• Studio

  There are 3 apartments Loft Premium. The entrance is through Largo dos Stephens - the back of the building. 1 of the Loft has NO WINDOWS. To air naturally, without using air conditioning, you need to open the two doors of the apartment to the square. You can place tables and chairs outside to enjoy the terrace. All of the Lofts have fully equipped kitchen with dining table for four, living-room, sleeping areas and a bathroom with shower. Please note: exterior renovation works are currently taking place in front of the building. Works occur during standard daytime hours (9h–18h, Mon–Fri). All apartments are fully functional and unaffected inside.

• Anna-Marie (10/5): Magnificent! - We loved the apartment! It is beautifully and stylishly furnished and it was spotlessly clean. It is equipped with everything one could possibly need, including a great range of pots, pans and kitchenware. The high vaulted ceilings are a special feature and add to the feeling of spaciousness. The apartment is very well situated and within easy walking distance of the promenade and plaza.

• Printer Nepton (10/5): A wonderful first visit to Lisbon. The Residentss staff was attentive and helpful. I would go back and maybe try some of - Convenient location, private setting in the city, close to many restaurants and cafes. Short walk to waterfront and main shopping area. Nothing really. Other than some construction work outside property bit we were aware of it and did not cause any disruption. Though luggage storage was at another property - access was easy and staff were helpful. O would say that was an overall positive in the end.
• Nicola (3/5): Poor Customer Service, loud Building work noise and Damp problem - Good location, very clean, had everything you needed in a self catering flat. Lovely decoration and style. The damp smell was terrible and masked by 4 plug in air fresheners which was cloying. There was a dehumidifier switched on and I emptied it each morning and night. Also there is huge building work on an adjacent building in the square. I was told the noise would be minimal so kept the booking. But it was terrible from 8am till 8pm, you could not keep the door open or sit in the courtyard during this time. And builders constantly passing your terrace. I complained and was told it was not their fault about the building work BUT I was assured it would be minimal. Absolutely not true AND I asked for a reduction in price due to this and they said no. They said staff were not onsite till 9am but how can staff fix damp and building work! Eventually at 9.48am the morning we had to leave at 10am they offered a free extension checkout till 12pm BUT we had already left! Very disappointed in the customer service. Don’t stay here is my feedback.

• Aigul (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Lisboa - The apartment is so well designed with its bold colours and artworks, spacious and comfortable. All details are so well thought through. Comfortable bed, good quality bed linen, wooden floors, good water pressure in the shower. Location is perfect.

The location is excellent, very central, which made it easy for us to reach the main attractions and restaurants in the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were extremely attentive and always ready to help whenever we had questions or small issues. Communication was fast and efficient, and their support made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Tudo limpinho e organizado. Deixaram vários mimos pra nós e para minha neném inclusive o bercinho ao lado da cama com roupa de cama limpinha e cheirosa. A localização é perfeita, ao lado do time out e consegue fazer tudo a pé. Janelas anti ruído não tivemos problemas com barulho. Tudo muito bom, super recomendo. Tudo certo

Ondanks lokatie was het ‘s nachts stil in de hotelkamer. Geen raam in appartement. Niks dat open kon, benauwde ruimte. Geen mail gekregen met info over het inchecken. Ik had na 3 nachten gevraagd om extra handdoeken, geen reactie gekregen.
• Simon (7/5): Great location but not for families with children. - Definitely a wonderful place to stay if you are a couple and not a family(way too noisy). Nice staff that forgot to sent the key password for the main door but was nice to help when we phone them. Lovely little start box in the apartment when we arrived and fresh fruit. Great location if you just want to party and be in the city center. Close to many good restaurants. Not for families with children. So much noise from the streets all night and you can hear every word from the people outside through the ventilation in the bathroom. We did not get much sleep.
• Raphael (4/5): Expérience décevante. - Bon dialogue, bonne localisation. À l’entre dans le studio, l’odeur de moisi et de reflux d’égouts à peine (ou trop couverte) par un parfum de melon rance nous a d’abord dégoutée. Cela semble être dû au fait que ce n’est pas véritablement un studio mais plutôt une cave aménagée sans aération. L’humidité est très présente malgré un déshumidificateur que nous n’avons pas utilisé car bruyant. Pour preuve, les serviette restent humides et ne sèchent pas, et c’est sans doute cette humidité qui entretient l’odeur de moisi. Apres quelques minutes dans l’appartement, l’odeur néanmoins devient plus supportable, mais se sont alors les bruits de canalisation (et les remugles associés qui prennent le relais) qui gâchent l’expérience. En somme, nous avons été déçu par cette expérience. Je n’ai pas signalé les travaux à l’extérieur dans la cour qui donne directement accès à la rue car le propriétaire des lieux a fait un geste commercial en nous prévenant des désagréments à l’avance.

• Claudia (8/5): Excelente ubicación, lindo apartamento cerca de todo para caminar. - El departamento esta excelentemente ubicado, la decoración es linda y puedes caminar a muchos lugares de interés en Lisboa. La cama super cómoda y todas las instalaciones en general muy bien. La atención y comunicación con el coordinador excelente asi como la resolución de situaciones como de pronto una desactivación de código para abrir la puerta. En todo momento estuvieron atentos a nuestros requerimientos. Notamos que había un olor a caño en el área de la cocina, sobre todo al abrir la puerta debajo del fregadero.
• claudia (5/5): Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht. Lisboa ist traumhaft schön. - Schönes Haus, nettes Appartement Noch nicht sauber beim Check in, unangekündigte Baustelle in DIREKTER Umgebung. Beschwerde wurde auf uns abgewälzt. Wir waren 7 min vor 16 h (vereinbarter und frühester Check in). Das Personal hatte gerade erst mit der Reinigung angefangen und war erst um 16.15 h fertig. Es war dann noch immer nicht ganz sauber und ohne Anmerkungen hätte es noch schlimmer ausgesehen. Dies in Kombi mit dem extremen Baulärm war kein schöner Empfang.

• James (9/5): Lisbon loft - Location, value, high ceiling and a lot of natural light. The central location made public transport easy, and we could walk to many sights. On day 1 the elevator broke, but it was fixed by day 3. My wife did not like the shampoo provided.

• Mathieu (8/5): Concept interessant avec une mauvaise ingénierie. - L’emplacement est idéal car situé non loin à pied du cœur historique de la ville. La deco est sympa avec de belles voûtes en pierre. La literie est très confortable. Le studio est bien équipé avec toutes les commodités, frigo, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, etc. La plomberie aurait dû être vérifiée avant notre arrivée : l’évacuation de la douche était bouchée dès la première utilisation. L’évacuation des toilettes n’est pas séparée du réseau douche/lavabo, ce qui provoque des “glouglous” dans la douche quand la chasse d’eau est tirée (celle du studio, ou du studio du dessus) et parfois avec des mauvaises odeurs. Un autre point qui aurait dû être vérifié avant notre arrivée, est le grand volet de la porte d’entrée qui ne pouvait être manipulé correctement, ce qui garde l’endroit sombre continuellement. L’absence de ventilation entretien l’humidité dans le studio avec une forte odeur de moisi, que les multiples prises odorantes et le déshumidificateur bruyant n’arrivent pas à gérer.

• Klaske (8/5): Heel mooi ruim en schoon appartement in een lawaaierige straat - prachtig ruim appartement op een hele mooie top lokatie in Lissabon. Allemaal leuke restaurants op loopafstand en supermarkt om de hoek. Ook heel dichtbij een treinstation. Het appartement is erg gehorig. Iedere nacht liepen er luid zingende en pratende mensen langs die een kroeg kwamen uitrollen. De eigenaar van het appartement gaf aan ons wel oordoppen te kunnen geven. Ook intern is het appartement heel gehorig.

• Valentina (10/5): - Fantastic apartment, very comfortable, spacious and the living room was full of light from the massive windows. It really feels like a fancy home, rather than a rented space. Service was great too, very attentive and flexible.
• James (10/5): Great studio apartment in the heart of Lisboa - Great location, well appointed, spacious and clean. Once inside the apartment we had a great starter package of coffee, tea, butter, jam, crackers salt and pepper, oil and pasta and rice. Good shower, great bed and a nice quiet heater for the cooler temperatures. The hosts were very responsive to any needs, clean towels and bedding every two days. We travel 3-6 months every year, this is the first 10 we’ve ever given a place. Awesome restaurants and pubs a plenty within a 2 minute walk and a grocery store within a 5 min walk. No complaints we enjoyed our 10 day stay immensely!

We had a hard time seeing the keypad to enter the apartment during the day as there wasn't a light. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and glasses, but cooking equipment was a bit sparse, no chopping board or foil etc.
• Heather (8/5): Great location, comfy flat - Great flat, comfy, cosy and clean. There was building work next door, which could be a little noisy, but that was not anyones fault. There was some noise from revellers around Pink Street (very close by), but that was to be expected. The flat was in a very central location, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Also close to public transport and the river. Recommended.

• Boris (9/5): - Оригинальное помещение на первом этаже в уровень с землей, ранее, видимо, использовалось как коммерческое. Большие окна-ворота-вход в помещение - перекрываются на ночь деревянными створками, что очень атмосферно, но и лишает жилье света. Летом при ярком освещении - наверное, хорошо). Зимой - темновато. Очень атмосферно, идеально чисто, очень удобная кровать, большой выбор разных типов подушек. Полноценная кухня - с посудомойкой, стиралкой, холодильником. Идеальное место - рядом улица с барами, рынок, вокзал, Ашан, и всё достопримечательности. Не хватает замка с ключом на вторых стеклянных дверях при входе, таким образом на ночь приходится закрывать ворота в помещение), и перекрывать почти весь свет.
• Amol (1/5): This property falls well below acceptable standards for hygiene, safety, value, & is best avoided - The only positive aspect of this property is its convenient location, with easy access to buses, trams, and trains. However, the property is located very close to Pink Street, and if you are staying from Thursday through Sunday, the noise levels are extremely high. It was virtually impossible to get any sleep due to loud music and crowds late into the night. I also felt the area was unsafe. On one occasion, someone shouted a warning about bag snatching in the vicinity. Additionally, intoxicated patrons from nearby bars urinated directly outside our room door. The property is not a gated or secured facility, and the room doors are accessible to anyone passing by. I reported these incidents to the property management and shared photographic evidence, but no action was taken to address the situation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise travelers to avoid staying at this property, especially if safety, comfort, and rest are important to them. I have attached some pics that I took from the window of the room. its a completely unsafe... Honestly, there was nothing I particularly liked about this property. In my view, it is not worth the price charged. I paid €180 per night, which was significantly higher than the value delivered. The property even requested an additional €45 for early check-in, which set a negative tone from the beginning. While the room and bed were spacious, that was the only acceptable aspect. Everything else fell short—service quality, guest support, and overall management responsiveness. There was no on-site staff or point of contact who showed empathy or willingness to assist when issues arose. As a frequent and experienced traveler, this stands out as one of my worst accommodation experiences. Based on the cost and overall experience, I cannot recommend this property.

• Paulius (7/5): - Location is perfect 👌 I travel quite often, but first time , check in so late and check out so early, if you want check in at 2pm you need pay 40€ sound like rip off and check out 10am and if you want leave later you need pay again 🫣

The front door. While pretty, was hard to open from the inside. Would like to open window/have light with having to open entire front door for safety.

Le personnel est très réactif en cas de problème ( le code ne fonctionnait pas) et facilement contactable par mail Le code ne fonctionnait pas, pas de mode d’emploi pour le chauffage et le lave-vaisselle. Manque une passoire et un micro-ondes. Un rideau serait apprécié (nous étions en studio au rez-de-chaussée )ainsi qu’une lampe supplémentaire. L’appartement est sombre car pas de fenêtre

• Sofia (8/5): Excelente!! - El departamento es enorme y muy cómodo. Con todas las comodidades y utensilios para disfrutar de unos días en Lisboa. La cama muy cómoda, dos sillones bien grandes, una mesa cómoda para comer, la cocina espaciosa. Todo impecable y limpio. Un poco ruidoso ya que a unas cuadras hay movimiento nocturno y justo había una obra de construcción al lado. No me gustó que el check out fuera tan temprano y el check in tan tarde.

• Irina (8/5): Perfect location to explore the central part of the city and nice design - Plenty of bars and restaurants around, very lively and beautiful street. It feels a little bit like sleeping in a coffee-shop, having the entrance on the ground floor through a large vitrine. Very nice design, high ceilings, very clean. Nespresso machine with tabs, fridge, oven and microwave. We were welcomed by a beautifully decorated table with sweets and presents and the communication with the host was very easy and friendly! Self check-in and check-out was perfect. Just as a heads-up: the streets are very narrow, steep and lively, even by taxi it was a bit challenging to get to the apartment. The four beds are within one room, and the bathroom is integrated within this room and the door of the bathroom could not be closed properly. Overall it was a bit humid, but there is a drying machine that should be left working while not in the room. What was a little disappointing is that we had huge surfer gear that we were keeping in the in-between behind the wooden and the glass door (so outside of the apartment). We asked if we could leave it for 1 hour after checkout, however we were not allowed to and the only solution was to bring our luggage to their storage room which was 700m away (up).

While this was a self-check-in site, staff were readily available to offer extra services, make suggestions or answer questions. This was excellent. I liked everything—it was an awesome offering.

• Cronier (10/5): Great room for 3 - Great spot in the heart of Lisbon. It worked perfectly for me and my daughters. The sofa bed was made up and comfortable, the room was well supplied and clean. The staff responded immediately when contacted by text. A complementary room cleaning was nice on the 2nd day. Nothing.

• Catherine (6/5): - Great location. Washing machine was very appreciated. Air con was incredibly noisy and rattled. Given that there are no windows that can be left open at night to provide air flow, we had to use the air con all night. It got very stuffy and noisy. It must be unbearable in summer. We were also told we could leave our bags in the room before check in at 4pm. Later we were told that this would incur up to €65 feet and that we had to leave them at a different location. The info provided stated it was only a 15 min walk but it was all uphill and it was super hot - we weren’t particularly impressed at the inconsistent information and then the surprise fee to leave our bags at the actual property.
• Pam (10/5): - Centrally located. Clean and staffs response to questions are super fast and efficient. The 4 pm late check in. We have to store the luggage at different location. That makes it difficult when you have an elderly person in the group.

• Matthew (8/5): Great location very well equipped apartment - Very well appointed, huge space - great kitchen with washing machine which is handy. Bed was really comfortable. Very spacious and beautifully decorated Nothing really. There is building work taking place outside and whilst the sound proofing is fabulous and didn’t disturb us, sitting outside with the patio furniture as per the pictures isn’t an option. The building site is right outside. They don’t start until 830 am and it didn’t worry us but be aware.
