, particularly important during summer season. Restaurant food is tasty though a fruit juice dispensor will be much better. Staff Sarita is very professional, making guests feel home. Kudos! Overall a good memorable experience. Thanks for everything. As mentioned earlier, there is freeflow coffee and tea, but no fruit juice. Good to have one, especially during hot summer season.

- B.Menagah (5/5): - The room was clean Firstly, i have requested for airport transportation. There is no email has been responded on airport transfer makes me worried. But somehow the hotel driver was there. Check in was smooth, saw cockroach in the room and was informed to reception they have quickly offer me for an room move..I was happily packed my things and move to another room. In that room TV was not functioning properly. TV remote was not working. I have called reception few times and somehow fixed next day. Fridge no functioning I have called reception and they have send engineering people to checked yet he said it's functioning and he has increased the temperature. Till the next day the fridge not cold and it's not functioning at all. I'm tired of complaining so I have leave it. Please take note. Lastly I have confirmed airport drop off on my check out day. I asked for an wake up calls. There is no wake up called and the receptionist not even informed anything. I called receptionist and check whether the car already in lobby or not. Than I went to check the receptionist told me pay again on airport transfer I told her all payments has been made why I need pay again. Again she checked and confirmed no need to make any payments as all payments has been charged accordingly.. I'm totally disappointed

Had dinner in the Square restaurant of the hotel and when we reached the room got disturbed to clear the bill with a POS machine and on getting angry were told only signature was needed on the bill.(Which should have been taken in the restaurant) Morning breakfast ordered an omelette, finished the breakfast but never got it.

Booked with Accor app however we paid more than was booked on the app and when we questioned at reception we were told that it varies because of tax rates though the app quoted inclusive of tax. A part amount was given as credit but not the whole amount. Apart from this the stay was positive.

IRD services were poor. It took me 30 min to place a dinner call on 16th evening. There was no call back even. Additionally, though I was staying in the hotel, I was being asked to pay the bill in advance by the service boy. I have never experienced this in 25+ years of staying in hotels.

- isanyaverma (2/5): Poor service - I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience during check-out on 09/12/2025. I had requested a simple takeaway breakfast 50 minutes before my check-out, but I was informed repeatedly that it was “not possible.” I even asked for something minimal, such as cut fruits, whole fruits, or basic bakery items, yet I was still denied. I don’t believe it should take 50 minutes to arrange even two apples for a takeaway breakfast. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and the rude behaviour I encountered. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve guest satisfaction in the future.
