- DABROWSKA (6/5): Moyen - J’avais réservé une chambre vue piscine, je n’avais pas vu piscine, il y avait des odeurs d’urine au niveau de la douche et la literie était moyenne.
- TEIXEIRA (6/5): Peut mieux faire - La chambre est propre et confortable, le personnel très agréable. Mais la moquette sentait les pieds, la climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit et le petit déjeuner bas de gamme.

- Rune (8/5): - Friendly and service minded staff. Nice pool area. The breakfast was disappointing with limited selection of food if consider the rather high price. The cleaning was generally good, however if some corners of the rooms it was a bit dirty.
- Constance (10/5): Parfait ! - Malgré un séjour "forcé" suite à une panne sur la route des vacances, ce fut un séjour parfait, reposant et agréable ! Les 2 chambres communiquantes sont idéales quand on voyage avec des adolescents. Tout est très propre et les chambres sont vraiment confortables. La literie est excellente. La salle de sport et la piscine sont évidemment des plus ! Personnel discret et réellement sympathique!

We arrived late and didn’t eat at the restaurant but were still able to go for a swim because the (warm) pool is open until 10 pm! Breakfast a bit underwhelming given the price and how fancy the restaurant is. Charging stations. Location a bit odd past the airport but quiet.

- Nigel (10/5): Very good. - Only stayed one night however the staff were very friendly and efficient and the room very comfortable, excellent size bed. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on a Sunday, others available near by, but will not stop us from staying again.

- Murray (10/5): - Have stayed many times but first visit since pool installation and hotel extension. The dining facilities are very good indeed with excellent waiting staff who really know their worth. Dog friendly too with good walking for dog in the grounds. All in all a must visit destination.

We didn’t bring the electric car this time but would have been well served with the exceptional number of charging points. Large garden was appreciated by our golden retriever and we enjoyed the large, well-equipped room. Excellent dinner but breakfast not at the same high level.

- Lynn (10/5): - Excellent. The room was fabulous, spacious and clean. Shower very refreshing with lovely soft towels. All the staff were professional and friendly. The bar terrace was perfect on a warm afternoon and the meal in the restaurant was delicious. Already booked again for our return journey.

- Didier (10/5): Hôtel idéal pour une étape avec un service au top - Situation excellente: pour une étape c'est idéal. Le service de l'hôtel est au top: amabilité, disponibilité et courtoisie. Confort classique et du niveau d'un 4 étoiles (avons appareilla qualité de la literie) Le restaurant était quasiment complet aussi le service fut un peu long. En ce qui concerne la cuisine, c'était assez bien sans plus.
- Andrew (8/5): Mixed experience - Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Bar area was a bit chilly but restaurant was warm. Food excellent as always. We didn't like the fact that the waiter had us sign the bill whilst we were eating our dessert. He said it was to avoid customers leaving the restaurant before checking the bill was correct but this is unacceptable behaviour. I complained to the waiter and the reception staff. The latter apologised and reduced our bar bill as compensation.

- stuart (10/5): The perfect stop over for the long journey North. - This is the perfect stop over for a long drive to Calais from the south of France. We have used it a couple of times and I can highly recommend it. Quiet, easy to find and really friendly. This time as we arrived a local historic car club had just arrived for a meal. Says it all really, if they use it as a restaurant that has to be a positive. Also, they take dogs. The only very small point to notice is that there are no USB charging points for your phone in the rooms so remember to take a plug. Other than that, the perfect stop over just off the motorway if that is what you need.

- SAO (10/5): - In these COVID days, the hotel has arranged things well. Rooms and public areas spotless. Where necessary tables separated by clear screen. Dinner was excellent. Good wine list. Nespresso coffee maker and kettle in room. Room described as Garden view but that rather overstates reality. Near motorway and airport but very quiet.

- SUE (10/5): Brilliant stop - Relais St Jacques is so convenient for the autoroute, in fact it can be seen from the autoroute but it is not noisy. Plenty of parking and a warm welcome at Reception. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good showers. The restaurant is exceptional and we had a fantastic meal. Only complaint is the very slow service in the bar - it was the same last year so it was not just a one off due to the large group.

- Amy (8/5): Great hotel to stop for the night - We arrived late at night just as the restaurant was closing. The staff were very accommodating and managed to cook us a meal which was very good. Perfect place to stop for the night on a road trip.
- Rosemary (10/5): Good hotel - Good hotel in a good location for a stopover on my way down south. Room was clean and comfortable and was nice to have tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was good too. Tom tom sent me in completely the wrong direction so print off the map from the hotel.
- Suzie (8/5): Good Hotel would visit again - Not too far from the A20 motorway so very convenient. Staff spoke English which was useful as my French is not great. Room was very comfortable, there was a bug in the room which we were not sure where it came from but apart from that everything was good. Breakfast was amazing and we appreciated the hotel was able to start breakfast for us and some other guests at 6am instead of the normal 7am. Would certainly visit again.

- Murray (10/5): induge yourself at Le Relais St Jaques - A very good stop off for anyone travelling south, or north, with need to journey. This hotel has been recently refurbished and offers a high degree of comfort and service. On top of that the restaurant experience was second to none. It advertises itself as gastronomic and it certainly was. Don't be put off by the proximity of airport. Very little commercial traffic, used mainly for pilot training and maintenance. Also for those Tesla owners there are 6 high speed charging points, a sure sign of things to come. Top dollar stay.
