No había nada de comida, se lo tenías que ir pidiendo todo a un solo camarero, y despues de esperar mucho rato acabamos yendonos sin comer practicamente nada

- chetrat (8/5): Séjour agréable dans un cadre incroyable - Déjà plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel que nous apprécions pour sa situation géographique et pour son golf incroyable... Peut-être un peu trop isolé pour certain, mais c'est ce que nous apprécions. Nous avons Jaca à 20 mn de voiture pour passer une soirée dans cette petite ville agréable et dynamique... Le personnel également a participé à la qualité de notre court séjour. Manque d'une petite table sur la terrasse et dans la chambre. C'est attristant de voir l'hôtel se dégrader à l'extérieur. Dommage aussi que le animaux de soient pas accepté dans l'établissement.

Entorno moderno y bonito gracias al campo de golf. En general no tenemos queja, pero algunos aspectos del hotel necesitan un poco más de cuidado con el detalle. Por ejemplo, los ascensores tienen un panel de luz muy fuerte que suelta muchísimo calor, lo que los hace super incómodos.

Me parecieron camas demasiado estrechas para un hotel de ese tipo y con una habitación tan amplia donde cabrían perfectamente dos camas d 1 mt. De ancho. Además de ser estrechas, hacían bastante ruido cuando te movías o te sentabas en la cama.

La habitación con balcón con vistas al campo de golf. El desayuno bastante variado. La piscina estaba bien. Muy tranquila la ubicación. Recomendable La ubicación, está algo alejado de lugares que visitar y del pueblo más cercano. El wifi no funcionaba muy bien.

No disponer del restaurante para cenar porque había un evento privado. El Hotel está alejado de todo y no poder cenar esa noche nos supuso tener que coger el coche para ir a buscar algo para cenar en la habitación. Podrían haber avisado para poder decidir si alojarnos ahí, o no. Las instalaciones exteriores están muy descuidadas y sucias. La piscina fatal! Descuidada y sin un buen mantenimiento. No volveremos.

Parking gratis y grande La picina bastante pequeña y sin tumbonas no la pudimos usar porque no habia donde poner las cosas, las instalaciones como abandonadas, el gimnacio lleno de polvo, las vistas geniales pero lo arruina la dejadez de las fuentes sin agua, podrian taparlas con lonas para que no se vea, la cafeteria esta en la entreplanta por lo que si tomas algo no puedes, estar cerca de la piscina por si vas con niños y quieres beber algo

- Kàtia (7/5): Recomano no esmorzar a l,establiment - L'amabilitat del personal, aparcament gratuït, habitació àmplia i llits confortables però petits per a ús individual. Per la categoria de l,estabiment, l,esmorzar ha estat pèssim (dels pitjors que he provat per a un hotel de 4 estrelles: embotit de pèssima qualitat (mortadel.la, pernil dolç i formatge de baixa qualitat) ,pa de panificadora incomestible, café de termo, brixeria industrial dolenta. No recomanable esmorzar allà. Sembla increïble que un hotel de quatre estrelles ofereixi aquesta qualitat de producte.

The breakfast was also excellent the next morning and girl on duty at reception very friendly. We had great free parking. 1st night of this year’s Spain car trip landing in Bilbao at 12.30. Excellent halfway spot heading to Pensacola. Pool was a little small , not a huge complaint. The swim was refreshing after our car journey.

- Begoñe (7/5): Hotel ideal para relax, pero con entorno no muy cuidado. - Habitación muy amplia y la terraza también. El baño muy cómodo, salvo la bañera. Cuenta con ascensor hasta el parking y éste es muy amplio y cómodo. El desayuno buffet muy bueno. Bastante completo y el personal muy amable. En cuanto al restaurante, hay que decir que es un servicio aparte del hotel, la hostelería no es del hotel, son dos servicios independientes. La bañera es muy incomoda. Tiene mampara fija y dificulta mucho la entrada y salida. La piscina es muy pequeña, está muy deteriorada y poco cuidada (azulejos rotos, madera de la valla sin pintar...). Tiene muy poco espacio para poner hamacas y en días de calor está muy "ahogada" (no corre brisa). La foto de algunas publicaciones no corresponde a la realidad, no hay chorro de cisne.

Vétusté des lieux Chambre sans balcon avec fenêtre à demi ouverte. Terrasse pour le petit déjeuner fermée et portes cadenassées. Cela ne correspond pas du tout à la promesse véhiculée par les photos sur Booking. Les bassins d'eau encadrant l'hôtel sont vides et délabrés

L'agencement de la suite est très fonctionnelle et en particulier la salle de bain Le parcours de golf vaut le détour pour les difficultés techniques de certains trous (5/6) qui demandent trois à quatre tours pour mieux les vaincre L'absence d'un balcon dans ce logement et l'impossibilité malgré notre demande avec surcoût d'obtenir un tel logement équipé (regret....) Les heures d'ouverture du bar sont très restreintes et incompréhensibles pour un tel établissement de 4 étoiles.

- Braun (7/5): my arquitect heart is bleeding - stunning unique place but not adequately maintained - The room was very spacious and clean- exquisite flooring and modern design- big bathroom with extra room for a toilet. very classy furniture, good beds. Nice pool. The suroundings are beautiful, nice golf course. The arquitecture of the hotel is one of a kind, like in a movie. High class materials and stunning wooden elements. Could be a gemstone in a great landscape. Night staff on arrival was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is only 19 years old and has obviously been a very distinguished place in the beginning. Now not any more - wooden decks are fallings apart, access rightly denied, signs hanging loosely on the walls represent the very poor conditions of the surroundings. The pond around the building is empty and gives a sad impression of what must have been a stunning feature in the good days. Tiles falling off in the pool is unavoidable, but repairing them with patches of a comletely different color would make the original arquitect´s heart bleed. It´s a shame seeing the exquisite place declining. Spider webs and cracks in the walls in public areas. Staff in the morning called at 11.19h (checkout time 12.00h) - I was already standing in the door - to reminding me to check out now - not in a friendly tone. They promised lactose free alternatives at breakfast, but other than lactose free milk there weren´t any. Not even cheese or yoghurt. When asked for maragrine they pointed to the butter. Bit dissapointing.

- Laurent (6/5): Hotel in slechte staat. - Het was waarschijnlijk een goed hotel in het verleden maar die is niet meer onderhoud. Jacuzzi was leeg, sauna werk niet, een deel van de tegels van de zwembad waren weg, rond was het vuil en stuk en de oplader voor de auto’s waren allemaal uit handel ! Wij hadden specifiek deze hotel gekozen voor de laders…

- Dave (6/5): - Mooi hotel voor doorreis maar dan heb je het ook gehad. Eten in het restaurant was heerlijk. Gaat open om 20:00 uur, geen Engelstalig personeel. Ontbijt ook prima. Uitzicht is mooi. Uitzicht direct onder je balkon is minder. Een enorme vijver die al een hele tijd leeg staat. Net een bouwput. Kamer is ruim. Douche is ruim, echter wordt er weinig aan onderhoud gedaan. Er stonden maar 4 auto’s in de enorme parkeergarage. Dus plaats zat om te parkeren.
- Milagros (10/5): - La habitación era enorme con un baño y un aseo. Ducha hidromasaje y bañera independiente. Cenamos en un bar de los alrededores que estaba muy bien por lo que no puedo valorar el restaurante. Desayuno correcto
- JEAN (10/5): On aime beaucoup et on reviendra ! - Paisible avec environnement du golf. Spacieux et confortable. Parking au top…Équipe personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Et… nouveau …une restauration à la hauteur de l’établissement ! Excellente surprise ! On a payé un peu trop cher par rapport aux autres prix vus sur booking dans le même hôtel 🤨. Certains aspects de l’établissement se dégradent … mais ça fait partie de l’ensemble et cela ne nous dérange pas…
