- Kate (10/5): Absolutely superb! - Excellent location. Ski bus right outside hotel that gets to non-busy ski lift (but that links to Mayrhofen area) directly in 5 mins. Fantastic rooms with excellent interior design, spa area was exeptional with 2 saunas and a steam and the pool area too like a 5* British one. Food outstanding - half board 5 courses per night all finest cuisine and breakfast buffet the best of Austrian fare. Cleanliness of entire place was exceptional. Nothing - it was absolutely top notch in every way.

- Lukáš (9/5): Skvělý wellness hotel s výbornou kuchyní - Překvapivé byly večeře - normálně bych čekal typické velké porce a nezdravá jídla, ale tady byly v podstatě degustační menu vysoké kvality! Skvělé také bylo spa a bazén. Příjemný odpočinek po celodenní práci. ráno jsem si chtěl vzít termosku na snídani a poprvé se mi stalo, že mi to bylo zakázané. Poté už mi jí nalévali bokem teplou vodou.

- Susan (9/5): Perfect stay at this modern and friendly hotel! - A big, modern and luxuous hotel with the classical Tiroler atmosphere and cosiness. Very friendly staff. Delicious food. Comfortable room. Wellness on site. Good price. We had a perfect stay!! Nothing really. It's not at walking distance from skilift, but that was no problem for us. There's a skibus nearby.

Vreselijke onhartelijke ontvangst door eigenaresse. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Ik moest enorm lang wachten op een begroeting omdat ze nog in haar pc aan het werk was. Ik kreeg het idee dat alleenreizenden niet welkom zijn of worden wantrouwd. Bedienend personeel verder beleefd en aardig. De kamer was spartaans. Ik voelde me echt weggestopt in de kelder. Er was geen balkon laat staan uitzicht. Er was geen zitje op de kamer. De matras was ronduit een schandaal en helemaal doorgezakt. Daardoor slecht geslapen. Er was geen mogelijkheid om koffie of thee op de kamer te zetten. Menig jeugdherberg is luxer. Bij vertrek geen enkel vriendelijk woord. Ik kreeg het gevoel dat de eigenaresse geen zin heeft in in haar ogen tweederangs gasten. En dat terwijl de prijzen echt behoorlijk zin.

- Jiri (8/5): 8/10 - Výborná kuchyně Blízko na vlek Obsluha Tenké zdi v pokojích. Nemůžete usnout protože slyšíte jak vedle někdo chrápe ! Nepohodlné postele pro děti ( nejsou to klasické postele). Za ty peníze pro 4 osoby je to neadekvátní. Zápach na pokoji. Je potřeba investovat do obnovy.

- PETRA (10/5): Ein schöner Urlaub,man kann individuell planen und wird auch beraten. - Das Personal hat immer ein offenes Ohr und ist mit Freude bei der Arbeit. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend, alles unkompliziert. Man bekommt die Zillertal Aktivcard dort und die ist gold wert. Das kleine Schwimmbad ist sehr schön und von 7 bis 20 Uhr nutzbar. Von dort kann man mit der Zillertalbahn schnell an sein Wanderziel gelangen. Mit dem Essen wird außergewöhnlich liebevoll umgegangen,sehr stilvoll angerichtet. Wenn ich noch länger da gewesen wäre.

Kan købe liftkort på hotellet og gode busforbindelser til lifterne.

Great location (Bichl), good ski and the Hotel (Theresia) was excellent in every possible way: super-friendly, great hospitality! The staff attended to every need we had and made sure we know how to move in the area, explained in detail the ski options we had, ski-passes bought at the reception desk, great breakfast, really nice facilities / sauna / gym area / relax room etc., very clean and the half-board option proved to be ideal for us! The area has many ski resorts and gondolas and supports all tastes, as well as great accommodation, good accessibility via frequent ski buses and variety of lifts. Overall a very nice experience and we’ll be coming back for sure in Zillertal and especially in Hotel Theresia!!

- Siobhan (10/5): Amazing family run hotel - great food! - We loved everything about this our stay at Hotel Theresia. The spa and pool were new, clean and v relaxing. Doris and her staff were great, really helpful and always smiling. The food was excellent, we loved every meal. Great choice at breakfast. There are two bus stops right outside to take you to several vast ski areas. The train station also less than 10mins walk to connect you direct to Mayrhofen. We will definitely be back. Nothing. We couldn't fault it.

- Richard (10/5): Great service, facilities, food, location - Very friendly family-owned hotel. Great service and facilities. Dinner and breakfast were both great - and the wellness facilities as well. Location is in between Mayrhofen and Zillertal Arena ski areas - both just a few minutes drive.
- Dejan (9/5): Very nice familiy hotel - Food is really nice and tasty. Swimming pool area is perfectly clean. Parking, el.car chargers are allowed, Perfect location between Zell and Mayerhofen. You can easily drive to the ski slopes Menus should be in English too.
- Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice staff. Spacious rooms, always clean and close to the restaurant and parking. Breakfast with regional food and fresh juice, dinner with many courses and delicious. They allowed us to come with dog. We will definitely come back. Nothing special, the beds could be a bit harder
- Carol (10/5): - Loved our stay here. We had a family apartment with two bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. Perfect for my husband and I along with our three grandchildren. Walk to river takes less than 10 minutes and there is a splendid walking and cycling path there. Beautiful town and hotel.

- Liam (6/5): Pleasant - The staff in the restaurant were great and food was excellent. Dinner is 6-8pm and spa 4.30-8pm so not enough time to enjoy a spa and dinner. It would be much better if spa had longer hours like most Austrian hotels.

- Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice personnel, always helpful and kind. Apartment with one bedroom for children and big bedroom for us was modern, quiet and absolutely clean. Wellness area with sauna and pool - fantastic. Breakfast and dinners were delicious, tasty local cuisine. We would recommend for sure and hopefully come back. View from the apartment was quite poor - very close to the neighbor houses (reconstruction), but it is not a hotel fault.
