• Josh (3/5): Friendly front desk staff but the rooms were not clean and we woke up with bug bites — would not return. - The woman at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. Check-in was quick and simple Unfortunately our stay was not a good experience. We found the rooms to be poorly maintained — the bedding had a strong urine smell, the shower had leftover soap residue from a previous guest, and there was visible rust, dust, and mildew throughout. We also woke up with what appear to be bug bites. For a family of 8 just passing through on a road trip, we expected basic cleanliness at minimum. We would not recommend or return.

• Jason (1/5): Dirty - It was the cheapest in town It smelled, and it had dirty carpet and dirt fingerprints on the door, bathroom window wouldn't close properly letting cold air in. The facility is in need of remodeling and good housekeeping.

• Kent (1/5): Worst experience ever - Nothing Communication was nonexistent couldn’t understand English at all. Don’t return calls don’t answer phones beds were horrible all around miserable stay tried to cancel after first night nobody ever replied was charged full price for miserable visit

Old dirty linoleum floor had separated from the shower floor, Old floor had tears in linoleum and floorboards were dirty. Old Cushioned chairs in room were stained and dirty.

• Cynthia (3/5): The hostess was really sweet, but the place was a dump. - Nothing The beds were uncomfortable, I could hear everything outside, the TV didn't work stains everywhere, the pillows were flat, the walls and ceilings were ugly, air conditioning wasn't working properly, etc.
• Jessica (10/5): We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Everything was terrific. Close enough to Bryce Canyon! - Everything about this day was perfect. The staff lady was wonderfully friendly. She even tried to help us extend our stay the next day, even though it was completely full due to a mountain biking event that was happening nearby. We weren’t aware of. It was just a terrific terrific stay and our kids had a great time (ages 5-12) A wee bit cheaper for what you get.

• Paul (8/5): Goed verblijf voor goede prijs - Voor de prijs heel fijne plek. Alleen dat het water zeer slecht weg liep je stond dan met douchen iedere keer in het water, maar het personeel loste het gelukkig op.

• Charles (3/5): Plugged up sink - Location Check in, didn't get to check in until 4.00pm.. the hotel site said 2.00pm . Staff didn't speak English hardly.
• Kendra (7/5): Adequate Budget Hotel - Good price, large room with microwave and fridge. I was able to check in a couple of hours early. Heater was very loud and so high on the wall that I couldn't see settings. Room wasn't cleaned properly, food left in fridge and mirror and wall by bathroom sink had dirty spots. Street traffic noise was annoying at times altho I had a room in the back but likely a problem everywhere in town. I was not able to contact staff by phone to see if I could check in early.
• Mark (8/5): Cheap, clean, fair - Cheap, clean, very convenient. Good spot in between the hikes. Internet was fine, all facilities were fine. A large dollar store was just nearby. No complaints
• Kim (4/5): Ok but not what i expected for price. - Nice tv. Fridge& microwave-great! Beds were clean, ok comfort. No breakfast. For the price there should be. Room was in disrepare and very dated. Nightstand laminate top was bubbling up. Carpets dirty on edges. Bathroom light very dim and flickered. Could have been cleaner.
• Sarah (5/5): Déconseillé - Il y a un frigo dans la chambre et la Wifi est fiable. L'hôtel est très vieillot ce qui donne une impression d'un manque d'entretien. Le lit était inconfortable ainsi que la salle de bain (pommeau de douche fixé trop bas). Il a fait froid, la porte (qui donne direct sur le parking) est mal isolée et qu'une couverture pour dormir. Il n'y avait que 2 prises dont une déjà hypersolicitée par une multiprise et une autre cachée derrière le chevet, pas pratique. La personne à l'accueil est venue taper à notre porte à 9h40, nous surprenant si tôt, on lui a dit qu'on n'était pas prêtes et que le check-out était à 11h, il a répondu "entre 10h30 et 11h".
• Koos (1/5): - Absolutely unacceptable We booked a room at Color Country Motel months in advance, but when we arrived, we were told our reservation had been cancelled — with no notice, no explanation even though the booking showed as live and active on the booking app. We were left stranded after a long day of travel, with nowhere to stay and no assistance from the front desk. The staff seemed indifferent and completely unprepared to handle the situation. Her friend across the road had availability in town i was told and booking would pay the difference they said. But when we went to check it out 2 nights there was more expensive than 5 nights in a strip hotel in Las Vegas. I felt like it was a scam. Eventually we had to travel 100 miles further to Richfield to find accommodation there. If you value reliability and basic customer service, avoid this place. A motel that can't honor its own bookings isn't worth your time — or money.

Chambre propre avec les commodités élémentaires (réfrigérateur, machine à glace dans les communs). On en attend pas vraiment plus pour un tarif budget. Pas de petit déjeuner, certaines prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas bien.

• Daniel (2/5): - I called the motel for making sure I will get a wheelchair accessible room. I am a paraplegic paralyzed from waist down using a wheelchair for ambulation. I cannot walk. No rooms at the motel were wheelchair accessible. The doors were too narrow, big step at the rooms entrance and there was no way to use the shower. The motel agreed to refund my reservation. However Expedia was not able to talk to the Motel as nobody picks up the phone. As a result I did not get the refund. Please do not ruin your trip and stay at Color Country Motel and do not use Expedia for reservations as they do not provide any support.

• GBHandy (7/5): It was clean and quiet, we enjoyed our stay. - The room was clean and prepared. It is an older hotel and served the needs we had well. The bed was comfortable and clean. Our expectations were met and the staff was friendly. There wasn't anything that exceeded out expectations. There wasn't anything that we felt was bad or wrong. This motel was in overall good shape for its age.

• Imogen (2/5): Cheap stay, good location to NP. I wouldn’t advise for lone female travellers - The property is as advertised and is cheap so I wouldn’t expect anything more. Good location to the NP. The owner kindly let us into our property after returning to find out the keys had stopped working. When returning with the new keys, the owner (male) walked into the room (uninvited), up to the bedside table and reminded me (pointed at the tips envelope) to tip him (the second time he had mentioned tipping him during our stay). I was in bed at the time and clearly undressed. I don’t believe the owner would have done this if there was a male staying in the room, which is very disappointing. The same thing happened the following morning when packing up the car. I get the feeling that if the owner hears you are European, he doesn’t think he will be tipped. Little does he realise, I live in the US. After leaving, the owner text my phone from a personal number, telling me I was smart and clever. I assume this was due to the fact he didn’t get a tip.
