Located to very close to the Basilica, Vatican Museums, many pizza joins, and ice cream shops, fast food restaurants ( McDonald and Burger King), mini-markets souvenir shops. Breakfast was served at several small restaurants. Small, but funcional elevator.

• Loreny (8/5): Great stay ! - The rooms was impeccable. Bed extremely comfortable clean and spacious .i was a bit concerned at the beginning when we arrived . I couldn’t contact the property and got a hold of them and was helped right away and after that my stay was pleasant. Well, I had paid for the room with a jacuzzi, but the girls said I hadn’t. There was a misunderstanding, and I was a bit upset. However, because the room was so comfortable, I didn’t mind after all.

Only downside is the first two small sets of stairs that you have to manage before using a very small elevator, and there is really no other way, so we had no problem dealing with it.

We stayed at a 4 star that cannot compare to this hotel we actually cancelled that one and booked here for the duration of our stay Nothing 10/10
• Jennifer (10/5): Great hotel - worth every penny - Loved the view and the cleanliness of the hotel , they even have toothbrushes and toothpaste , razors hair goes incase you forget anything. The room also has a mini bar with two free bottles of water and other drinks for purchase and the breakfast is amazing. The staff is also so kind and helpful . There’s only one thing ( we booked two rooms and I’m not sure which one this review is for ) is that the standard room has the shower beside the bed so I wouldn’t recommend those rooms if you’re travelling with anyone but it wouldn’t stop Me from booking again ( I just know if I’m not alone to book another room)

Smaczne śniadania jak również lokalizacja zdecydowanie na plus. Jeśli będę miała okazję to na pewno tu wrócę. Minusem jest to, że z korytarza słychać innych gości, którzy niestety nie zawsze zachowują się cicho.

W momencie włączenia w jacuzzi trybu bąbelek bylo czuć "odpływ" oraz dużo dziwnych rzeczy wypływało "jakby brud". Niestety sprawdziłbym dlaczego cos takiego mialo miejsce. Głównie wybraliśmy ten obiekt ze względu na jacuzzi, wiec to bylo lekkie rozczarowanie. 2. Widać byly lekkie ślady pleśni na suficie od wilgoci. Ale wszystko inne super, lokalizacja, łóżko i inne. • Maras (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - We had wonderful experience. From the first moment, we felt warmly welcomed. The room was beautiful and very clean, carefully detailed. There were all the amenities in room, like in a 5* hotel. Bed was comfy, bathroom nice, cleaned every day. Vatican city is a few steps away. Without a doubt, it's a place we would return to and wholeheartedly recommend.

• Mustapha (5/5): - Tijdens mijn zoektocht naar een verblijf zag ik een mooie kamer met een privéjacuzzi. Er stond duidelijk vermeld dat ik de datum van mijn verblijf gratis mocht wijzigen, dus heb ik meteen geboekt. Door privéomstandigheden kon ik niet op de geboekte datum komen. Ik dacht dat ik de datum eenvoudig kon wijzigen, zoals aangegeven stond. Ik heb meerdere keren verschillende data doorgegeven, maar het bleek onmogelijk te zijn om de datum aan te passen. Dat vind ik erg vervelend, omdat er duidelijk stond dat dit wel mogelijk was. Via een medewerker van Booking.com heb ik nog geprobeerd om dit te regelen. Toen ik uiteindelijk bij het hotel aankwam, kreeg ik een kamer zonder jacuzzi. Toen ik vroeg waarom ik niet de kamer met jacuzzi kreeg, werd mij verteld dat de jacuzzi alleen op de foto stond als onderdeel van het hotel en niet bij de kamer hoorde. Daarnaast heb ik 5 drankjes gebruikt, maar ze wilden er 10 in rekening brengen. Ik voel mij misleid. Het lijkt alsof ze alleen maar geld willen verdienen. De klantvriendelijkheid is 0,0.

• Linda (10/5): Thank God and staff for this wonderful hotel - Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Treated me like royalty although I am only a peasant 😁 they even applied ice to my injured foot I had twist after getting off bus. They called me a cab and even waited with me as I was alone. The room was so clean and comfortable. The location was so close to St. Peter basilica that you can just about roll out of bed and be there. Police officers around because of close proximity. Restaurant s right out the door. Thankyou staff! I’ll book my stay with you if ever in Rome again!

• laura (9/5): Great location and stay - Location was excellent, spotlessly clean, great base for a city break Light switch wouldnt work on our 2nd and 3rd night which meant the lights were stuck on. We had to remove the key card to turn them off which meant no power to charge phones etc at night. The guy on reception did try to fix it but couldnt figure it out

• Linda (9/5): Outstanding option if you want a clean, well equipped hotel close to the Vatican. - Location was fabulous for accessing anything near the Vatican. Bus, taxi and metro facilities were easily accessible. The room was immaculately clean and included coffee, tea, toiletries and hairdryer. There is no "breakfast room," but there is a very good breakfast option that includes beverages, cereal, yogurt, breads, egg, and meat choices that will delivered to your room based upon what you have requested. The air conditioning was controlled within the room and was very responsive at maintaining temperature. The staff were very accommodating and willing to answer guests' questions. Evening staff (7-11PM) sometimes used loud voices without considering that some guests may be trying to sleep.

• Eric (9/5): Nicely renovated room, pleasant staff. - Our room flooded once because the shower wasn't draining properly. Half the room had an inch or so of water. Luckily it was early enough in the evening so there was someone there to clean it up. They said it was fixed the next day while we were out but I am not sure it was. We had to place a towel across the shower entrance to keep the water from flowing out.
