• Lourdes (8/5): Que no te vendan la moto! - Lo que más nos gustó fue aparcar al lado del apartamento gratis por las fechas que eran, el tener un supermercado súper cerca, el trayecto fácil a Port Aventura y el color alegre del apartamento. Lo que no nos gustó es que nos intentasen engañar en la Oficina de Ona Jardines Paraisol, ofreciendo un apartamento que fuimos a ver, decían de calidad superior, mucho más viejo y sobrio, con un sofá cama y una cama de matrimonio (1 habitacion) mejor valorado decían... inventándose que el que habíamos reservado era de peores condiciones (tenia 2 habitacines aunque las camas de los txikis eran bastante estrechas..), que estaban haciendo obras ( Si, pero super lejos ) era más alegre con colores vivos y una terraza en forma de L.. aunque nos costó dar dentro de los apartamentos con el nuestro... busca el tuyo en edificios sin numeración ni letras.. apañate! Unos sinvergüenzas y les salió mal la jugada, por mucho que digan que no fue a mala fe.
• Christophe (6/5): Un peu déçu par l’appartement. - Sa proximité avec la plage a 5 minutes à pied et des places de parking aisées aux alentours. Piscine fermée , appartement pas très bien isolé, baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas, bref assez moyen.

• Ricardo (7/5): - El apartamento es grande y diáfano. La tranquilidad de noche era absoluta; suponemos que en temporada de verano la cosa es muy distinta, puesto que el apratamento 223 que es el que estuvimos, da al patio que es todo parking para una cantidad importante de coches. En general está bien equipado salvo en lo que se refiere a menaje de cocina, Comunicamos en recepción las siguientes cosas: Lo primero es el fastidio de tener que ir a Salou a recoger y devolver las llaves, además del horario del día de salida. El plato de la ducha resbala muchísimo y eso es muy peligroso. Respecto al menaje: sólo hay un vaso por persona en la cocina; ni siquiera un par de copas de vino u otro tipo. Entre otras cosas que faltan, no hay un triste sacacorchos; tuvimos que bajar al bar a que nos abrieran la botella. Sobre la mesa del comedor sugerimos un cambio; los brazos se enganchan en la superficie y sólo hay unos gastadísimos mantelitos de plástico individuales y además se mueve inestable. Sugerimos otras cosas de mantenimiento pero tampoco es relevante ponerlo aquí.

• Díaz (4/5): Necesita mejorar. - Fuera de temporada es un lugar tranquilo y con mucho aparcamiento cercano. Estaba limpio. Personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Recepción en Salou, como a 9 o 10 kilómetros. Fianza de 200€ que no se avisa previamente, te enteras con la reserva ya hecha, en el primer mail que te envía el alojamiento. Cuando reservé la habitación aparecía que tenia wifi en el listado que aparece a la izquierda cuando vas a elegir habitación (ya no). Sin WIFI en el apartamento y con una cobertura para datos horrible hace que sea imposible trabajar, ni siquiera usando el movil como punto de conexión. Se me ofreció posibilidad de cambiar de pueblo y yo no acepté, ya había reservado una habitación con wifi y preferí marcharme una noche antes a otro hotel, trabajadores, evitad estos apartamentos. Se oye absolutamente todo de los apartamentos colindantes.

• Nastia (5/5): Limpieza hay que mejorar - La casa en verdad sucia.Cuando entramos el baño estaba lleno de meados y la ducha con los pelos. La cocina a medias sin funcionar en verdad poco que desear pero bueno quitando eso bien pero la limpieza la tienen que mejorar eso si .

• Matt (9/5): Absolutely exquisite personel, wonderful apartment, will definitely be my top choice in the area! - The apartment was fantastic. Nice bed with a firm matress, nice comfortable sofa, lovely view of the pool and palm trees, nice comfortably large patio, full set of towels, hot shower water, nice large clean fridge and freezer, etc. There's nothing I could really fault the apartement for. Very satisfied with everything! Also, extremely happy with the personnel. All employees I spoke with, via booking.com messages or on the phone or in person, were extremely helpful and positive and made all interactions feel positive and smooth. From the person who calmed me down and offered solutions, when I called to say I would not be able to make it in time to pick up my key on the first day, to the person who handled my check-in on the following day, to the person who handled my check-out and happily plotted on a paper map the route I would have to follow in order to locate the bus stop for my trip back to Barcelona. And, before that, through all the booking.com messages, where support was offered genuinely generously and warmly. Sincerely, fully impressed with the level of positivity and help I received from every one of them, thank you! I don't know if this was my misunderstanding, but there was no bin in the loo. I did locate a bigger bin under the sink, in the kitchen, but I would have expected a typical smaller bin in the loo. I did let the person handling my check-in know and he said he would tell the housekeeping staff, but a bin was not brought to the apartment before I checked out. My biggest gripe was probably the time and effort it took me to locate the apartment. Granted, this was also explained to me the following day, had I been able to get there in time, I would have been given clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. However, the way things turned out, I picked up my key from the safe and the only instructions offered were "Building #, Floor #, Apartment #". Following the GPS, it took me to Aquamarina 2, which I only noticed after a long time of effort. The key I was given was able to open the front gate and the front door of two buildings. This made it look like I was in the right place, but I wasn't. It was only after I saw that I was in Aquamarina 2 that I decided to walk around and finally found Aquamarina 1 and found my building and apartment. I can't fault the personnel AT ALL, but it was not the best experience after having traveled for hours to get there. Again, I'm not blaming anyone, it would just have been a lot smoother, if a bit more information had been provided, either on the booking.com website or the communication received or even on the envelope left for me in the safe.

• Ramon (4/5): - La situació del apartament molt be -          La piscina molt gran i tranquil·la             El personal de recepció de Ona Jardines Paraisol  molt atents Anar a buscar les claus del apartament a Salou + de 8 km= 8+8 = 16 km Tornar les claus del apartament a Salou a + de 8 km = 8+8 = 16 km Total + de 32 km per tema claus  ho trobo bastant  ?? ............................................................       Suport del toldo  del balco ,costat  esquerra trencat  (5) ............................................................ El  primer dia ,resulta molt engorros localitzar l’apartament ,ja que el complex residencial  son varis edificis i estan mol mal identificats. El complex de l’apartament te moltíssimes portes d’entrada i sortida i per totes necessites claus i sols te deixen un joc de claus , resulta molt incòmode entrar i sortir quan ets mes d’una persona.  El bullidor d’aigua ,no funcionava be  Taules , molt brutes olioses i apegaloses Exterior de la rentadora molt bruta ( 174633) Balco , vidres i persianes mol brutes (2 ) ( 3 ) (4 ) La neteja en general molt malament Culleretes de cafè sols tenia 2 Un dels plats petits postres ,estava escantellat  per tirar-lo Al cobrar 200 € de fiança , penso que tindrien que facilitar-te una llista , o revisar  ells que estigues tot i funciona . Tema d’aparcament a la pineda a tot el poble tot, tot zona verda o zona blava (de pago ) els mesos d’estiu  del 15 juny -15 set . Buscarem altres destinacions per gaudir les vacances
• philippe (6/5): Attention caution - Appartement agréable au calme avec des possibilités de parking gratuite, ce qui est rare dans le coin.  Piscine collective très agréable avec maître nageur.  Paiement d'une caution de 200 € et passage à une agence pour récupérer les clés et les rendre est particulièrement désagréable. D'autant plus que la caution est payée sans avoir vu préalablement l'appartement sans doute pour éviter quand on parte avec le faire à passer à moitié cassé ou un grille-pain vetuste. Équipements au strict minimum, même pas de produit pour nettoyer l'appartement alors que nous sommes sous la menace d'une caution.  Il faut partir sans savoir comment sera apprécier l'État d'appartement et donc le retour de la caution.  Pas de machine à café ni de Wi-Fi, ni lave-vaisselle.  Accueil sans générosité mais dans la méfiance.  Agence d'autant plus inutile qu'elle est très difficile de la joindre une fois que vous avez payé 
• Victoria (5/5): Un apartamanto con piscina que no cumplió expectativas - La piscina es muy grande y bonita. Tiene tumbonas y a veces se puede encontrar sitio. Hay bloques de cemento donde se puede poner la sombrilla de playa. Tamboén hay zona de hierba y árboles para los que quieren sombra. La ubicación es buena, cerca de la playa. Al llegar a Salou a recoger las llaves nos informaron de que nuestro apartamento no estaba listo, que había un problema con la luz. Nos alojaron en el hotel de Salou por una noche. Al día síguiente a las 11 nos llamaron para mudarmos. Este día ha sido perdido ya que no pudimos disfrutar ni de la piscina ni de la playa. Al menos nos ofrecieron parking. Reclamamos una indemnizacion y el hotel no quiso ofrecer nada, tuvimos que reclamar a booking. Otra questión es que nos prometieron vistas a la piscina cuando nos informaron de que no íbamos a entrar a nuestro apartamento. Luego lo negaron todo. Pues cuando llegamos a nuestro apartamento, las vistas eran al parking y a carretera con contenedores de basura. Por la noche se escuchaban los coches. Solo hay aire acondicionado en el salón. En los 2 dormitorios no hay. Estuvimos en agosto y nos freimos. La piscina estuvo cerrada durante 3 días, porque un niño ha hecho caca en la piscina de adultos. Pagar por un piso con piscina y no tenerla no hace gracia. Al menos nos han hecho un cambio de sabanas y toallas y limpieza por este inconveniente. Otro defecto del piso es que la vitroceramica es MUUY lenta, flojita. La carne no se fríe, se cuece. Y se tarda una eternidad en cocinar. Otra cose que no nos gustó es que el vecino, propietario de su piso, fumaba en el balcón y el humo entraba en nuestros dormitorios. Dormíamos con las ventanas abiertas, por supuesto. Al comentárselo contestó que el estaba en su casa. Si no recuerdo mal, nuestro piso era 205. No lo recomiendo a nadie. Hay que pedir expresamante vistas a la piscina pero no está garantizado.

El suelo con arena de playa, Tuvimos que limpiar el apartamento entero porque mi hijo tiene alergia. Polvo por todos los sitios. Y lo peor es que te quejas y nadie te dice nada No lo aconsejo para nada.

• Montserrat (7/5): Correcto - El apartamento muy bien aunque las camas individuales son muy pequeñas, balcón muy grande, la piscina muy grande y con opciones para pequeños y escaleras para gente mayor. Que necesitas las llaves para todo, para salir y entrar de la piscina, que tengas que ir a por las llaves a Salou y que si te dan dos juegos tengas que volver a Salou a dejarlas. La poca presión del agua en la ducha, que no tenga parquing y toda la zona es azul y verde. Solo hay 4 sillas para comer dentro y el apartamento era de 6. Los vecinos gritan hasta altas horas y el camión de la basura/limpieza te despierta de madrugada.

Faltaban productos de limpieza y un segundo juego de llaves para acceder a las instalaciones. Hay que tener en cuenta que no dispone de aparcamiento y que en los alrededores hay zona verde.

• Troisi (5/5): We were Very Disappointed with Ona Apartments, - The location When we made this booking it was not stated that we had to go to a different location from the apartment to collect the keys. We were on the understanding that someone would be there to meet us at the apartment with the keys. This has always previously been the case with other accommodation provides. On the day we arrived We had to collect the keys in Salou then we had to get a taxi From Salou to la Pineda €25 after travelling all night, three hour trip to get to Dublin airport, flying into Barcelona airport then getting the bus into salou, two hour journey, to get to the office to collect the keys, which was not easy when you are carrying suitcases and trying to navigate through the street of Salou,Eventually when we found the office the attitude of the staff was terrible. We explained how we were travelling all night and they agreed to provide a Taxi and pay for the fare to La Pineda, When the taxi arrived my wife asked the man on the desk to explain that they we going to cover the fare he did talk to the taxi driver. When we arrived at la pineda the Taxi driver was looking for his fare, we expained the company was going to pay for the fare, we asked him to ring the office. when he did they refused. When we booked this accommodation there was no mention of collecting the keys in Salou, only the day before leaving we found this out, we tried all day prior to leaving to ring the office of the accommodation, To get a menber of the staff to meet us at the apartment in la pineda without much success. we rang Booking.com a number of times that day, we were told that it was unacceptable that we had to go around chasing keys and they would sort it out only to be told that they were waiting for the manager to get back to them, which never happened

• Eithne (7/5): La Pineda is a beautiful place to stay. - Property located 5 mins walk from the beach. Lots of supermarkets very nearby We had to go to Salou to collect keys and drop off keys on checkout. Not suitable when you are travelling with children. Also, there were no sun umbrellas by the poolside. Being fair skinned, necessary to have access to shade.

La entrada es a las 16,00 horas, se entregan las llaves a 15 km del apartamento y luego hay que desplazarae otra vez para dejar las llaves a las 10.00 de la mañana.La mayoria de veces en la oficina no hay nadie, cuelgan cartelitos de ahora volvemos y no. Tendrían que hacer un replanteamiento del funcionamiento para que fuera más práctico. Reinventarse porque los apartamentos en sí están bien. Hasta entonces hay apartamentos mejores por el mismo precio.

• Verified traveler (8/5): nos gusto - el apartamento estaba en un sitio buenisimo, todo cerca!! nos gusto mucho la ubicacion. el sofa cama era mas bien incomodo ( ya lo esperabamos..) y el apartamento estaba bastante sucio...( las toallas marrones y las sabanas con manchas. pero eso si la piscina super chula y en general nos gusto mucho. era tranquilo y correcto
• Malin (8/5): Fräsch lgh och pool - Superfräscht boende. Helt ok säng. Jättefint poolområde. Luktade avlopp i badrummet, inte så fräscht men det var väl egentligen det enda dåliga. Köket kunde varit lite bättre utrustat. Det var aningen spartanskt.
