They tried to charge us for a soda we didnt consume. They didnt end up charging us though. But it delayed our checkout when we were ina rush to get to the airport.

- Jānis (3/5): Good location, bad sound isolation. - The service was good! :) Although the room and service were acceptable, the stay was completely overshadowed by the almost non-existent sound insulation. If someone in the neighboring room talked or even coughed, it sounded as if it was happening inside our own room. Every noise — including bathroom sounds — was clearly audible. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep even once. The lack of air ventilation made things even worse. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel if you value peace and comfort.

- Mai (7/5): - The front door staff were very nice and accommodating. They helped me with my luggage and made sure everything went smoothly when I arrived and when I left. The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a lot of variety. Some of the front desk staff were a bit rude. When I approached the desk with questions, I stood there waiting to be acknowledged, but the staff member did not look up or invite me to speak. I had to repeat myself several times before she responded, and when she did, her tone was very rude. Additionally, I was unable to stay in my room during the day because of ongoing construction. I reported this to the front desk, but I was told there was nothing they could do about it

- Ivy (4/5): - If you get this room for $30 a night it’s a fair price. Plumbing issues in the dining room. Something was broken and floor had water under tiles and towels always on the floor. Water from bathroom shower floods the bathroom floor. For the money I was charging a night I felt that was not the quality for the money.

No normal black tea and only awful powdered cordial. The room was a good size. The bathroom ridiculous. The tap just reached into the wash basin,but moved when turned on, toilet seat did not fit and moved, the shower was chest height and the bath was extremely slippery. The hand towels and bath towels were tiny. Nowhere to put toiletries either. The huge bed was really comfortable. Cleaning/ kitchen staff were pleasant. There was no swimming pool and no restaurant, as stated on the website

Tuy nhiên, khi nhận phòng thì nhân viên lại báo giá tôi đặt chỉ áp dụng cho 1 người/phòng, và yêu cầu phụ thu 250.000đ/người còn lại. Điều khó chấp nhận là lúc tôi đặt không hề có thông báo rõ ràng nào về việc giá chỉ áp dụng cho 1 người – giao diện đặt phòng mập mờ, gây hiểu lầm cho khách. Tôi có đối chiếu thử những ngày khác thì thấy vẫn cùng mức giá, dù là cuối tuần. Khi tôi phản ánh thì nhân viên trả lời kiểu: “Giá hôm nay khác chớ anh, hôm nay full phòng rồi, mai mới có giá khác.” Nghe thì có vẻ hợp lý, nhưng thực tế khách sạn chẳng full gì cả. Lúc tôi đặt thì báo hết phòng, vậy mà ngay sau khi tôi nhận phòng thì khách sạn lại âm thầm mở bán trở lại, thậm chí còn để giá thấp hơn, có luôn cả ăn sáng cho 2 người – trong khi phòng tôi đặt không có ăn sáng, lại còn bị đòi phụ thu thêm 250.000đ/người. Cảm giác như bị gài bẫy và móc túi một cách quá lộ liễu. Khách sạn có vẻ quy mô lớn, nhưng quy trình làm việc lộn xộn, nhân viên thiếu chuyên nghiệp, ứng xử tệ. Khi tôi phản ánh, thay vì lắng nghe, nhân viên có thái độ cãi tay đôi, nói chuyện trịch thượng, cuối cùng đưa tờ giấy yêu cầu ký vào việc đóng thêm 250.000đ/người như kiểu ép buộc. Tôi hiểu kinh doanh là để kiếm lời, nhưng làm dịch vụ mà thiếu minh bạch, chơi chiêu lập lờ để moi thêm tiền, thì chỉ có khách một lần rồi thôi, đừng mong có lần hai.

- Michael (4/5): It was average. - Small room, bed was not comfortable for me, probably ok for others. TV was poor standard. Had a large ghost Color through it line the picture tube was about to go. Hot water took a long time to get hot. The staff were excellent. Very helpful anyway they could.

Most mattresses in Vietnam we found to be very firm but these ones had absolutely NO give whatsoever. I now understand how the Flintstones must’ve felt sleeping on slabs of rock

- Nicholas (7/5): Sunrise Central Saigon - Nice hotel. Bathroom a bit tired, usual stained grout and sealant but not too bad. Staff were really helpful, welcoming and polite. The location was excellent - 10 minutes walk from the independence palace, war remnants museum etc, and 5 minutes from the market. Pretty good overall, although a bit noisy at night as it's on a very busy street. Not much. Buffet breakfast could have been improved, aircon was a bit hard to manage and street noise was a bit intrusive.

- Bob (1/5): Out of 12 hotels in Vietnam it was the only one without a window, the mattress and pillows were terrible, would not reco - Location The deceptive way it is marketed. In two weeks of travel in Vietnam we stayed in twelve hotels, maybe half of them charged a tax of around 60.000 dong but this was the first one that charged an additional 40-45000 as a service charge. The real kicker was that it was a google maps add, we booked through what we thought was Tripadviser who sublets it to booking .com, the initial add said 64% discount, after taxes and service charge this still came out to be a savings of about 300.000 dong compared to the price we were told walking in from the street. The kicker!? They elimate the advertised complimentary breakfast which is available at an additional 219.000 dong per person!!! We won’t be using trip advisor or booking.com again.

- Megan (8/5): - It was well priced, the beds were firm, you can hear people in adjoining rooms. The staff were lovely well positioned in the city walking distance to everything. Opposite a mini store which was convenient, buffet breakfast was ok. There are steps at the front of the property for those who go may struggle with access. For the price paid was very satisfied.

Meanwhile, the hotel has been changed and upgraded. I have seen some improvements. F.Y.I .This is my 3rd time to stay in this Hotel It is more convenient or better if each room has two cards/key.

- bhagchandw2024 (2/5): Not good - The staff was rude. I had reservation for Deluxe premium, but they were giving me normal Deluxe room. The room did not have a wardrobe and the wash basin was outside. Also lots of cockroach in room and in dining area where they serve breakfast. On change of room the staff was rude and said you are a cheater and abused me. Later on upgrade to suite they said first 200k dong per night but had to pay 400K per night. Would not recommend to go here. No manager has yet contacted me for an apologie.

The room was comfortable, clean and well presented. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

- Numeriano (3/5): So-so. - The location is good as it is very close to Ben Than market. The street where it is located is also quiet. My family booked a room tor 2 adults and 1 child (13yo). But upon arriving, the lady at the hotel counter said the hotel moved us to a smaller room upon noticing that only 1 guest was mentioned in the booking - the main guest - and said that the hotel did not see the need for a bigger room. In short, no matter how we insisted on our booking for 2 adults and 1 13 yo, the hotel placed us in a room with only in 1 queen bed where we could hardly move around and we were like canned sardines but still made to pay for the value of a bigger room and for three adults claiming that our original booking was already sold to another guest. The lady said it was the fault Booking.com. On the following two days, we we were moved to a bigger room - with 2 single beds - but still we had to pay for an extra adult (for the 13 yo) despite that our booking was for 2 adults and 1 13 yo child. The pillows were hard. If you are very keen on cleanliness, this hotel is not for you as the house cleaning merely did a perfunctory cleaning. The breakfast was good but other options are easily available outside the hotel property. The other good thing in in this property was my 13 yo child got to play on its piano placed by tnr main door.
