- David (10/5): - This hotel is very grand and spacious. The pool is very good, although some shelter would good, as it is very hot in the surrounding area. Although Medan itself has little to offer tourists, the hotel is in a good position for shopping - there is a Starbucks opposite and a short walk from a minimart.

- Tomas (10/5): Wonderful new hotel in the heart of the city! - The checkin was fast and smooth, room and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean inside out, rooms and whole hotel is tastefully decorated, room was spacious(including big bathroom) and very comfortable. The bed(King Koil brand) incl. pillows was delightful to sleep in and probably the best I've ever tried. Housekeeping and all the staff is doing perfect job and very polite and attentive. Breakfasts are very nice with good selection however for the longer stays more variety of day to day options would be nice. I have tried many hotels in Medan over the last 10 years and this one is definitely the best and will stick to it for the future. I do not understand why the star rating on hotels.com is only 3.5 stars because officially the hotel is 4 stars and beats the other 5 stars hotels in the city. Highly recommended!!!

The price was totally worth of the wonderful service the staffs provided to me and my family and the location was great for me to go shopping and wondering around the city! Also, the rooms were clean, although one of the room I booked had its bathroom door knob broken and I wish the staffs could fix it as soon as possible for the next customers who saw interest in the hotel. Other than the door knob issue, the others were ok.

I booked 10 rooms for out town business partners. they arrived before 2pm and waited hours for the room to be ready. they can finally entered the room almost at 4pm. very dissapointed considering this is one of the most beautiful hotel in town.
