• eleni (8/5): As we had expected - Good position to town centre, nice view (partially blocked by the large trees), parking ok, apartment size and layout good.
• Kendal (8/5): - Our 2 bedroom apartment was large, clean and well equipped. Unfortunately our room only had views of the adjoining property. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars within a 15 minute walk. Just remember it is uphill to get back to the apartment (or a $10 Uber).

• kathy (10/5): No car needed, convenient location - When we arrived, it took some time to check in due to how busy it was. I booked this place to stay with 2 other friends. We did not have a car but didn't really need it as the location was a convenient walk away from the town center. We all enjoyed it, overall the place was clean, had a kitchen, dining, and living room where we were able to relax. Queenstown was the middle of our journey and it was nice to be able to do laundry. I would definitely return to Blue Peaks for my next visit
• Soon Heng (10/5): Very lovely apartment and comfortable - Superb fully equipped unit with strong wifi, 2 bedrooms, living, dining, kitchen and toilet. Location is convenient and walkable to Queenstown shopping area. Very comfortable to stay in and relax.
• Yvonne (2/5): - We booked an apartment to accommodate 6 of us, 2 from the UK who we wanted to surprise. The reception was appalling to check in, we found the apartment was run down, dirty, filthy towels & duvet inners, faulty lamp, missing batteries, incorrect spare key provided. The living has peeps only of the lake and its a steep walk to the apartment from the township. We certainly wont return and feel we paid too much for the poor quality of this accommodation

We stayed in the second floor apartments and whilst they were nice, our friends downstairs had a lot more updated technology and appliances! Loved the weighted blankets on the beds. Staff were nice and accommodating. Would happily stay again!

• Mark (8/5): - Really central location and very convenient for a 4 person family with 2 younger kids. The apartment itself has everything you need. Great views from the balcony of the mountains and lake. The apartment parking is a little bit tight, so bear that in mind if you have a bigger vehicle. Walking to town is super easy (3 or 4 minute walk). Location is excellent.
• Claire (8/5): - The actual apartments are great - clean, well equipped, spacious and well located. Ours was on the main road so could be very noisy at times. Did not rate the reception staff though. Dealt with 2 different people who were both quite rude which is unusual for NZ. Waited 15 minutes before anyone even showed up to check us in then towards the end of our stay I enquired where the key drop box was only to be told I needed to return to reception to check in (??) Then got told I had to pay - even though it had already been paid via Expedia which had been confirmed when I originally checked in. Would have given 5 stars if not for this.
• Michael (10/5): - Perfectly located with a view from the balcony across Queenstown, Blue Peaks will be the only place we will stay during visits to Queenstown! Perfect for families and great customer service. We left an article of clothing behind and the Blue Peaks Team assisted in having it couriered to Christchurch for us to pick up before flying back to Australia. Above and beyond! I highly recommend Blue Peaks!

The only minor issue was locating the underground parking spot, the number of the apartment was not clearly labeled at the top of the driveway. Overall it was clean, staff was friendly and we loved our stay.

• Fiona (8/5): Excellent experience at Blue Peaks apartments - We stayed here when I was attending a conference across from the apartments at a Queenstown Hotel . We preferred to have the convenience of an apartment at Blue Peaks for the same price as a double room in the hotel where the conference was being held since my husband and son were not attending the conference.This was a wise choice since not only did we have the freedom to eat what and when we wanted , but had three times the space, a full kitchen, washing and drying facilities, two bathrooms and a balcony to sit out and enjoy the wonderful Queenstown air. We are quite particular about the comfort of beds in accomodation , and the beds at Blue Peaks were very comfortable, neither too hard or soft. The showers were very powerful. Our only winge would be that my husband ,who is 185cm could not stand beneath the head of the shower ,as it was fixed to the cubicle wall , at a height equivalent to his chin. But that is the only negative if you could call it in the stay . Also the apartment we rented had steps up to it ,either from the street or the garage which would have been impossible for a wheelchair or difficult for parents with a pram, so if you require a property with disabled access I expect they have some ground level ones. We had no room service over the Easter public holidays (5 days stay) which was advised at check in . This did not bother us , and we were advised we could ask for anything we needed at the reception , manned during daytime hours.
• Morgan (8/5): Nice, convenient, spacious - Our unit was huge and so much nicer than we expected! It was a welcome break from the smaller hotel rooms we booked on this two-week trip. The washer/dryer in the unit were so convenient. We were so comfortable that at the end of the day, we had food delivered rather than leave for a restaurant! Figuring out where our unit was located in the complex was a bit of a challenge at first. Overall, this was one of our favorite properties in New Zealand.

• Samir (4/5): - On a 2 week holiday, we picked this property because the property had a washter and dryer - except when we arrived, they were not working - we told front desk, they said someone would come over to fix, no one showed up, told them again the next day, apologies followed, promises to fix were made, no shows happened again, and we were left helpless So, so disappointing.

• Stuart (10/5): - We Enjoyed our stay at the Blue Peaks Apartments. It was Well Appointed, Spacious Apartment. in a great location near the Queenstown Gardens. Comfortable 5-10 min Walk to the Harbour and all the happening places. Places to eat and Convenience Stores close by. Parking Tip we had a LARGE rental car, the easiest way I found to park the car was to reverse in all the way as the parking spot was in a difficult place against a wall.. Definitely would stay here again. The Whole Family Loved it.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location. - Positives: We love the location of Blue Peaks. The units are spacious and reasonably clean. Negatives: Check in was late as they were late cleaning our unit and there was still soap and toiletries packets left in the shower from the previous people. Bath and shower also a bit mouldy. They give you internet codes to use and you have to walk to reception to get more. Internet connection really variable. Ok some days and others it’s cutting out every few minutes. Beds are unsupportive with terrible partner disturbance. Overall we would stay again for the location and general condition of the unit.

Staff were fab, so nice, coffee & tea caddy in the room & you get a bottle of milk on arrival. We had two, two bedroom apartments booked & were placed in two next door to each other. Really helpful locals in reception with lots of answers regarding place to eat & things to see & do during your stay. Rates were so reasonable & the apartments were roomy. There was a wiggly door handle in one of the apartments we had & when I let reception know they were onto getting it fixed. Each very roomy apartment has two bathrooms, a real bonus! Also, each room has a heating source.

• Dona (2/5): No WIFI not really acceptable - The rooms and apartment was very tidy BUT the WIFI in room 662 was terrible infact so bad we had NO wifi connection for 2 days was an absolute nightmare for me to go online to order UBERs and generally surf the internet to find out things to see and do, I compained to reception on more than one occassion. Having such poor WIFI is not really acceptable as they describe the apartments as being luxurious???

• Wafaa (4/5): Hot and uncomfortable/ worst reception and service - Two good things about this place. First, a great location very near town center. Second, the apartment shared living space is spacious with well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, two full bathrooms and it has a balcony with a nice view. What really upset me and my friend about this place is the poor service we got when checking in. Georgia at the reception desk was unfriendly, unhelpful and almost rude. This was the worst reception we got while touring New Zealand for 3 weeks. And this really gave us a very bad first impression of this place. The bedrooms are small and sort of claustrophobic. Beds not very comfortable and furniture dated. There is no AC and only one fan in the entire apartment. It was a hot summer and because the living room had floor to ceiling windows the apartment was very hot at the end of the day and at night. When my friend asked reception for another fan, she was rudely dismissed and then laughed at behind her back. I do not Recommend this place. It did not match at all the rating it got on Hotels.com which made me go for it.

• Reynolds (6/5): - The bed in the master bedroom was too soft. We also had the other toilet get blocked the day before we left. There were 4 of us staying in the apartment so we needed two toilets as the other was in the ensuite. We went to reception and asked if they had a plunger as we were happy to unblock it ourselves. We were told they didn't have one and maintenance had gone home for the day. It didn't get fixed before we left and all we got was an apology. Not good enough when we were paying nearly $500 a night to stay there.

What made the property for us was the fact that it was so quiet, there was no road noise or noise from party goers walking home from a night out. Would definitely stay again.

Offered free internet was useless. Washing machine / dryer didn’t work properly. No facility for drying ski gear on a ski holiday.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The condo was very spacious, modern, clean and close to the town. It had laundry in the room which was great on a 5 week trip. Beds were comfortable as was the living furniture. Kitchen was well eqipped though we didn't do more than a light breakfast there.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - We booked this apartment some months before arrival after reading reviews. We liked the location and size of the apartment for our family holiday. We had asked to be allocated a quiet apartment however we ended up being given one right on the main road into Queenstown. We were told we couldn’t move as they had full occupancy. It was a nightmare. The road noise was incredible and even worse the late night drunks walking home literally right outside the main and kids bedrooms were really dispruptive. Recommend that if you are keen to stay here that you insist on a room away from the main road. The appartment was ok but starting to look a little ragged around the edges. Could do with a Reno soo. We won’t be back.
• John (10/5): - These are large, well appointed apartments almost in the heart of Queenstown with easy parking and access. What more could you want?
