• Mani (3/5): Poor - I was charged for the room when I booked it before arriving. When I arrived they asked that I pay in cash which I did. When I tried to show them the change they couldn't help as I had been charged in my home countries currency. After lodging a complaint with booking.com, I still didn't get my money back after showing receipts for both transactions. I'm not really sure if this was booking.com's error or the hotel. Either way I was still charged twice. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay for a low budget room.

• David (4/5): - 3 nights solo in Phuket old town . Good location . The room was very very small . The window looked out onto an asbestos roof . The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in . The lady at check in was very rude . Some of the other staff were nice enough .
• Jen (1/5): Awful - Nothing really. Where to start. The room was awful. There were no pillow cases on the stained pillows. There was someone’s pubic hair on the toilet. There were dead flies on the floor. The unit was dirty. The view is a roof with leaky drains. The window when opened was filthy. I had booked for 6 nights but checked out after one night and went and paid for another hotel. I requested a refund of the 5 un-used nights which they declined to give me. Wouldn’t recommend and would never stay again

• Hannah (7/5): Good - Lovely welcoming staff, the rooms are a decent size for two people, bed wasn’t the comfiest as it was two single beds pushed together. Great location, easy walk to lots of shops/restaurants! On the whole it was good value for money and would stay again!

• Julie (1/5): They take your momey, Ignore emails for refund. - Terrible customer service. I emailed them more than 6 times. I think it was 8 times in total and they ignored every email that was sent to them but they took my money. I accidentally clicked on a booking, realised the mistake and emailed them straight away to notify them and request a refund. The agent I booked it through also asked them to at least part refund me but they ignored them too. My advice to others looking for accommodation is find somewhere else to stay. If you book with them they will not respond to any queries/ concerns you may have but they will ensure that they take your money. What's annoying and frustrating is that they ignore contact you make with them and you cant stop payment on your card so you lose money for a place you didnt even sleep at. .

• Ds (7/5): Convenient location + value for money - The location was top notch - perfect stay if you are not going to be in the hotel too much. The room was much smaller than anticipated. But it was fine as I was out whole day and only used the room to sleep.

• Viviane (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, less then 10 min away waking to the heart of old town. The staff was always very helpful anytime requested. The room was quite comfortable. I was traveling solo and I felt very safe and serene while staying there. I would recommend to any solo traveler going to Phuket.

• bjarne (10/5): Perfekt udgangspunkt for ophold i Phuket - Alt hvad jeg behøver på mine rejser er en seng at sove i og mulighed for at tage bad. Det fik jeg her, fremragende. Smilende, sødt, hjælpsomt og venligt personale. Fra hotellet er der ca. 400 meter til busterminal 1 hvor lufthavnsbussen kører til og fra hver time. Hotellet ligger meget centralt placeret og er perfekt som udgangspunkt for udflugter eller som base. Jeg gik fra hotellet til både Khao Rang, shoppecentret Central Phuket Festival, Phuket Grocery med natmarked og havde hverken behov for at leje køretøj eller benytte taxa. Jeg kan på det varmeste anbefale dette hotel.

• Charlotte (5/5): Passable - good location, only 5/10 minute walk into the old town. The staff were helpful. Fresh water everyday. Unable to have one night full of sleep due to the heat & the fan just circulated hot air. On top of that the shower didn’t work, extremely low pressure and water droplets only came out from one side of it. The bed had bugs and it was definitely not worth how much we paid.

• Gustavus (8/5): Phuket Zentrum - Im Zentrum nix besonderes, interessant ist das Museum of Trickeye, das war das beste. Dann noch Monkey viewpoint ( Stück weiter weg, am besten mit Mopet hinfahren lassen) und der Nacht und Fischmarkt. Also 2 Tage langen, bin dann weiter gereist.

• James (2/5): Hotel of horror - It's a terrible hotel. During my stay my room was cleaned once. I spoke to the cleaning lady and her if she was was going to clean my room and got no reply (I spoke in Thai) I also spoke to managem. I think they should have non airconditioned rooms in bold print. The room I had was like this. This way I would have kept looking. The restaurants in the immediate area were over priced with bad food. To get decent food I relied on the street vendors or specific food shops for the Thai people, which were very excellent and reasonably priced. All of the other hotels during my stay were great. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my ex wife whom I don't like very much.

• Amanda (10/5): Great for overnight stay - Maybe because I was staying at hostels all but this night, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Good AC, nice clean bathroom and comfortable bed. I mean, it’s not a Hilton but it does the job it needs!!
• Alexandra (4/5): War okay, würde aber nicht nochmal buchen - Das Personal war wirklich nett! Die Zimmer bzw. Unser Zimmer jedoch machte einen nicht sehr einladenden Eindruck. Winzig klein, sodass wir uns zu zweit ständig in die Quere kamen, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet (großes Plus allerdings für den Kühlschrank) und obendrauf nicht unbedingt so sauber wie man es sich vorstellt. Und das hat nichts mit thailändischen/deutschen Verhältnissen zu tun, die Bettwäsche sollte auch in Thailand vor dem CheckIn neuer Gäste gewechselt werden. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht und auch der kostenlose Kaffee eine kleine Annehmlichkeit.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was clean, there was coffee at the lobby. No tea though. Check in time was different than the actual check in time. We arrived from the other side of town and the receptionist was trying to have us wait longer to be checked in. We showed him the check in time online and insisted not to have to wait. He accomodated that. The mattress was very firm. It was similiar to sleeping on the ground.
• sndcrs (6/5): Sans plus. - bien pour une transition mais pas pour long séjour, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire autour et l'hôtel en lui même est très vieux. beaucoup de choses devrais être changé ( rideau à moitié cassé, frigo qui congèle/décongèle, salle de bain mouillé de partout suite à la douche comme zéro rebord.

However given the price we paid, I guess it was okay. Decent for the price, but next time I would probably pay a little bit more. Definitely the best hotel you can get in the price range though.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Hôtel miteux, pas propre ( drap jaune, à se demander si ils étaient lavés), nous avons dormi avec nos duvets. Frigo dégoûtant il n'y a pas d'autre mot à dire. Lavabo sale également et la douche le Syphon de sorti histoire de bien voir le noir autour. Personnel de l'accueil absent au matin, nous avons jamais réussi à le voir, par contre celui de la nuit était disponible. Je n'ai aucun bon point à donner à cet hôtel et pourtant nous sommes jeunes, mais la c'est inadmissible!! Passez votre route.

• couple late 40 (6/5): Cheap and Cheerful - Hotel in good location, cheap and cheerful but bed a bit hard and bathroom needed a good mould and mildew cleanse - tired and in need of refurb - that said it was cheap and ok for a night - Aircon worked well and coffee free
• Dennis (8/5): Rigtig fint til prisen - Udmærket efter prisen. Dog var der flere der var i stykker ved ankonst: en lampe, bruser, køleskabet var fyldt med vand. Håndklæderne plettede, men rene. Alt i alt et fint sted til rigtig billig pris. Perfekt beliggenhed og WiFi virkede upåklageligt.
• maelle (6/5): Pas cher mais quand même... - C'est sûr que le prix est attractif et qu'on ne s'attend pas à du 4 étoiles mais le minimum pour nous c'est d'avoir des draps propres, sans tâches suspectes. Loupé ! Les rideaux étaient dans le même état et la chambre sentait très mauvais, tellement que le lendemain de notre départ, nos habits sentaient la chambre. Les bons côtés de l'hôtel maintenant : en plein centre ville, parfait pour du shopping, des balades au coeur d'une ville thaïlandaise, les restau de tous types de nationalité y compris des restau où il n'y a que des thaïlandais. La climatisation (lors de notre séjour il faisait 29° à notre arrivée à 22h) ce n'est pas négligeable. Le wifi partout et gratuit. Hôtel étape

• Jo (6/5): Dreckiges hotel mit kaputter dusche - Wir haben zum Glück nur eine Nacht im Sleep at Phuket übernachtet. Unser Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Die dusche funktionierte nicht Und viele kleine Tierchen sind im zimmer gewesen. Nicht zu empfehlen

• Verified traveler (6/5): Budget Hotel for 1 night - This hotel is just ok for 1 night, if you intend to stay longer I wouldn´t recommend it as the rooms are tiny and not very comfortable, besides the A/C is so noisy and smelly, we couldn`t leave it on overnight, so you´ve got to deal with a very stuffy room at night....:-( Location is fine, could walk everywhere in Phuket town. Robinson mall + Tops Supermarket+ local food stalls are not even 10mins. walk. Would recommend "Khao Rang Place" - Hotel if you want a budget hotel with comfort!!

• Abigail (10/5): Convenient and Clean! - Stayed at Sleep at Phuket for a quick 2-night trip to Phuket Town. Location and accessibility was great. The women at the front desk were super friendly and accommodating. They were helpful with tips on the area. Our room was nice and clean, with a strong Air-Con and blackout curtains. The entry doors were all secured and locked during night hours, requiring a hotel key for access. Check out is at noon, and we wanted to stay in the area to visit the Sunday Night Walking Street. The women were more than happy to let us leave our bags in the office from noon till about 6pm... great stay, would definitely be back!
