• andrew (10/5): - Our room had everything we needed, the black out blinds make the room pitch black and it’s very quiet at night. The AC can be tricky but we figured it out and it worked well it was very cool. I was quite comfortable here. The front desk staff are also very nice people.

• Jenica (10/5): Clean and comfortable - We stayed for just one night on our last day in Europe due to its proximity to the airport. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. They provided plenty of towels and linens as well as soap, shampoo, body wash, and a laundry detergent pod. They also had a large bottle of water cold in the fridge. 106 has a lovely patio that we wish we could have enjoyed more. The ac was good and the shower hot with good pressure. The communication with the front desk was easy and our check in was smooth. I would stay again.
• Tomara (8/5): Cute touriat hotel in a nice neighborhood - Good hotel about a 15 minute walk from the beach.There were some restaurants nearby and it was in an upscale, safe and walkable neighborhood.
• Lester (8/5): - The rooms were very spacious and had all the amenities advertised. It was also in a very safe and clean area, within walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. The only thing missing was a laundry facility, which would have been helpful for my 15-day european trip, traveling with 4 kids. Other than than, I would highly recommend this property for families on vacation.

De appartementen zijn enigszins gehorig, maar op een luidruchtig feestje de eerste nacht na heeft ons dat niet gestoord. Ideaal is de loopafstand tot het station en dat de hola barcelona kaart tot dit station geldig is. Goed gesorteerde supermarkt is dichtbij en ook het strand wandel je zo naartoe. De keuken is compleet en de bedden slapen goed. Als ik ooit weer naar barcelona reis, zou ik zeker opnieuw boeken.

• LYNDA (6/5): - C’est un vieil hôtel, la porte de la salle de bains, est une porte coulissante qui ne se ferme pas correctement et qui fait du bruit, la douche laisse à désirer, l’interrupteur de la chambre ne fonctionne pas et il n’y a pas de lampe de chevets, on a dû allumer la lumière de la salle de séjour pour pouvoir voir sans oublier le lit de la chambre qui est inconfortable et dès qu’on bouge, il fait un bruit comme si il est brisé. Pour ma part, c’est une déception.

• Jing (6/5): - Nice location near the seaside, convenient to travel around. Walking distance to the train station. It has all basic utilities and furnitures like living at home. The down side is that I feel unsafe at night because there was no security ( no security guard) on duty at night and the front gate is open 24 hours per day. The strangers can come any time regardless CCTV cameras installed in some areas. I woke up in one morning noticed that the air conditioner was switched off which I had left it on last night. And I opened my wallet and noticed that all the cash had been taken. My the other handbag zip was open looked like someone had a look into it. My balcony door was shut properly but it wasn’t locked. I suspected someone had come in during my sleep at night. I reported it to the receptionist in the morning and they said they will have look the CCTV camera. I wish somebody had warned before I got to the apartment.
• Ryan (6/5): Nice but Noisy - We stayed 3 nights at Velor Apartments. The apartment itself was nice with central a/c, kitchen incl accessories, and close to the beach. The apartment showed some wear. The front desk staff was very nice. Our big complaint was the noise. We could hear people above us and below us until very late at night, preventing us from sleeping. The soundproofing in the apartment was terrible as we could hear conversations and music from people on the patio below us as well as loud food steps and doors slamming from the unit above us. Probably would not stay here again.

Outside of building is crumpling away and debris falls on balcony. Front door lock doesn't function properly so you can spend several minutes entering. The smell of urine at the front door is horrendous

• Venus (8/5): Nice place to stay - This apartment was close to the train station that linked easily with the Metro. It is also really close to a very nice beach. It was pretty close to the heart of Barcelona. The small apartment was really comfortable for my family, and my kids enjoyed having bunk beds.
• RKG (10/5): - My apartment got all the things I want for a 5day stay. It got washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and board, fridge freezer etc. Also they gave dishwashing liquids, washing machine tablets and kitchen towels. Room is very much clean and provided toiletries. There is swimming pool with sun loungers, but in December we could only sit by but not swim as waters are very cold being outdoors. The rooms facing pool are east side so they get sunlight in the morning but some complained about traffic noice being next to a highway. But I see this is not much a problem. My apartment is west facing to quite road so there is not much sunlight and we felt very cold and had to switch on heating. So if you booking in winter time choose poolview i.e. east facing, in summer choose west facing. I spoke to three different receptionists on different topics and very helpful. This property is best utilised if you have car, 5mins to beach and 5mins to shops otherwise too much of walking. I shopped in Liddl which is very reasonable prices compared to Carrefour which is expensive. If you got car go to Port Ginesta in 5mins drive for free parking and safe quite beach in the backdrop of mountains, also great looking marina and restaurants, feels amazing. There is free parking in railway station to go to Barcelona in 25mins. The area feels very safe so I choose to park my rent car outside and save 4euros per day.

Be prepared: it's a good walk to the train station and grocery store; the apartment does not include basics like salt/pepper, not enough laundry or dishwashing detergent or toilet paper for the long stay we had booked. The walls are THIN. For three nights we didn't sleep. The last night was spent with other visitors partying outside our door from 1 to 6:30 am. Could have been a good place to stay, but it was pretty miserable.

• Brenda (8/5): Breezy stay. - The location is great close to the beach and restaurants, which were walking distance from the apartment. Little windy, so be prepared for cold in April not freezing. Have to drive to Waterfront in Barcelona or take public transportation . Plan move about lots of activities. Bring Euros to shop and barter with. Had a great time ODP USA SOCCER.

The bathroom doors don’t have a lock which can be a problem if your not staying with family. The pool was ice cold and cannot be heated, had to wait 4 days for the pool to be opened as it was closed. Awful service and won’t recommend staying here, and would never stay here again.
• Shanaz (10/5): Amazing Holidays - It was amazing. The apartment is more than worth your money. The communal pool and lounge area is also great. It was such a lovely place to stay and the local area is nice and chill it is not main Barcelona but it’s the beach sides which is very nice for family outings.

Very noisy though from other rooms and the street. Overall it was just ok. Train 15min by walk. Very residential area.

For example, loose toilet stool, moisture damage on cabinetry and kitchen appliances. Noisy. Could constantly hear water draining from above unit through pipes and all sounds in hallways (e.g., cats, people, banging). The plus: friendly check-in & out, short walk to the beach, and not too far of a walk to the train station. I was incredibly disappointed in this stay and was eager to move on, as was my accompanying family.

This hotel is awesome for a family, plenty of beds, and you it feels like home with all the kitchen materials. I love being close to the beach (10 min walk). We LOVED the pool and play area for my 6 yr old son who was able to play and decompress after 24 hours of traveling from the US. We will stay here again, no doubt. Wonderful stay!!!!!

Casteldelfel is a lovely little town, buzzing with people at night. Most can't speak English so better know a little bit of spanish or do research before coming.

Good value for the price we paid as Canadians and with the beach a very reasonable walking distance, this was a very highly rated properly of the many that we experienced during our recent European vacation getaway. The young ladies working the reception area could not have been more pleasant, helpful and eager to see that our stay was positive. Great job, ladies!
• Stephanie (8/5): Fully equipped rooms, close to airport - Fully equipped rooms and spacious. Could have been cleaner. There were ants and a few mosquitos in our room when we arrived. Walking distance from the beach with nice restaurants. It only took 15 minutes to get to BCN airport at 8:30 in the morning which was great.
• Marco (8/5): Nice complex - The apartment como les is pretty nice but a little bit isolated in a residential area. Train station is around 15 minutes walk, which is not bad. From there going to Barcelona takes around 30 minutes.

My only (minor) grumble is that I booked it without researching more deeply (my bad). It's a 10 minute walk directly to the seafront, but then another 10 minutes along the coast to the 'lively' bit.

• canmon (2/5): Terrible Hotel full of mold - Do not book this hotel. I'll spare you the long winded story and let the pictures speak for themselves. This Hotel was full of mold and the hotels repose was "really we never noticed that" After many years of book hotels I have never seen anything like this. The hotel staff was not accommodating to our families needs. I had 2 young child with me and had to evacuate. The hotel refused to refund us and basically said too bad. Again I stress do not book at this hotel or at least check the room first before you accept it.

Very close to a major road, but you get used to the noise. On-site pool was great, and a lovely beach only 10-15 minute walk away, train station for Barcelona/Sitges etc plus various shops 20 minutes away.

The full kitchen made it very nice to bring your own food and cook it. A large bathroom that's was clean and enjoyable to use. I would recommend This place for everyone!

• James (8/5): Amazing property - I thought this place was truly spectacular, very spacious and an outstanding price I had a little trouble finding the place at first but the staff was more than helpful in leading me there. The only thing I thought was odd is that there were no washcloths included in the room , something I've always deemed as standard but was not included here . I overall very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to anyone just make sure to bring soap and washcloth ahead of time.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable and convenient - The apartment was Ideal for our family of 4 felt like home away from home, only minor issue would be that there wasn't a double bed in the Duplex besides the sofa bed which wasn't particularly comfortable.

• Sergei (8/5): Good apartment conveniently located. - We spent family vacation here, occupied 2 bedrooms apartment. Price is adequate to quality. Good location. Just 15 min walking to seaside, main shops, local train. Green quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool and parking on site. WiFi is fast enough, but difficult to connect in peak time probably due to low router capacity - improvement is needed. Overall impression is good from whole family. I would stay here again.
