There is a gym as well for everyone to use. Overall it was it was one of the better stays on vacation. There is nothing to complain about the resort and the services!

- Ashley (5/5): - I booked a room with views, it was slight views. Curtains had stains and marks on... i didnt feel the location, room standards and location was not worth what i paid for. Check out is 12pm, i was phoned precisely at 12pm. Where other hotels still give you the grace period. No conceige to fetch my luggage was offered. I dont really recomend this hotel.

- Jason (7/5): Good budget resort offering clean and comfortable rooms in a nice location. - Helpful front desk, direct beach access from the resort, clean and spacious rooms. The dining space offers indoor and outdoor and is lovely place to have breakfast. Front rooms are noisy from the street - room doors don't really seal so all noise comes in. Front row 'pool access' rooms have nice water access at balcony but only to a strip of 'lap pool' that runs past other front rooms, not actually accessing the main pool of the resort. To go to main pool you must leave the room and take the stairs. Some people may feel self-conscious about swimming past the other rooms in lap-style.

Very spacious room, comfortable and well equipped. Great selection of foods at breakfast, helpful staff. Plenty of sunbeds around pool area and on beach. Hotel is quieter area, but still plenty of good restaurants close by within walking distance. Needed cab to get into the main part of town but accessible by food along street or beach if you wanted a good 30 min walk. Access to beach was through restaurant area but always able to get sunlounger.

- YOEL (9/5): - I loved almost everything about this place. Its spacious and comfortable. The grounds are clean and a nice beach. The staff was very attentive and tried helping in every scenario. The one issue I had is that they have this room called sea view rooms and if you're getting it on the second floor its just sea view. Unless you remove their bungalows that's blocking the view. It worked out by me and I got the third floor a day later but its not guaranteed.

- Shaye (10/5): Loved it - We stayed in the pool ocean front villa and I’m not sure we could’ve found a better location on Koh Samui. It’s the most beautiful swimming beach which we stepped straight onto from our accommodation. We’ve booked for three days ended up staying for nine. Parts of this hotel are outdated but the location and experience completely made up for it. We would definitely go back.

- Mark (9/5): Beach side villas just magical - Great location - you get the best of both worlds out of the crowds but close enough to still access the main activities. We had the beach side villa and was such a magical place to wake up every morning. Having our own pool was great. Staff were attentive and very responsive. Gym is pretty basic. Though a large and diverse breakfast offering - I’d rate it as average for a resort.

- chris (8/5): - Die Ocean Villas liegen direkt am Strand. Schöne Sonnenaufgänge, bequeme Betten und Poolliegen. Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet. Leider gibt es immer wieder kiffende Hotelgäste, was echt mühsam ist. Die Hotelleitung macht nicht wirklich etwas dagegen. Schade!

- Maureen K. (10/5): Great View, clean beach and OK food. - The room.was perfect. Huge beds, huge balcony, huge shower stall, not thos tiny little stalls other hotels normally have, huge bath tub. The sea view was great and not obstructed by too many palm trees. The beach was super clean no debris, the ocean was clear blue. Not sure if they're is a seaweed season but it made the experience that much better. The food wasn't too bad I had the fish and chips one lunch but the tuna appetiser with mango salad and whole teabags were excellent. The staff were not very responsive i don't want to chalk it down to them being racist or they are just the way they are. But I barely needed to interact with them TBH unless I was ordering food. I did have to request for housekeeping even though we had the housekeeping light on when we went out on the day trip.
- Wolfgang (6/5): Ok, aber zu teuer - Der Strand war sauber und das Meer optisch clean. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nach 12 Tagen hätte man gerne etwas mehr Abwechslung gehabt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. War aber laut. Das Hotel stellte ausreichend Sonnenschirme und Liegen. Die Schwimmbadwassertemperatur war ziemlich warm, eigentlich nicht zum Bahnen schwimmen geeignet. Auch waren die Öffnungszeiten (9-18 Uhr) zu kurz. Das Hotel wurde mit 4.1 bewertet, das ist viel zu hoch! Die Möbel und das Hotel ist etwas abgewohnt. Öfters brach das WLAN Netz zusammen. Am Hauptstrand gab es zwar eine Dusche, aber so installiert das man nach sich zwar abduschen konnte, die Füsse aber sofort wieder mit Sand voll waren da die Dusche im Sand gebaut worden ist.

- Greg (8/5): Great location just some of the customer service needs some work. - Great location that is close enough to the action of the main strip but far away that you get the peaceful vibes. Some of the staff unfortunately. Breakfast crew and some of the bar staff just gave the impression of not wanting to be there. Definitely exceptions a big call out to Jay who honestly was the best always attentive and friendly. The two ladies at the front counter when we booked in were awesome as well.

Der Vorhang (Rollo) gehört ein Dunkler hin, man sieht alles durch und beim Klogang wäre man gern alleine. die Türen waren auch sehr verzogen. Frühstück fand ich ok, aber man hätte zb mehr Früchte anbieten können (bananen gab es nie) Die Säfte sind auch sehr sehr süss. Wurst gibt es nur Salami

- Yasemin (10/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gross und auch das Bad bot viel Platz. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam. Ein echtes Highlight war der eigene Pool mit direkter Strandaussicht, einfach perfekt! Auch der Strand selbst war wunderschön: feiner Sand, klares Meer und ausreichend Liegen. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, mit einigen Restaurants und Massageangeboten in der Nähe. Zwei 7-Eleven sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Ins Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten, dort ist deutlich mehr los mit vielen Touristen, Bars und Restaurants. Wir waren sehr froh, dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben. Durch die ruhige Lage fühlte es sich fast wie ein Privatstrand an. Gerne wieder!

- Rolf (9/5): Sehr gute Wahl direkt am Strand mit top Frühstück und großen Zimmern - Sehr großes Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl, Frühstücken bei Meeresrauschen, direkter Strandzugang mit eigenem Strandabschnitt, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, top Massage direkt am Strand unweit vom Samui Resort (am Strand nach links laufen, unter dem großen Baum) Badezimmer und Pool sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal wieder modernisiert werden, aber immernoch in ordentlichen Zustand

- GERHARD (3/5): einmal und nie wieder - Der Strandabschnitt und die ruhige Lage Unser Strand war der einzige weit und breit der am Morgen nicht gereinigt wurde, die Auflagen der Liegen und die Liegen selbst sind großteils defekt und schmutzig. Die Böden sind teilweise gefährlich mit rausstehenden Betoneisen und kaputten Schachtdeckeln, Die Holzböden sind durchgemorscht und nur notdürftig mit Holzresten abgedeckt, Fliesen sind lose und liegen nur da. Die Poolbar die einer unserer buchungsgründe war ist komplett runtergekommen und war anscheinend seit Jahren nicht in betrieb. Die Dachkonstruktion über dem Frühstücksbereich ist komplett Durchgerostet und fällt teilweise runter. Das Frühstück selbst war absolute minimal anforderung wobei die Eier bereits um 6.00 Uhr gebraten wurden und das "Buffet" erst um 8.30 geöffnet wurde, in der zwischenzeit lagen sie im freien. Der "Nachtwächter" ein sehr ungeplegter älterer Herr ( Freund vom Chef ) lag Tag und Nacht im Hotel Eingangsbereich mit dem Handy in der Hand und Schnarchte.

Tried to rent a scooter and the hotel bought us a scooter that was in really bad condition had trouble starting it and ended up saying take it back. Hotel had a few events on and one of the nights they cancelled one of the events and didn’t let guests know bit disappointed.

- Anna (3/5): It’s not worth the price. - The location of the hotel is excellent .. very central but still quiet, about a 10-minute walk from the center. But if cleanliness matters to you, then no, I wouldn’t recommend it. First of all, when I arrived I heard many people complaining about the room keys. That same night when I came back, we couldn’t find the room because my key card had been coded incorrectly. We walked between about three different rooms and still couldn’t find it. I also couldn’t communicate with the guy at the reception because he doesn’t speak English. I ended up being outside the room for about an hour at night. But honestly, that’s the least serious problem. The worst part was the cleanliness. The towels were dirty and torn, there were no pillowcases on the pillows, and the room itself was dirty. It’s not worth the money. I’ve booked hotels at the same price that were a million times cleaner and more pleasant. There was always a feeling from the reception staff of “this is what it is, deal with it. There was also a guy who was always sitting at the reception. He looked and acted like some kind of manager, but it wasn’t really clear what his role was. He just sat there with a face that basically said, that’s how it is In short, it wasn’t pleasant at all. The cleaning staff were actually very nice … whenever I asked for something, they came, helped, and cleaned. But the overall level of cleanliness in this hotel is very, very low.
