- michele (5/5): Not a fan ! But it’s cute . Way too many chairs and stuff ! Remember form and function ! - Well I thought that I would like the location but it’s close to the road! I like the staff I thought they were nice. The bed was nice enough. The best part was the manager and staff were great ! Well you have to maintain and keep it clean ! Our rug was stained ! The throw in the bed had a bleach stain. Wasn’t a fan on the layout of the room! Way too many chairs around the pool looked junkie. I watched the pool guy pour pool solution in the pool At 730 am and said don’t swim! I just have to say attention to details is important! It’s a motel trying to be a hotel and those prices well hmm!! It’s trying to be young and fun so !! I get that . Ps I love you but I won’t stay here again!

Elegant, stylish room with enormous shower, mountain views, and comfortable bedding. Hip, scenic pool with outdoor restaurant - surprising appealing food and a reasonable prices. The crowd is Instagram ready. Part of the Palihotel group. Lower in price than other upscale hotel chains. Modern facility. Very beautiful design. Poolside views are impressive. Check in is awkward at the bar - there’s no desk or bell staff and much of the hotel is self service, though the pool staff is nice. The “pool party vibe” of ping pong, ice cream, and baci ball is fine but undercuts what could be more of an elegant, classic Palm Springs hotel vibe.
- marisabarr8 (8/5): Great Couples Getaway - Overall, we had a great stay at ARRIVE Palm Springs. The rooms were cute and a perfect size for two, with comfy beds and good shower pressure. The decor is fun and trendy, and the pool and hot tub were definitely highlights. Poolside food was delicious. The best part of our stay, though, was the poolside service by Brandon who was amazing. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and funny. He really made our whole experience. It’s rare to come across someone who goes out of their way like that, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Since it’s a smaller boutique hotel, it can sometimes take a minute to grab someone’s attention, but once you do, everyone is helpful and accommodating. That said, Brandon truly stood out and made the stay feel extra special. Always available and wanting to help all guests. Great spot for a quick weekend getaway. Also loved having a coffee shop and ice cream spot right on the property, such a nice bonus!

When we arrived apparently the house keeper had quit so the manager was cleaning rooms and made us feel as if we were an inpostion just wanting to check in !! Nice property just needs better staffing and a more professional team

- CJ4UNME (8/5): Wonderful surprise! - Only booked one night because we were going to keep heading northeast from Joshua Tree National Park but after wonderful stay that night, decided to drive back from Joshua Tree and stay another night. Enjoyed it that much. Nice clean comfortable room. Great black out blinds too. Staff wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was really good but did take a long time in getting. Hot tub amazing! Guessing that one cook and just one server. Definitely could step up their game there! Only comment that kept my review from being a 5.

We loved everything about it, starting with the very thoughtful, kind and considerate staff who make you feel welcome when you arrive a bit sad when it's time to leave. The rooms are beautifully and comfortably designed. Clean and quiet with great Sand & Stone products. Conveniently located to the heart of Palm Springs in the Uptown/Arts District. The total vibe and atmosphere is very relaxed with a beautiful pool to hang out at and relax after a day of hiking or just enjoying a little fun in the sun. We've been raving about ARRIVE to family and friends and highly recommend if you're looking for a cute place run by great people, led by Kim specifically who is a joy.
- 949yanak (4/5): This place comes up short... - This hotel might have been a 4 star at one point, but now I would put it somewhere between 2 and 3. The rooms are very basic with one tiny chair to sit on and uncomfortable, soft mattresses that have seen better days. No kettle or coffee maker, no slippers and pretty short on 4 star hotel basics, overall. We stayed two nights and no one cleaned the room. The hotel is on a busy road and it's REALLY loud inside the room. Location is okay. We ordered breakfast at their restaurant and waited almost an hour for eggs. Overall, it felt like they were severely understaffed, and worse, they weren't afraid to say "no" to some pretty basic requests. It'd be hard to recommend this place.
- Ny1Chad (10/5): Great couples getaway. - We spent two nights here over Valentine’s weekend for my hubbys bday. The check in process was easy and smooth. The room was perfectly Palm Springs in every way. Although the weather was cold we were still able to utilize the hot tub thanks the fire pits around it. We had a small hiccup with our patio fireplace being unable to be lit on our last night but Kimberly the manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation the next morning. She genuinely empathized with us and made sure we left happy. Thanks again, Kimberly! You’re the best. Lastly, the brunch options at the restaurant were on point and delicious. The hash brown chilaquiles were my favorite!! Great service from the staff as well. This is a great couples getaway!

We arrived at like 130am. Couldn't find a security guard, anyone. I had to call my booking agency because I called the office 2 times no answer. Finally my booking people got ahold of someone. Took way to long to check in. Would I go back..... No! Not worth the hassle. Cost way to much for the room. For what we got.

Loved everybody there -- especially the gentleman who checked us in & was there all weekend; Aya was great; and the older gentleman who was maybe a barback who spoke spanish, cleaning up after people around the pool was also FANTASTIC! Loved taht our dog could run around freely. Drag Queen Trivia was a lot of fun. The Food was fantastic!!!! We noticed there were a lot of people who were in the pool ALL DAY & didnt get out to use the bathroom once....

It's relaxing but lively. Loved sitting out in the patio and by the bonfire at poolside. The bed was so comfy. The room was a modern and 60s/70s vibe. Not noisy at all. Very clean room and area.

- christineeA4289XK (2/5): BEWARE!!! you’ve been WARNED - 0 zero rating I have the whole narrative and I expressed my concern to the property. They have not responded. My case was I was moving my same day reservation on my Christmas Bday and when I called same day to edit stay the Female associate confirmed me the system accepted it.Next day I called the staff and manager is very rude and have different stories why I am not allowed to check-in without making a new reservation. I refused to stay in toxic environment where customer service is NOT EXISTENCE.

Paul, the general manager, was a dream and was so accommodating to all of our needs. Aaron was a great server and very friendly. Aya was also very friendly and a great server. Overall the experience was comfortable with an amazing room and amenities. I thank the staff for all their hard work.
- 129kristies (10/5): Gay wedding weekend! - So grateful for the staff at Arrive! My friends and I came here as a large group for a wedding and the staff made us feel so comfortable. They handed out iced grapes when it was hot, ice cream when it was late afternoon, and even gave us drinks to celebrate the grooms. Aya was the greatest and made us feel so at home. Thanks!

The property has everything you could want; a pool/bar/restaurant/coffee shop. Easiest parking, SWEETEST most HELPFUL STAFF. All around amazing experience. Can’t wait to come back every summer!

The hotel is in a perfect location and check in was super easy. The pool and hot tub are wonderful we went every day! The rooms were so cute and comfortable! Great beds and very quiet! They had fun activities every day and we could text whenever we needed anything! Super recommend!

The cheeseburger was one of the best I've had (I am a chef and it is difficult to find a good burger, let alone a GREAT burger) Some notes (aka my two cents): As spacious as the rooms are, please consider a closet/wardrobe/dresser. The hanging rack with 5 hangers just isn't sufficient). The bathroom was lovely, but the water pressure was terrible (a lot of limescale build up on the faucet and shower head, which might be the cause of the weak shower; might want to start a monthly/quartely maintenance program to de-scale). As big as that gorgeous walk-in shower was, one or two shelves would have been great to stack shower toiletries. The shower was so big, a bench or removable shower chair/stool would have made it an exceptional bathing experience. The towels were fantastic and the steaming iron was a thoughtful, original touch (I've never seen one provided in a hotel!) My friend had an accessibile room and would have loved a full-length mirror. Well done to you and your staff!

- Wesley (4/5): - The property is beautiful and well-designed. The rooms are spacious and large. However, a fire alarm went off in the area and was very loud. The power in our room went out three times, causing the refrigerator to leak. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall stay was a disappointment.

- msjackie6 (8/5): Nice pool, room ok - I chose this hotel to stay and enjoy the pool and swim, so I appreciated that it is advertised as adults only. I did enjoy the pool, and they even had a few floaties for guests to use (free). There is also a large jacuzzi, which I used later as it got cooler. The room was just ok. It was cute and spacious, however, the small refrigerator in the room was already full of drinks, that I didn't want. There was also a big basket of candy that I didn't want on top of the refrigerator. I put it on the floor, so I wouldn't have to look at it. Room 106, where I stayed, was right by the parking lot. The only windows in the room were up high, so you can't really see out, except out of the glass door. I didn't really feel very safe with a glass door, especially on the ground floor, right next to the parking lot. A couple of other negatives about the room were, there is no closet, no full length mirror, and no iron. There was a nice flat screen tv on the wall, but when I tried to turn it on, either it didn't work or the remote didn't work, but at 10:00 at night, I wasn't going to start calling around to try to figure it out. Good thing I brought my tablet. Overall, ok place. I don't know if I would stay there again.

- TRVLRN (10/5): Great stay, definitely coming back - Paul, Jessica, and Iya (not sure if I spelled that right) were amazing. They made my two night LA getaway absolutely delightful. It was a perfect balance of rest and relaxation without feeling like a 90y/o! ( Irving wrong with being 90 btw). The hotel room was cute, clean, and comfy. The pool was perfect and open till midnight. Food was yummy with options just outside the hotel. Literally ventured out and quickly returned as I was more comfortable on the hotel grounds. Thank you to the lovely staff, your hospitality was appreciated and noticed.

- Anissa (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, nice and clean amenities, friendly and welcoming manager. This was my first time staying at this property after being unable to book a reservation at my usual hotel in Palm Springs—and unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing from the start. The check-in process was unprofessional and disorganized. It takes place at their bar, which is not clearly marked or intuitive for arriving guests, and not a proper place to welcome guests. When we approached the bar, there was only one person working—juggling drink orders and check-ins. Instead of acknowledging us properly, he glanced over and said, “Stay right there, I’ll be with you,” and proceeded to take drink orders for another 10–15 minutes before even addressing us. It set a frustrating tone for the entire visit. Eventually, another staff member arrived to assist with check-in, but she was noticeably rude and dismissive—not just during check-in, but throughout our stay. To add to the poor first impression, I had reserved two rooms over a month in advance, yet the hotel failed to place them anywhere near each other. That level of basic coordination should not be difficult for any well-managed property.

- Alfredo (9/5): In a nutshell, our stay always seems to end toooooo soon! - This was our 4th year staying at Arrive...and for obvious reasons. The location is away from downtown, the "adults only", the onsite restaurant, and of course, the staff. Our bed had a "dip". We found upon flipping the mattress, the "dip" was due to the wooden slats falling of the box spring/base. We also discovered stains on the mattress pad. However, it was quickly resolved. Thank you!
