Breakfast was very good! The room was very nice and had AC and a mini fridge and the bathroom with jetted bathtub was great!

Mussten im nahe gelegenen Restaurant nachfragen wo sich das Hotel befindet. Eingang des "hotels" geschlossen. Erst nach öfteren klingeln und telefonieren kam eine mitarbeiterin und öffnete. Kein frühstücksraum vorhanden.

Ottima posizione vicino a tutte le attrazioni culturali e in una bellissima zona con una vasta scelta di ristoranti. Le camere in cui abbiamo alloggiato erano arredate con gusto, comode e pulite. Ivano è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato un'assistenza ottima durante il nostro soggiorno. Buona e abbondante colazione servita in camera.

Ivano è stato gentilissimo, ci ha fatti sentire come a casa e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per scoprire la città come veri locali. La stanza era pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Colazione servita in camera, ottima e abbondante. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno autentico nel cuore di Verona! De badkamer is nauwelijks te gebruiken bij lengte 1.80 of langer. De verbinding van slaapkamer naar badkamer, dit is ongelijk met trappen en lang dus in de nacht niet heel handig.

• Tatiana (9/5): Come nelle favole - Camera molto confortevole, pulitissima, letto comodo, ottima illuminazione e i vari servizi inclusi nella soluzione scelta, lampadario in vetro di Murano spettacolare. Ottimo servizio di parcheggio. Ivano super disponibile ad ogni nostra evenienza, un ottimo “padrone di casa”, ci ha donato anche molti aneddoti sulla città e sulle mura circostanti l’hotel. Bellissima idea la colazione in camera, molto ricca e varia in base a ciò che abbiamo richiesto il giorno prima. Presente in camera anche caffè, the e biscotti vari. Bagno pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario! Da migliorare forse un po’ il servizio colazione con qualche piccola accortezza. Per chi è molto alto deve stare molto attento al soffitto nel bagno per non sbattere la testa! 🤣

In due + una bimba di 2 anni, ci siamo trovati molto bene potendo avere le chiavi della camera sempre con noi ed essere indipendenti. Personale super disponibile. Colazione molto abbondante. Assolutamente consigliato!

Elle a été aux petits soins avec notre fille qui est arrivée bien avant nous et avec nous aussi. L'établissement est super bien situé et charmant. Très belles chambres. Nous avons fort apprécié d'avoir pu nous garer dans L'établissement. Il était juste dommage de prendre le petit-déjeuner en chambre. Toutefois le petit déjeuner était très bien et servi à l'heure prévue.

• Enrico (9/5): - Tolles großes Zimmer mit Aussicht, wir hatten die Suite im OG. Garage direkt im Haus. Gutes Frühstück, aber begrenzte Auswahl, die man am Vortrag schon treffen muss. Dafür mit Zimmerservice. Tolles gepflegtes Zimmer. Das Bad ist sehr klein, und nicht annähernd so ansprechend wie das Zimmer. Das Bett ist leider sehr wackelig. 😇

Ivano, der Besitzer, hat gute Restauranttipps gegeben. Wenn wir im Frühjahr Verona nochmals besuchen, werden wir sicher wieder im Relais Ponte Pietra wohnen.

After booking a room here after hours, the staff were was so helpful and friendly to come back to the hotel to check us in. The properties beautiful, right at the end of the bridge. This one night hotel stay was the highlight of my 2 week trip to Italy for my 60th birthday. If we come back to Verona, we will stay here next time. Nothing.
