- Sonia (10/5): Cozy, comfortable and welcoming - We had a wonderful stay, we felt so welcome and at ease. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the homemade scones were amazing. The bed was very comfy and the room was light and spacious.
- Cody (9/5): Home owners were lovely and accommodating, the room we had was spacious and clean - On arrival we met one of the home owners who was lovely and accommodating and they showed us to our room which was spacious and clean as we were travelling with a little one so this helped massively. The place of stay is within walking distance to a few beaches which was a bonus, we didn’t have the breakfast as we decided to eat locally but every time we left in the morning it smelt delightful. All in all a great place to stay even with children and a great location as well with great hosts.

Was made to feel so warm and welcome and I didn’t book breakfast and lovely Cindy let me know we could book for the following morning. In which we did and the breakfast was absolutely beautiful! So lovely and fresh and the fact you can help urself go cereal and bars and pastries was a lovely gesture. I’ve got to say the breakfast was on the cheaper side compared to most places but so fresh and cooked to perfection. Shower was so clean and the shower had the best power I’ve felt for most places! The bedroom was spacious and the little snacks was a bonus! We will definitely book again for next year. Thank you so much for having us. Nothing at all!

Free parking available and had no problems getting a parking spot, with location perfect for walking into Newquay and close to beaches and eating establishments. I would definitely return. The toilet in the ensuite was hit and miss as to whether it flushed. The bedroom decor was unicorn heavy and quite busy.

Booking was incredibly easy and smooth, and to my surprise, a room was ready for us within just a couple of hours. The host, Cindy, messaged me straight away with all the details I needed. From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, friendly, and welcoming truly someone who goes above and beyond for her guests. She connected instantly with my 8-year-old daughter, and during their chat, discovered that she loves unicorns. To my daughter’s absolute delight, Cindy switched us to a unicorn-themed room a thoughtful and magical touch that she will never forget. It made her feel so special, and that alone made the stay worth it. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was perfect everything we needed for a restful and recharging stay. The house was peaceful and quiet, with the bonus of on-site parking, which is a huge plus in Newquay. I only wish we had more time to stay longer. Jasmine House turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of the most memorable parts of our trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area especially families. - Robert (1/5): Avoid!! Especially room 7 - Nothing Room 7 stank of mould!!, had bugs in bed and behind, very diry. Owner declared that everything was fine and thay couldn't smell nothing. Ridiculous. Pople double check where you book as the 4.7 stars on the rating, seriously don't kow how?? Had to leave and look for alternative.

- michaela (9/5): Well located and well presented. A great find. - The location was ideal and the airport bus stopped right outside - a real bonus. The owner was really friendly and welcoming. You could tell she takes pride in her accommodation as the pathway to the annex where I stayed was lined with beautiful hanging baskets. There were lovely little touches like cold water and fresh milk in the fridge. I will stay here again next time I’m in Newquay. Thank you.

- Kay (7/5): Great for an overnight stay, options to eat and rest up. - Very clean with personal touches, we stayed in the waterfall room so had the lovely picture on the wall. it made a good base for an overnight stay. The room was in the annex so peaceful and a key provided to come and go as you please, it was en suite, had good storage and beautiful lighting. Had a nice meal in Newquay town with a sea view even though we were late. The only downside was there was no WiFi in the room. The owner said it was because they had just gone digital. WiFi could be accessed from the main house but I couldn’t get in because it was late I’m guessing the front door was locked. Quite a few buildings in the town were empty and some totally run down with broken windows which was sad to see.

- Natalie (10/5): Support local businesses! This one is a beaut ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Wow, I cannot recommend Jasmine House enough. It really was a perfect 3 day stay. Top cleanliness, very comfortable bed and lovely little touches left in our room (little pot of sweets, bottles of water, fresh milk, crisps and biscuits) Things were topped up as & when needed. Lovely hot, powerful shower, also very clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Full English, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast! All topped off by being presented with a lovely box with fresh scones, jam and clotted cream to take away with you after your breakfast. Location is incredibly close to beaches and shops! Cindy and her husband were welcoming, friendly and and caring. Oh, and free onsite parking! We will be back, in fact, I don't want to leave! Going home!

- Jamie (10/5): Perfection - I loved that Jasmine House provided Netflix and Prime Video. I've never stayed anywhere that's had these facilities at that rate. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and it came with a complimentary scone with jam and clotted cream. There's nothing to dislike

- Seidon (8/5): Quaint rooms and generous host - The host is accommodating and very friendly. The room is quaint with everything you need. The breakfast is nice and generous. The bathroom is a bit small and the place is a bit crammed.

- Mohammed (8/5): Stay with Cindy and Ashley for a lovely holiday. - The room was spacious, everything was clean, and the bed was comfy. Having a fridge was very useful. The breakfasts were delicious with so much choice. Plenty of on-site parking.

- DAVID (8/5): - An unexpected bonus was the mini-fridge in the room. There's nothing better to me than a nice cold milk drink after a day of walking, so I bought a 4-pint bottle at the nearby Spar and put it in the fridge.
- Pam (9/5): Great place to stay easy walking distance from a nice park and beach. - Quirky decor and very comfortable. Everything provided to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Nice to have a small fridge in the room and tv with streaming services…one we’ve not come across before. Hosts were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast too! :0) Taps in bathroom made me jump! Push down type which gave a torrent of water and then turned off. I couldn’t quite master them!! :0o
