• 秀琦 (10/5): The staff are so helpful, near 2 Metro and bus stop, so convenience - 前後都有地鐵站和公車站，非常方便 出去往左是地鐵Tetuan站和公車站，往右後面走有Girona地鐵站 房間冷氣很強，有小陽台，服務也非常好 上下行李要走樓梯，不過只有幾階

• Patrick (5/5): Hostalin difficile à trouver - Plutôt bien placé même si difficile à trouver Salle de bain éloignée de la chambre qui nécessite de fermer à clé la chambre pour y aller . Et lumière du couloir qui passe sous la porte de la chambre. Pas de fenêtre dans certaine chambre. Salle de bain pas très propre et cabine de douche cassée.

• Danny (3/5): Very average place. It is fine if you get what you pay for. - place was clean. We had booked a twin bed. Instead there was only a double bed. When I asked about this the person at reception tapped his watch indicating we were late. We were late by 1hr as the flight was delayed. We gave him our flight number. He was annoyed and rude.

• Frederico (8/5): Calmo e central - Localização, muito central, muito perto do metro e também muito perto de vários sítios conhecidos, onde se conseguia ir a pé. Apesar de ter gostado do alojamento de ser confortável, de estar tudo limpo, considero que o preço foi caro. Apenas esse reparo.

La instalación es muy bien, la ducha excelente! Me hubiera gustado que tenga un banquito, o sillón pequeño, o alguna mesita para apoyar algunas cosas.

• Samantha (9/5): Comfortable, clean rooms on a busy street in Eixample - The rooms were really nice and we had one with a nice side room that we were able to use to put the baby cot for our one year old baby. My parents were across the hallway and had a balcony overlooking the Gran Via. It was surprisingly nice in the rooms considering the initial "lobby" area inside the door from the street was quite dark and foreboding. Once we got to the right floor, things were bright and the rooms were beautiful. There was not a lot of signage on the street to show which door we should go in (there was a small sign next to the floor buzzer).

• Yannick (5/5): Severely overpriced!!! Very noisy, poor atmosphere. - De locatie was zeer goed gelegen en het was proper; maar comfort was echt bare minimum De prijs-kwaliteit was slecht. Het is slechts een kamer met een bed, douche en WC. En dat is echt alles. Verder ook veel geluid uit de andere kamers (alles) en veel geluid van buiten (verkeer, voetgangers, de nachtelijke vuilniswagen,…). Hoewel proper, lijkt de kamer bijeengebricoleerd door een amateur-doe-het-zelver. By far overpriced!!!

• Eva (8/5): L’hôtel est pratique car à proximité de tout. - L’hôtel est placer en centre ville, le personnel est très gentil. On peut laisser nos bagages la journée pour prendre l’avion le soir ce qui est très pratique. C’est très mal isolé on entend les voisins se doucher ou parler.

• ken (9/5): Clean quiet and comfortable. - The location was perfect for us. We found an abundance of restaurants and was within walking distance to many sites without being overcrowded. The room was quiet and had adequate space for two traveling light. Our room had a small sitting area. The common reception room was supplied with dishes if needed. Our flight arrived early and we were able to drop off luggage which allowed us to start exploring. The neighborhood felt safe and inviting. I was satisfied with everything.

• Isabella (10/5): Great hotel for price, location, and comfort. - The owners of the hotel were wonderful. I didn’t arrive until around 9pm and one of them was there waiting to help let me in. Additionally, they let me check out an hour later. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. The room is very clean and well put together with a lot of closet space. It’s very centrally located. There are some stairs before the elevator.

• Alessia (9/5): Nel complesso, una buona esperienza. - Lo staff si è dimostrato subito disponibile, permettendoci di depositare le valigie e di effettuare il check-in in anticipo, già alle 12:30, cosa che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e cordiale. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido relativo al nostro alloggio, ma è stato gestito e risolto in maniera positiva, segno di attenzione verso il cliente. Le camere sono luminose e pulite, e la posizione dell’hotel è centrale e comoda per muoversi in città. Apprezzate anche le bottigliette d’acqua al nostro arrivo.

The room was great, spacious enough, nicely furnished (new furniture), very clean. The bathroom was also good, the shower is big and it has all necessary amenities. We loved little balcony in the room. There is also a communal kitchen, equipped with everything you may need. Host was waiting for us for check in (until midnight, as agreed), and we could leave our bags the last day at the reception.

Czysto, cicho, wspólna kuchnia (lodówka, czajnik, mikrofala), normalna kołdra do przykrycia, balkon, okiennice, klimatyzacja, kosmetyki hotelowe. Pokoje dźwiękoszczelne. Przestronna szafa. Nieszczelne drzwi do pokoju. Było słychać co się dzieje na korytarzu, ale między pokojami nie.

• af4b51dbe6a873f2a944f4dfc2691463 (4/5): Convenient location but not a nice room - The location is very convenient, a few minutes from the Metro and buses etc. The staff were friendly. The room we were in (the economy room) was very poorly fitted out. There was no door or even a curtain on the bathroom meaning it was impossible to use it privately, and a toilet seat that was too small for the actual toilet making it hard to use, as well as tiles coming away from the wall. The room has super low ceilings so really isn’t suitable for tall people (I’m 162cm and could touch it easily). The lights were all on one switch (by the door) so we couldn’t have a bedside light on. There’s also no natural light at all, the windows are painted over. The other rooms look much nicer in pictures however I wouldn’t recommend staying in this room.
