• Ahmet (1/5): Pişmanlık, hayal kırıklığı, rezillik. - Ortak havuz yok, aileler ayrılmak zorunda ,haremlik selamlık yapılmış. Yemekler BERBAT. Termal otel olmasına rağmen havuz için havlu veya peştemal hiçbir şey verilmiyor.Bir geceden sonra oteli terk ettik, içimiz karardı, bunalıma girip kaçtık

Instalaciones viejas y descuidadas.Es todo para turcos.Estuvimos una noche de paso.No repetimos.El complejo termal está en decadencia como todo el conjunto.Mujeres y hombres separados.Carisimo.Comida,solo y exclusivamente turca.Nos miraban como bichos raros.No hablan más que turco.Perros callejeros por el recinto.Los gatos se da por supuesto como en todo Turquía.Eramos los únicos europeos..El apartamento daba pena lo descuidado y roto que estaba.Las fotos que ponen en la web ,serán de cuando lo construyeron.Nos sentimos engañados.

• Cristina (10/5): Exceptional - All : thermal water from pools and from the room, the foods was tasty. We waited a long time for check -in because we didnt understand each other because reception staff didnt speak english and they were overwhelmed by the situation because it was crowded.

• Alexey (7/5): Good SPA, old rooms/aparts. - Good thermal SPA (big and clean) - unfortunately SPA is separated for male and female, but you can find this information in Hotel rules before booking. Children up to 5 years can visit both parts with one of their parents. Friendly staff. Possible to find english speaking help if you try. Heating in rooms during cold season. Big choice of good quality food on breakfast, lunch and coffee-break. Old and not very clean rooms, smoke smell in non-smoking rooms. Price-quality ratio didn't correspond to expectations.

If listing with an international service like booking.com, then the listing should clarify that the staff doesn't speak English. We found it very difficult to communicate. The room was too hot, with no thermostat to turn down the heat. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We did not get the room that we paid for. Listing was not accurate.

Hafta sonu devre mülk satımından dolayı yoğunluk cok fazla olduğundan medeni bir sekilde yemek yemeyi unutun? Restaurantada sadece nasıl yer kapabilirim derdine dustuk? Bu arada masada bardak olmadığı için bardak sorduk? cam bardak kalmadığını ve kâğıt bardaklarla idare edeceğimizi söylediler? Pazar sabahı uyandığımızda kaldığımız binada elektrik kesintisinden dolayı ve o binada jeneratör olmadıgından dolayı sular bile akmıyordu? Sadece olumlu olarak Neriman hnm. diye bir arkadaşımız gerekli yardımlarla bize hotel imkanlarını sağlamaya calıstı.Ozellikle bu 5 yıldızlı tatil köyünün aciliyetle RECEPTION elmanlarını değiştirmesi kendi yararlarına olacaktır. Hotels. com olarak bu kalitede bir tatil köyünü portröyünüzden çıkartmanızı tavsiye ederim.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Thermalhotel in der Nähe von Afyon - Bad mit Thermalwasser, Küche mit Geschirr und Waschmaschine, Wohnzimmer mit zwei Schlafchouch, grossesSchlafzimmer und zwei Balkone Halbpension mit Buffet. Gegessen wird in einem separaten Haus. Wo auch ein Supermarkt drin ist Badtücher wurden für uns 2 mal am Tag gewechselt

Küvetin içinden pislik akması hoş olmadı. odada çay, su, vb. herhangi bir şey bulunmuyor. odalarda klima da yok (gerçi afyonda gerek olmayabilir). yatak küçük ve rahatsızdı, odadaki telefon çalışmıyordu. resepsiyonla cep telefonu vasıtasıyla iletişime geçtik. odadaki lambalar ucuz beyaz renkli tasarruflu lambalardandı. yatak odasındaki patlaktı, çalışmadı. kahvaltı çok zayıf, afyon gibi bir yerde sucuk bile bulunmuyor. ayrıca arabanız yoksa, resepsiyon, odalar ve restoran arası baya yol var.
