• Burt (8/5): - I enjoyed staying at this hotel for one night. It is in a nice residential area right on the beach and away from any type of town/city. As such, it is a great place to stay if you are not looking for entertainment, restaurants etc.. Very good value. Small area to sit near the beach which is not at all developed and so very quiet.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The best thing about the The Theatre is Jane and her staff. Jane couldn't be more welcoming, accommodating or friendly, and her staff is eager to please as well. The accommodations are comfortable, the view from our oceanfront room is amazing, and the rooms include a free breakfast, again the best part of that is the hospitality, besides the fact that it's good. The only reason I didn't give accommodations 5 stars is that they are more basic then what you might be accustomed to in the States, although they definitely serve their purpose. Thank you Jane!
• Laurel (10/5): Must stay here - Out of the way and quiet beach resort! Best service we’ve had in a long time. Jane takes care of everything. Rooms big bright clean and comfortable. Set Breakfast menu was outstanding! You should eat at hotel for supper too. Great affordable food. Beautiful quiet private beach area. WiFi not very reliable in rooms but fine in lobby/breakfast area.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Mooie locatie, strand op loopafstand doch afgelegen (niet kort bij het centrum) ... vervoer nodig om het centrum te bezoeken. Voor de rest heel rustig.

• Giuseppe (10/5): Viziati - Posizione lungomare, in zona isolata, siamo a circa 6 km dal paese. Nelle vicinanze solo un paio di ristoranti e qualche hotel. Spiaggia lunghissima, 10 km, con rare persone. A chi piace la tranquillità non resterà deluso. Hotel con una decina di camere, spaziose e pulite. Servizio eccellente. Colazione ottima, molto curata anche nella presentazione dei piatti. Wifi buono. Prezzo ottimo.
• Michiel (10/5): - Coming from lively Bangkok it was a bit of a shock to experience a total different environment. It’s quite, remote, empty, but beautiful. According to the (expat) locals; it is Thailand beaches 20/25 years ago. Not taken over by the mass tourism. We loved our stay at the theater. Great breakfast, wonderful and very helpful staff especially the owners, children’s friendly place too. Great for relaxing. The area has some nice beach bars and restaurants in walking distance.
• Lars (8/5): Ett fridfullt hotell med en underbar värdinna - Ett trevligt ställe med en underbart vänlig och omtänksam kvinna som ägde hotellet. Läget är lite på offsiden för mig men för den som vill ha ett lugnt och enskilt boende är det ett utmärkt ställe precis intill havet.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Quiet Hotel on Beach - We had one of two wooden rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean. Typical Thai bathroom. Location is out of the way and quiet, and the beach is nice. The food is excellent here, we even pre-ordered one dinner the day before and it was excellent. Breakfast is simple but tasty. We had a vehicle and were able to explore the many quiet beaches around this area. The owner can organize a snorkel trip which we did.

• rudy (10/5): heerlijk relaxen aan het strand - zeer rustig gelegen hotel aan een kilometerslang strand ,attentvolle eigenares, gratis pick up van het station, vriendelijke ontvangst, wifi ok, uitgebreid ontbijt, strand voor hotel netjes onderhouden, bij lange strandwandeling veel aangespoeld afval

• Verified traveler (8/5): The Theatre Villa: 29. 10. - 01.11.2016 - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und die Besitzerfamilie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und dem normalen Standard entsprechend. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es wird reichlich aufgetischt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, schön um zu entspannen. Minuspunkt ist die Beschilderung für die Anreise. Habe das den Besitzern gemeldet. Hinweis für Anteise mit dem Auto. Das Navigationsgerät zeigt ausserhalb der Hauptstrasse den Weg zur Umterkunft nicht mehr an. Ab der Hauptstrasse der Beschilderung folgen. Gesammteindruck, sehr gut. Leider hatten wir viel Regen immer noch Regensaison.
• Justin (10/5): Outstanding service at beachfront resort - After being recommended by friends we made arrangements to stay at the Theatre Villa for 3 nights. After being dropped off at the local bus stop in town, we called the resort's phone number and they were there within 10 minutes to pick us up. Turns out this place is a family owned and run resort. The father and son picked us up in their personal SUV (which was clean and comfortable) and when we arrived they took our bags up to the room while the mom had us sit down for complimentary coffee and water. Waiting in our room was some free water and EST (or Pepsi) and everything was extremely clean. After unpacking we headed down to the beach, and again the mom showed initiative by guiding us to the beach and showing us where there was complimentary water and towels. That evening we ate at their restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. The next day after coming down for breakfast we were served our breakfast (included with the room). The meal started with a martini glass of orange juice and another glass of yoghurt and berries. Then a plate of fried egg and ham/Thai sausage. And finally plate after plate of fresh cut fruit, a total of five, was served. And of course coffee as well. They drove us to and from a local restaurant and helped us make arrangements for a snorkeling trip. This place is very quiet and not for those who want to party and enjoy the nightlife.
• Nikos y Fernand (10/5): Resort estupendo y tranquilo delante de la playa. - Nuestra estancia fue buenísima en el hotel. Tuvimos la suerte de tener un "upgrade" en un bungalow delante de la playa siendo temporada baja. La señora que lo lleva, Chan o Tsan, nos ayudó con todos los asuntos durante la estancia y la chica de la limpieza es de lo más dulce. Bang Saphan es un lugar muy tranquilo, al menos en el mes de junio, cosa que necesitábamos y que encontramos. Muchas gracias por todo y repetiremos seguro.
