- Katia (4/5): E' stato un vero peccato vedere tanta bellezza trascurata. - Gli ambienti sono tutti ben arredati, il parco è fantastico. Migliorerei la pulizia. La location è molto bella ma sembra trascurata, trasandata ed è un vero peccato. La camera non era pulita, il letto in finta pelle tutto scrostato, brutto da vedere. Linterno dell'armadio tutto impolverato, l'interno della doccia con la muffa. Le stanze tutte arredate egregiamente, ma poco pulite. La colazione era mediocre. C'era poca varietà nel salato e nel dolce niente di chè.

- Silvia (8/5): Bellissima struttura, ma dettagli del servizio da migliorare - La villa è arredata con grandissimo gusto e offre un'atmosfera davvero piacevole. La nostra camera si è rivelata spaziosa, pulita e ottimamente disposta. Nota di merito anche per il letto, veramente comodo. Servizio Colazione. Eravamo in tre persone e sul banco del buffet era presente un solo cornetto. Quando una coppia arrivata dopo di noi ha chiesto ulteriori croissant, il personale ne ha portato solo un altro, specificando che non ce n'erano più a disposizione. Una scelta di pasticceria così limitata non è accettabile per un servizio a buffet. Presentazione dei Prodotti: I succhi di frutta e le spremute vengono serviti in bottiglie tipiche dei liquori. Questo rende i prodotti difficilmente riconoscibili a colpo d'occhio. Problemi con il Wi-Fi: non sono riuscita ad accedere alla rete direttamente dalla camera.

The villa is set off the road in its own large mature gardens and is beautifully decorated inside. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is croissants, cakes, cheese, salami etc and is ample. Cooked dishes available upon request and the coffee excellent. Nothing

- antonella (1/5): Esperienza pessima - Non ho fatto il soggiorno La struttura mi ha chiamato alle ore 15.00 del giorno di arrivo per dirmi che avevano un problema con l'acqua calda e quindi dovevamo trovarci un'altra sistemazione e che avrebbero detto a Booking che non ci eravamo presentati!! Ho detto che per noi era un problema trovare un'altra sistemazione a quell'ora, perchè era pieno quasi dappertutto. La signora mi ha detto che avrebbe provato lei a trovarmi un'altra sistemazione ma non si è più fatta sentire. Come rovinarsi 3 giorni di vacanza !!!

- Eugenio P. (10/5): - La struttura è a Grottaferrata, sui castelli romani a ridosso del Parco Regionale dei Castelli Romani. Ottima posizione per chi non vuole soggiornare al centro di Roma e cerca tranquillità, senza rinunciare ad avere la Città Eterna a mezz'ora di macchina. La Villa ha un bellissimo girdino che rende il soggiorno molto piacevole, al rientro da Roma o per bere qualcosa, per una breve passeggiata o semplicemente chiacchierare. Negli ambienti interni si respira cultura, e la musica classica ne è la padrona indiscussa; difatti, facendo una breve ricerca, ho saputo che si orrganizzano concerti, visite guidate ed anche viaggi. Sicuramente una struttura che nei nostri frecuenti viaggi verso la Calabria (sono calabrese e vivo all'estero) diventerà tappa obbligata, se ci fermeremo nella zona sud di Roma. Un particolare: al mattino non funzionava l'acqua calda, ma essendo agosto non ci abbiamo fatto caso più di tanto. Mentre facevamo colazione è arrivato il responsabile della struttura, persona educatissima e gentilissima della cuale con mio rammarico non ricordo il nome. Ha chiesto ai presenti se avessimo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda, domanda alla quale abbiamo risposto tutti di si; se n'era accorto al fare anche lui la doccia, e ci ha gentilmente "sgridado" per non averlo avvisato per provvedere. Il fatto è che il giorno prima avevano fatto un breve intervento di controllo per cui avevano chiuso l'acqual calda e per distrazione non l'avevano poi riaperta. Cose che possono succedere, difatti, risolto l'inconvenia¡ente in meno di un minuto, l'acqua c'era. Alla nostra partenza, poco dopo, al mattino stesso, ci ha raggiunto in cortile mentre caricavamo l'auto per offrirci un piccolo presente come gesto di scusa. L'abbiamo apprezzato molto. Di quelle persone che ti piace incontrare. Complimenti e grazie L'ingresso al vialetto della struttura, dalla strada pubblica, è un pò stretto e di sera poco illuminato, come del resto molte strade pubbliche, purtroppo.

Consigliata per il relax! - Bellissima Villa, arredata con mobili antichi di pregio, sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo.... Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione... Ampio parcheggio, camera confortovele, bagno e doccia comodi ed accessoriati. Colazione varia, abbondante e .... golosa! Difficoltà ad individuare il cancello d'ingresso pur avendo inserito l'indirizzo sul navigatore, l'insegna è un po' coperta dalla vegetazione. Sul sito è menzionato il ristorante che però non è più attivo.

Location strategica per visitare le zone circostanti, la villa è molto particolare e raffinata, con molte opere d'arte disseminate in ogni ambiente. Consiglio Villa Abbamer come punto di appoggio per trascorrere qualche giorno nella zona dei castelli.

- Sofi11 (8/5): Relaxing farmhouse in Castelli Romani area - Location is very near to Frascati and 30 mins walking from downtown of Grottaferrata in a main road, it is strategic location. The house has old furniture it is a bit eclectic but it creates a very nice ambience, it is very calm and relaxing. There is a huge beautiful garden. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of sweet and salty snacks, coffee was very good. Owner is very kind checking the guests and we had nice conversation, i had the feeling like at home. I enjoyed the cats company as well :) If you don't have car do not book this accommodation! The entrance gate is a bit narrow, you should ring the bell and reception will open the gate. Overall was a very nice experience, thank you very much for everything :) Bed: the leather material of the headboard of the bed is worn out, not very pleasing to see it. First thing you see when you enter in the room. The blanket lining inside is cheap polyester material which is not breathable. There is only a skyline window which does not let enough air in the room. The shower cabin and the tiles are bit worn and seemed not 100% cleaned - should be updated asap.

- Kei (4/5): - The shower water was very little. Also the bed was supposed to be 2 single, but was not prepared. The breakfast was very good. The location was very difficult to fine from the google map.

- Dan (10/5): - Villa Abbamer is like a little museum with interesting art and objects around every corner. We would have liked to explore more, but our stay was brief. Very comfortable and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice bed and bad breakfast - Nice bed and breakfast with room for improvement. The place is quiet and peaceful with a comfortable bed. Slept very well, which is important. Not so many restaurants in a walkable distance, so ended up with driving to the nearby towns for dinner. When it comes to the breakfast, there is huge room for improvement. Quite disappointed with this, and it is one of the reasons why we booked this place. The breakfast contains mainly of cookies and sweet juices, so if you’re in for a sugar rush in the morning, this is the place for you. We were hoping to get some local products and maybe some fresh bread, but the reality was cakes from the grocery store, cheese and sausage.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice hotel with comfy rooms. Free parking which was great. We never found their resturant, even after asking the staff, but the neighbouring hotel had a great restaurant and it is close to many other places. Car is recommended when staying here.
- Sheila (8/5): - The hotel was excellent. Just beautiful and staff when we checked in was great. Breakfast was very good. A little to far from main sites in Rome as only transpot was taxi, 50 min away. No places to eat right around there as have to have reservations and limited open ti.e. only complaint was staff wouldnt open door at 6:20 in morning, we were locked inside, taxi coming at 6:30, had to wake up staff and he wouldnt open door, not sure what that was about but had to get really forcefull to get him to open it.
- EGO (10/5): - The attentive hosts make it a home away from home. The distance to the city centre isn't as terrible as I expected, but I did wish I could transplant the villa closer.
