enterprising (10/5): تجربة استثنائية وإقامة تعيد تعريف الخدمة الفندقية الكلاسيكية الراقية! - بصراحة الفندق رائع جداً ويستحق أعلى تقييم. الخدمة الفندقية هنا مميزة للغاية وتذكرك بالفنادق الكلاسيكية العريقة التي تضع راحة العميل في المقام الأول. الاستقبال: البداية كانت من الاستقبال والترحيب السريع والراقي جداً خصوصا مسئولة الاستقبال روتش. الجناح والغرف: الجناح كان كبيراً جداً، واسعاً، ومريحاً. النظافة كانت ممتازة والترتيب يفتح النفس، والسرير مريح جداً للنوم. التفاصيل والروائح: رائحة الغرف والممرات جداً ممتازة ومنعشة طوال الوقت. دورات المياه: ممتازة، نظيفة جداً وتجهيزاتها رائعة. الفندق يجمع بين الفخامة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل، وبصراحة تجربة ممتازة وسأكرر الزيارة بالتأكيد. شكراً لإدارة الفندق خصوصا الاستاذ محمد المنصور وطاقم العمل على هذا المستوى المشرف. هذه اول زيارة ولن تكون الاخيرة لا شيء مطلقا

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, with late check out, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased stay with my family which we had 2 rooms. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future Inshallah

Khalid (8/5): كانت أقامة مميزة - تعامل موظفين الأستقبال وأخص بالشكر السيد سبحان أنسان متعاون وخدوم ويلبي أى خدمة تطلبها أن كان باأستطاعتة. شكرا جزيلا سيد سبحان تجمع المياة في دورة المياه الله يكرمكم بسبب ميول البلاط باأتجاة الباب بدلا من التصريف
KAZUKI (9/5): 良かった - 併設されているモールが何でもあって便利だった。モールのレストランの食事がリーズナブルでおいしかった。部屋にナイフ・フォーク・スプーン等の食器が無かった。買ってきたものを手で食べることになった。
