Nina (9/5): Merveilleux malgré le bruit - L’hôtel est juste incroyable, la localisation est parfaite à 10 min de voiture de tout. Le personnel vraiment au petit soin spécialement Nikos qui a toujours répondu avec gentillesse et bienveillance à nos demande. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est vraiment fabuleux, tellememt de choix et de bonnes choses à déguster. La vue est à tomber et les piscines sont agréable même en mai quand io fait plus frais on a pu en profiter. Bref nous reviendrons c’est sur L’isolation de la maisonnette 211 est clairement à revoir et pas vraiment digne d’un 5 étoiles. Nous entendons les voisins les femmes de ménages et le Broua de la rue descendante. Le staff devrait aussi réfléchir à mettre les famille ensemble et pas les gens qui font la fête à côté d une famille avec bébé… C’est le seul bémol de cette établissement selon moi

Monika (10/5): Niesamowity - Obiekt na najwyższym poziomie. Przepiękny apartament z widokiem na morze. Obsługa wspaniała. Śniadanie i kawa różnego rodzaju przepyszna. Widoki fantastyczne. W zasadzie nie ma takiej rzeczy. Jedynie spa mogłoby być trochę tańsze ( masaże)

The breakfast and lunches were amazing, but what truly made our stay special was the wonderful staff — everyone from the pool and restaurant teams to the golf cart drivers, reception, and cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made the whole experience even better. We would definitely come back!

Even at the end of a long hot summer the staff were all engaging happy smiling and focused on making our stay the best it possibly could be. On the first night we had an issue with noise from a room above the next morning we were up graded to a beautiful villa with an amazing pool and view over the surrounding islands. The whole place is built around luxury & very stylish and what a location! The rooms are so comfortable and well designed spacious luxury beds and sheets everything you could wish for in a 5* star hotel. The food in the restaurants is beautifully prepared from the breakfast buffet in the morning to the A La carte in the evening. Room service was impeccable and very quick and again the quality of the service was truly amazing. This hotel is a sister to the Saint John Hotel next door and we moved there as the Anax closed whilst we were in Mykonos. The Saint John is equally stunning and beautiful! The owners of these two wonderful hotels in Mykonos really understand customer service you could not be in better hands if you choose to stay in either of these magical hotels!

N4564PKdeborahr (10/5): Truly amazing - When I tell you this is one of the best places to stay, I mean it. I've been to several hotels around the world, but this place is in the top 3 for me. It was truly a 5* experience. There service is impeccable, and there wasn't a place in their service where they were lacking. The room and the hotel itself is so clean, you could eat off the floor. You can see all the employees are working so hard. We stayed in our room on one occasion (patio), and the housekeeping staff were in our room for such a long time, but they were constantly working, and they were so kind. Please don't forget them when tipping! It meant so much to them. The drinks were great, and so was the food. The scenery was just beautiful. You can't beat the view. We actually visited this Island before Santorini, and we preferred this location, and I know a lot of it is because of the way they took care of their hotel and their people. It was very quiet with the exceptional noise you would hear from other patrons entering their room. The value was great for what you get. Again, we stayed in Santorini, and the hotel was more expensive than at this hotel, but the service here was so much better. The only down side was they were not in walking distance of the town, which we visited twice, so you would need to use the hotel's service or get a Taxi to/from town. However, if I were to do it again, I would still go to this hotel. I also saw there were some repeat guests here, and now I see why.
Lemos (10/5): Melhor Hotel da Vida - Absolutamente tudo!! O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso!!! Sem dúvidas foi o melhor hotel que já fiquei hospedado em toda a minha vida!! Viajei em Lua de Mel e amamos cada detalhe. A equipe de funcionários sempre muito solicita pra tudo. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Com uma infinidade de opções. Dois pontos que gostaria de destacar que podem ser melhorados. Ficar hospedado no Anax sem um carro alugado pode sair muito caro, pois o transfer para o centro é extremamente caro. O hotel oferece transfer para o Porto por 10 euros por pessoa no checo in / out, mas se durante a estadia você quiser ir pra o centro é cobrado o valor de 36 euros cada trecho, ou seja, se for ao centro e voltar é 72 euros. Não entendi muito bem o sentido disso, sendo que no check in e check out é cobrado apenas 10 euros por pessoa. Outro ponto que poderia ter feito de diferente é que estava em lua de mel e informei isso ao hotel antes da chegada. Não foi oferecido nenhum pacote para uma recepção diferente por estarmos em lua de mel e também não houve nenhum “mimo” para isso. Acho que o hotel poderia fazer uma decoração diferente para nossa chegada, sendo que o valor da diária já é bem elevado.

My only recommendation for the hotel is to offer more traditional Greek food on the menu for dinner, as we preferred to go outside the hotel for food due to the lack of Greek cuisine.

The tiered rooms that allow a ocean view from most rooms , is what your Greece vacation is all about. The staff is just unmatched and wonderful. My husband and I experiences Mykonos in the way its supposed to be honored. Private beach , quiet pool, and laid back spa treatments. Dont forget to indulge in all the chocolates at the front desk. Iulianuta (9/5): Fire the restaurant manager!! I will be back - Fabulous location away from the hustle and bustle of the city for me, a tourist who wants relaxation, privacy and comfort. I'm sorry to give the resort a 9, but the explanation is below. Strictly regarding the accommodation, it fully meets the 5 star standard. The breakfast is diverse and tasty, a happy combination of English, Italian and traditional Greek. Why 9 in total? 1. For the house, there are big problems at the restaurant and the restaurant manager should be changed. I find it incredible to order something and receive something else. I find it incredible that the waiter forgets to bring my drink. I find it incredible to order bread and have it brought to me after I've finished eating and the waiter makes bad jokes. So, the restaurant has a problem and will ruin the image of the resort. The owner should immediately change the restaurant manager. 2. The attitude of the girls at the reception is... cold, nasty. After a day of accommodation, they ask me if I'm a hotel customer. Cold attitude at the reception. I wonder if I had come there with one of my personal cars, would they have smiled? Or if I had shown off not my vacation outfit but my dinner outfit at a restaurant in the heart of Paris, would they have smiled? Strange way to interact but, next year I will come back here. Maybe even earlier.

The amazing views the great pools, beach to swim at truly a 5 +++ star resort. The breakfast is amazing everything you can think in the way of foods, fresh squeezed orange juice to any type of coffee you like. We had a room with an upper floor and and lower area that walked out to our own private pool . Thank you again Staff at Anax for a great vaction!!!

Breakfast is super, the pools are amazing, the rooms are specious The hotel is lovely, but keep in mind that it’s located on steep slopes with lots of stairs. To reach the pool or the restaurant, you need to call for an electric buggy – the service is convenient, but it’s good to know in advance. Also, it will be nice to have a tv with Netflix in the gym to watch when using the treadmill.

This was our second visit (and our honeymoon), and it only confirmed what we already knew from the first - the experience is exceptional in every way. Every detail has been carefully thought through, from the staff’s genuine attentiveness, to the quality of the meals, the comfort of the rooms, and the excellent facilities. The standard easily rivals, if not surpasses, some of the most exclusive hotels in the world. It’s the perfect setting for families. We found ourselves so well looked after that we hardly felt the need to leave the resort at all - everything we wanted was right there. We’ll definitely be returning. The owner, Evgenia, is truly outstanding, and she has built a remarkable team that reflects her passion and commitment to hospitality.
