Guest Reviews
- Amrita (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at The T. The hotel was spotless in every sense, but the highlight were the staff. The staff were extremely kind and thoughtful, in addition to being extra attentive to all our needs. We have stayed at hotels in different countries, but the level of service we received here was incomparable.
A very special thanks to Kenji. We left our phone in a cab to the hotel. Unfortunately, the cab driver wasn't willing to drive back or provide an address for us to collect the phone. Kenji made several phone calls to the driver to speak to him on our behalf. Thanks to her incessant efforts over the next few hours, the driver agreed to bring our phone back.
Overall, the stay couldn't have been better!
- Helen (10/5): - Staff are very helpful and room is spacious. Both western and Chinese restaurants serve delicious food.
Only drawback is not much around the hotel.
- Sing Sau Lori (10/5): - The room is very comfortable with the ocean view. Staff are very professional and polite. They deserve a 5 star rating for all aspects of service. Thank you for your kind hospitality. I will definitely return to this hotel again. Thank you so much.
- Eunice (10/5): - A great experience staying here. Friendly and helpful staff, proactive student trainees supported by their nice instructors, superb view from the room and the restaurant with a quiet neighborhood.
- Maura (10/5): - This hotel was quiet, with exceptional service in all areas. Easy access to public transportation. The view of the sea from our room was extraordinary. The food was top notch. The personal treatment from all the personnel at this property was outstanding. If you stay at this property, make every effort to eat the Friday lunch either at the Chinese or the western restaurants.
- Verified traveler (10/5): ☆☆☆☆☆ - Honestly, people who stayed here would definitely come back 💯
- Leonard (10/5): - What an amazing place! I was there for my son‘s lacrosse tournament and we stayed there four nights. Everyone was super accommodating and helpful. The food was incredible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relatively inexpensive yet comfortable stay.
- David (10/5): - Excellent!
- David (10/5): - Excellent service. A hidden five star gem in Hong Kong.
- David (10/5): - Excellent service as always! Most helpful staff!
- David (10/5): - Excellent property and all-around service.
- William (8/5): - First time staying at this property
Enjoyed the experience
- Yan (10/5): - T Hotel is our must-go-to-stay hotel every time we go to Hong Kong.
6 star service with the cost of 3 star price tag.
Its a training facility , but the students are well mannered.,
The supervisors and staff are always happy to help.
The rooms are big and clean with daily complimentary mini dessert plate.
The location is quiet , bus stop is at the doorstep .
For some people , the location may not be ideal for shopping. However, you can always take a bus to reach anywhere you like.
There is a small local shopping centre within walking distance if you need anything.
You will be all covered and pampered while you stay in T Hotel. They are the best!
- Ji (10/5): - The service and view are great. I really like the hotel. It's surprisingly good.
- Alice (10/5): - A unique property off the huffing and puffing of the city. In a nice and quiet and scenic area toward the south side of Hong Kong island.
- Christine (10/5): - One of the best hotel we stayed in hongkong. Very spacial room, staff are friendly and offer advice for travelling. Great views from the room and attentive services. It is a memorisable experience, would love to return in the near future.
- Huimin (10/5): - spacious room, lovely view of the sea, helpful staff!
- Ingrid (10/5): - Amazing service, cleanliness, and easy to grab a bus right outside of the hotel. Safe and spacious and comfortable
- Dottie (8/5): - Quiet and safe property with a spectacular view.
Did not realize this hotel was a training facility for hospitality students when booked. Concept was interesting and was looking forward to staying here to give the opportunity for the students to learn the trade. A few flaws that need improvement. The best part was the breathtaking view from the room and the daily turn dow service with a tray of freshly made desserts from the culinary students.
Areas that need improvement is the daily cleaning of the rooms.
Shower mat should be hung on the shower door handle for the guests to lay down when ready to use rather than housekeeping laying it down.
Unfinished drinks left by garbage cans should be tossed.
Floors should be vacuumed when crumbs are visible.
We realize these are students. Therefore instructors should do a final sweep to make sure room is in immaculately clean for the guests union return.
Otherwise T Hotel is a fabulous place to stay.
- Vi Katerina (10/5): - The guest lives at one of the best views in Hong Kong. I really like the views and the location.
- Taweewat (10/5): - There is no convenient store around her(only vending machine on 3rd fl)

- Wing Sum (10/5): - The quality of service and attitude of the staff vary a bit every stay. Overall it's always a pleasant experience staying here.
- CHOR YEW ALLAN (10/5): - Nice spacious room with clean & quiet environment. Christine the lady lobby manager was very professional, attentive & helpful. She made an effort to arrange what were necessary during my stay. She showed a great example to the interns. Thk you.
- Yinwan (2/5): - Hotel bed was not sturdy or firm. Will shake whenever the other party turns. The service was lacking. There was one day there's amber rainstorm warning. The hotel gate was locked and we were totally drenched while trying to find a way to enter the hotel. Staff was nonchalent. Even after feedback, there was no service recovery. Stay at Ur own risk.
- CATHERINE (10/5): - Beautiful view, great services, good size room. Lots of public transportation available.
Not close to shopping.

- Magdalene (10/5): - Staff very friendly
- Yuh Yiing (10/5): - Our hotel room was clean and spacious and overlooked the ocean. Service staff were helpful and detail oriented.
There is no mtr station nearby though but bus stops are located within walking distance.
- John (8/5): - This is a training hotel. So not everything is 5*, even though many of the graduating students will eventually work in 5* hotels! The students (and staff) try very hard to please, despite sometimes awkward English. If you are in education or if you're a parent, or a student for that matter, you will enjoy being part of that training process.
- Tom (10/5): - Spacious and scenery room, staff is polite and attentive.
- Yin Fung (10/5): - Excellent staff services
- Chee Wei Robin (8/5): - Sea view, jaccuzi
- Eric (10/5): - Everything and Everyone was EXEMPLARY!! Simply Amazing!!!

- Mr. Joe (10/5): - The connection to the culinary institute is a nice plus. The amenities in the rooms are better than most other hotels.
The only downside is that it is not in a convenient location to walk to anything.
- LayHui (10/5): I will come back again and again! - Although this is a training hotel, the standard is superb like a 5 star standard. The rooms are big , comfortable and clean. Well equipped with writing desk, comfortable bed and a functional bath and shower. The spa facility is of high standard and service staff in hotel is polite and helpful.
- Chick Ngee (8/5): - Good environment.
- Cherry (10/5): - Everything is good no bad comments at all.
- Pamela (10/5): - Loved it!! Clean and spacious room with tall ceilings. Nice selection at their restaurant and the views from their sky at was amazing! 😍
- WAYNE (10/5): - the staff was extremely attentive and courteous
- Chun Wa (10/5): - the price and its quality.
- Wanyi (8/5): - Staffs’ service are good
- Verified traveler (10/5): - excellent view n service
- Janet C Y (10/5): - We have had a stay of two nights. Been exploring the nearby areas using public transportation which was within easy reach.
The hotel is well situated with beautiful tranquil ocean view and
- Shirley (10/5): - Excellent hotel. Excellent services and well appointed room with great Seaview. Impressed with the Marshall Bluetooth speaker provided in the room
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Unique - a cell phone comes with the room (no extra charge) that is available for guests to take out exploring the city. The phone has free WIFIand able to make local AND international calls for free... The hotel is part of a vocational training center to train hospitality staff for other Hong Kong hotels... You get 5 star treatment at a 3 star cost!
- POLYDUCK (10/5): - Excellent service, quiet, sea views, clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for a holiday even for local vacation
- Yau Choi (10/5): - Very relaxing. Enjoyed the dining.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Out of the hustle and bustle of the city, at the base of Victoria Peak. Gorgeous views
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Guest room is large, modern and has nice sea view. Location is a bit remote.
- Frances (10/5): Large comfortable room and very helpful staff - Hotel is modern and clean. Staff are great. Has everything you need in room for charging electronics. Room was large and bathroom had bath and shower. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at The t hotel very much. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large with an amazing view of the bay. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice and freshly cooked eggs and omelettes.
The hotel is very convenient for the A10 bus which stops at the bottom of the hotel drive. We would stay there again if in Hong Kong, absolutely a no brainier!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room is spacious and cleaned. Dinning choices are limited. Worth for a short stay.
- Lyndall (8/5): Wonderful 2 night stay - We had a wonderful stay at The T Hotel.
As it is a training hotel all staff we met definitely looked looked after us with a very attentive manner.
There was a trainer with them to ensure they were doing their role perfectly. Trainers were giving instructions and constructive feedback when needed.
We would stay there again and recommend the hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - good service,luxury rooms,good food,very relaxing stay,love this hotel,staff are exceptional
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Hospitality is excellent. Amenities are good. Location seems remote but lots of public transportation and free hotel shuttle available to Admiralty Station.
Breakfast choices are abundant.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The spa service was excellent. Just wish the hours of operation can extend a bit longer to the evening.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great big room. Very good buffet breakfast, lots of choice. Staff very helpful.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It provides a free handphone for use. We can make free IDD and local calls. This is a very good services.
- Frank (10/5): - The T Hotel and the staff are a hidden gem, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The size of the bedroom was very impressive, the bathroom again was well equipped and huge. The view from the bedroom overlooked the sea a fantastic view, with a number of kites flying and soaring outside. Beautiful. There was a smart mobile phone in the room free to use for calls and text, it also had ideas of things to do and places to visit. The mini bar was very reasonably priced, The hotel is reached from the airport by the A10 bus, the cost of the ticket was about £5 pp, the journey was about 45 mins, the bus stops outside of the hotel on the opposite side of the road. The hotel is reached by crossing at the traffic lights and is situated in the Chinese International Cuisine College. Reception is on the ground floor, all guest rooms, and restaurant are situated on the 6th floor , the spa which is separated for male and female is complimentary and there is a jacuzzi in both, a sauna in the male, and steam room in the female spa. There is a relaxation lounge open to both male and female where you can watch the birds of prey soaring outside. We were the only persons using the facilities. It is a training college but you do not notice that, occasionally you will see groups of young people in chef's whites and that's all. We stayed there B and B, which was mix of chinese and some western food, fresh fruit, young chefs falling over themselves to cook fresh eggs etc! Fantastic concept.
- robert (10/5): Brilliant hotel - Excellent staff with excellent service, one tip is to prebook your breakfast if you intend to use this service as the dining room staff seem to get nervous and confused if you decide to eat without booking.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel and staff. Super friendly and polite. We enjoyed the complimentary biscuits / sweets we received every day.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Rooms and view fantastic, food and service great there is nothing to dislike about this hotel.
- Steve (10/5): - Clean room. Nice sea view. Friendly staffs. And free parking.
- Lesieli (10/5): 10/10 - This was hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Hong Kong and around Asia. The staff are friendly and they make staying there feel like you are royalty. Definitely go back there.
- Véronique (10/5): Incredibile experience - Just outstanding in everything… Thanks a lot to the whole staff!
- SNEAKERHEAD (10/5): - That They Were Very Friendly Staff Helped me Get Around HONG KONG BY LOCAL BUSES & Trains
- Eric (8/5): Nice property, but service... - Great hotel property. Students are training so service is off. Need better training program.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff were very accommodating. Couldn't do enough for you. Nice quiet location away from the main hustle & bustle. Free use of the mobile phone was very helpful to get around.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - clean and quiet, gorgeous view, friendly staffs and great rooms
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Attention to details and friendliness. Service desk support is prompt, assistance to help order taxi and temporary luggage storage until we return for 2nd hotel stay was smooth and convenient.
We're very pleased and will go back to this hotel next time we're in Hong Kong. Thank you!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This Hotel should be re-classified as 5 STAR!!!
The staff were sensational.
The room was perfect.
The food was delicious.
I'll be back again
- Amit (10/5): Superb! - Staff are exceptionally nice and are there for you literally 24/7. Was amazed by the customer service which was next level. Nice view from the hotel room and the room was in excellent condition. Highly recommended!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great experience - What a great concept! We had such a great experience it makes us eager to seek out training hotels like this in other parts of the world.
- David (10/5): Superb, Friendly, a pleasure to stay here. - Superb, although a hospitality training hotel the T is a great place to stay, very friendly, great food, lovely views across South China Sea and although a little further out from Central has good transport links, with the less bustle of Aberdeen promenade a short bus or cab ride away.
- Linda (10/5): Ocean room in Hong Kong Pok Fu Lam - We stayed in the ocean room. It has a great view. The King bed room is quite large. The service here is also really great.
This is a training hotel, but very professional. They helped us check in very late at night and carry our heavy luggage in and out. The location is in Pok Fu Lam village, which is well connected by bus. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Central. Having breakfast included was nice as well.
- steven (10/5): Hong Kong - ....its a training facility hotel. The best service and most polite staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Of the beaten path slightly, but amazing views of the bay and city, excellent breakfast, and very very helpful and polite staff
- Rob (10/5): Love this place! - One of our favorite hotels ever! Beautiful place and lots of folks available to help with any questions.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is our 3rd visit and we will be back for a 4th.
The staff are all eager beavers and are willing to help with any requirements or requests you would like or need.
We were lucky enough to be there for the lunar new year function and although it was sold out the concierge managed to get us a table as she found out it was also our 34th anniversary. And to top it off when we came back they had decorated our room with rose petals and towel swans and gave us a fruit bowl and lovely card.
You always feel welcome at this hotel and are NEVER treated as an inconvenience to their day, as I have been at much more expensive hotels.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This was our 3rd visit and we will definitely be back for a 4th & 5th visit.
I have NEVER been treated as an inconvenience to their day at this hotel, as I have at other more expensive hotels.
The staff are all learning students of hospitality, and as such are more than willing to meet all your needs & wants. True their english is not so good BUT they are much better than my Chinese.
We had the good timing of being at this hotel when they had their Lunar new year dinner. It was booked out but the Concierge managed to find us a table when they learned we were celebrating our 34th Wedding anniversary. And to top of this great surprise, we also came back to rose petals and kissing swans decorations in our room as well as a fruit platter, and card.
This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at anywhere in the world.
The dedication of the staff and the way they make you feel so special you are always sad when you leave.
- Chris (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean facilities, spacious room and nice gym. Hotel breakfast buffet fresh and hot including egg station and espresso coffee options. Affordable mini bar. Easy access from airport to hotel using A10 bus (hotel is at stop 26) at a cost of 48 Hkg (approx 6 USD). Will stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good hotel - Room is big and clean. Service is good. We enjoyed to stay in there.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent! - Was the best hotel we stayed at during the whole trip and in a long time! Excellent service, good, quality of linen and experience! Will recommend it if looking for a great place to stay!
- John (10/5): Wonderful stay. - The T Hotel is a hospitality training hotel. We stayed for 4 nights with our children. The rooms are large and wee appointed and are cleaned daily. We also had breakfast daily at the hotel which was a buffet. The trainees are enthusiastic and whilst there are sometimes issues with a language barrier these are easily resolved. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport via the A10 bus to stop 26, Pok Fu Lam village. Cross the road turn right and then left up a non descript street and the hotel lobby appears. The hotel is on the 6th floor of the training institute. The views of the ocean from the breakfast area and rooms are incredible and very relaxing. The hotel also provides lunch and dinner on certain days and whilst we did not partake I have heard the food is wonderful. We enjoyed escaping the crowds and leaving the city once our shopping and sightseeing was done, as the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle. We walked from The Peak down to the Hotel one ofternnin and it was a pleasant 20-30 minute walk. If you are happy to hop on a bus to get into Kowloon and other shopping areas thusmight be the Hotel for you. We loved our stay and would stay again next time we visit Hong Kong.
- Benny (10/5): Hong Kong vacation - The room is spacious compare to other hotels in Hong Kong, overall, it was a comfort stay, excellent service and breakfast selection is good too.
- Verified traveler (8/5): GoodThe view - Nice sea view.
- Rosalind (8/5): - The hotel is not near to any subway, it’s at a hilltop. It’s actually a training school for students in the hotel industry. As the staff are mostly teenagers, we tend to be a bit more patient. A lot of attention are given to the guests.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Being a training hotel, students are serving each department and maybe confused at times and mistakes can happen. However, the efforts are commendable and you cannot be mad at them. In fact, it added a lot of interest to my stay.
- Raymond (10/5): - This is the most sincere and energetic hotel I ever stayed. Although this is a training hotel, alll facilities and services are up to 5 STARS standard. There were 3 people helped me to carry my luggage from the taxi all to way to my room and another person took me to my room and explained the usage of their facilities in the room. I will definitely stay here again. The location of the hotel is a little far from the city center but there are a lot of public transit.
- Wendy (10/5): - Great "Training" hotel.
If you remember this your experience will be fantastic!. The hotel is manned by students who are learning english, learning their trade and are super enthusiastic to please.
The views from the room and the main eating area and balcony are just terrific for a sunset to remember.
The hotel is away from the tourist area but has busses & taxis right out front. There is a walk to the top of the hill for the nightly light show, but it's not for the unfit!
- julia (10/5): - beautiful hotel, lovely attentive staff,a real gem, will be rebooking for next year
- Zoe (10/5): - Nice, quiet, spacious hotel which is not so common in Hong Kong. 2nd stay, definitely will come back again even it's not so convenient located as others. Excellent value!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Stay - It was an amazing stay at The T Hotel. The view from both the guest room and the restaurant are stunning. Although there was nothing much to shop and eat outside around the hotel, the bus connection is still excellent. The guest room is very spacious and clean with modern furnishing. However, since this hotel is part of the training facility at the VTC, some patience would be a good idea. I would recommend this hotel.
- Esperanza (8/5): HK stay without HK price - Excellent value convienently located just 10 minutes by bus to food shopping and entertainment
