- Angela (7/5): Prima voor een stadshotel, met groenvoorziening en aardig personeel - De locatie was prima. Er reed wel verkeer voor de accommodatie maar dit was niet storend (het was een zijstraat). Het ontbijt en de koffie waren goed en het personeel heel vriendelijk. Door de bomen en groen had je minder het gevoel dat je in de stad was, dat was fijn en gaf wat privacy. We konden regelen dat we laat mochten uitchecken i.v.m. onze vlucht dat was fijn! We hadden 2 kamers geboekt. De kamer met 1-persoonsbedden vond ik ruiken naar schimmel en deze had een lekkende kraan. De andere kamer was beter.

- Olivier (9/5): Accueil et attentions du personnel, confort, emplacement sont au TOP! - Accueil du personnel parfait! chambre 203 (au 1er étage) très propre, ainsi que la salle de bain, coffre, réfrigérateur, produits sanitaires et papier toilette: rien ne manque. Piscine propre, beaucoup de verdure tout autour, petit déjeuner varié et correct, laundry service rapide et parfait! Nous n'étions pas venu au Pelasa depuis 2014, il a depuis été totalement rénové et nous y reviendrons!!! Terima kasih à tout le personnel!!!! une chauve-souris a élu domicile au-dessus de la terrasse (elle a le droit de vivre), il faut juste éviter de laisser des vêtements à sécher sur la terrasse la nuit à cause des déjections de la bestiole et de ses restes de nourriture. Le côté nature de Bali!

- Linda (9/5): Hervorragend - Wir hatten ein Wunderschönes Zimmer. Es war das sauberste, das wir auf Bali hatten. Wir hatten zuerst wenig Erwartungen, da es mitten in der Stadt liegt und es günstig ist. Jedoch hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen und schönen Aufenthalt, die Zimmer sind groß und haben einen wundervollen Balkon, das Essen schmeckt fantastisch und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben auch über das Hotel eine ganz Körpermassage gebucht, diese war ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und werden es weiterempfehlen. Wenn man geduscht hat ist es im Bad ein wenig Nass geworden und das Klo ist etwas niedrig.

- Martin (2/5): - L endroit est agréable calme et bien situé Je n’ai pas pour habitude de publier des avis négatifs, mais notre expérience mérite d’être partagée. À notre arrivée tardive, nous avons découvert avec stupeur une grande quantité de sang frais dans les draps. Il était évident que la literie n’avait pas été changée avant notre arrivée, ce qui est totalement inacceptable en termes d’hygiène. Le personnel nous a simplement proposé de changer le duvet, alors que les draps eux-mêmes étaient également sales. À ce moment-là, mes limites ont été dépassées. J’ai clairement indiqué que je ne dormirais pas dans ce lit si toute la literie n’était pas remplacée. Ce n’est qu’après insistance que nous avons finalement été changés de chambre. La réaction globale du personnel a été très décevante : un simple “désolé”, sans réelle prise en charge ni considération. Aucun geste commercial, même symbolique, n’a été proposé. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que le cadre de l’hôtel est agréable. Malheureusement, ce type de négligence et le manque de professionnalisme gâchent complètement l’expérience. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement en l’état.

They couldn’t give me a late checkout but did look after my bags until I left for the airport. For the amount of accommodation they have there isn’t enough lounge chairs or beanbags around the pool.

- Danielle (7/5): Mina Pelasa stay - It has a beautiful aesthetic for a smaller hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful with anything needed,pool was small but lovely,breakfast was great and perfect portion size and we loved it came with a good coffee/cappuccino and location was perfect close to everything. My only 1 complaint is the bed,I am usually not fussy when it comes to beds but it was hard as a rock,I purchased a thin foam topper to use but it was still extremely hard,we were booked to stay for 16 nights but after 9th night of little sleep due to bed,we unfortunately checked out early into a nearby hotel,if bed were somewhat comfortable this place would be perfect.

You find everything you need in the neighbourhood. They even stored my luggage for 2 days, when I was travelling. The location is perfect to start and / or end your trip to go to the airport! Отличное местоположение на стыке Куты и Легиана, до океана пешком минут 10. Рядом кафе и магазины. Отель находится на тихой улице, несмотря на шумный район. Персонал очень приветлив и отзывчив. Завтраки по меню, достаточно вкусные. Можно было просить ранний завтрак в номер, за что отдельно спасибо. Все понравилось, до бронирования читала отзывы и понимала, что отель не новый, мебель в балийском стиле не новая, как и сантехника,но все очень прилично. Рассмотрю этот вариант при следующем приезде. Отличное сочетание по цене и качеству.

Lovely friend,y staff who were more than happy to bend over backwards to help with anything. Just the location. But not a problem of you are able to get onto a Gojek motorbike which would be quick and easy to get around.
- Ashley (9/5): - The room was great for the price we paid, nice pool area as well. The hotel location was close enough to everything without being too noisy. The food at the restaurant wasn’t good, don’t bother getting breakfast included.
