• Ren (10/5): Couldn't ask for a better location, room or staff - It is my home in Chiang Mai! - The pool was clean and good size. Staff were ALWAYS helpful. We had poolside rooms and they were great! Location is wonderful. We have stayed there twice and I will stay there always when I visit Chiang Mai!

• Fauvarque (7/5): - nous avons aimé l'emplacement , le personnel tres sympathique . j'ai pris une chambre avec petit balcon pour mon conjoint fumeur mais on nous avertit a notre arrivée qu'il est interdit de fumer meme sur notre balcon .Dommage que ce ne soit pas précisé avant .

L’emplacement est vraiment top! - L’emplacement, la piscine, l’amabilité du personnel, le fait qu’il y ait un gardien la nuit et la possibilité de parking. Manque des transats autour de la piscine et le pommeau de douche mériterait d’être changé. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit.

• Mariëtte Copeland (10/5): - The location in old town is fantastic. The man that keeps on track who is coming in and out 24/7 gives a nice safe feeling. Ladies at the reception are welcoming and helpfull with everything.
• Clarice (10/5): Solo holiday - It’s in a good location. Close to the temples and there are lots of restaurants around the hotel. It’s a old hotel but it’s clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice. Nothing at all.

• Christian (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft nettes Personal - Ansich schöne Unterkunft mit guter Lahe um Chiang Mai zu erkunden. Es mag an der europäischen Gewohnheit liegen, aber dass das Zimmer bei unserem 2 tägigen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt wurde (mag unser Versehen gewesen sein) entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen und ich hätte mir bei dieser Kategorie durchaus eine Flasche Wasser pro Tag gewünscht.

Pedimos el cambio y nos pasaron otra, estaba mas limpia, pero la bañera tenía cabellos. La piscina con el agua muy turbia El aire acondicionado muy antiguo y hacia ruido en las noches.

• Amanda (8/5): Great location, big and comfortable rooms - Great location close by a good night market and amazing coffee shops! Big, clean and comfortable room! The pool doesn’t get much sun, after 2 o’clock it’s shady and there are no loungers to lay on. There is the MD hotel in the same property that seems a bit cheaper than the Boutique one… not too sure why.

• Balvinder (9/5): - Located in old city, close to shops, bars cafes and restaurants. Easy to walk to see temples etc. Plenty of laundry service places nearby. Room and bathroom are large enough. We even had a bath tub in ours. All very clean. There is a pool but we didnt use so cannot comment. Plenty of the usual water, tea, coffee, toiletries supplied in room. Hotel arranges excursions at a competitive price...so no need to hunt around. Nothing really. No breakfast option but there are lovely cafes just outside....so not a 'dislike', just for information.

• Palle (7/5): Udmærket hotel, med lidt mangler. - Beliggenheden er god, i udkanten af den gamle by. Værelserne er fornuftigt indrettet, med gode senge. Vi havde et værelse med balkon, som imidlertid var optaget af aircondition udedelen, så balkonen kunne reelt ikke bruges. Hotellets pool er i virkeligheden poolen til MD Hotel, som er nabohotellet. Poolen er lille og ligger lige udenfor hotellets indgang, hvilket gjorde at vi ikke brugte den

• Ian (1/5): Very disappointed, people who left goodish reviews must have been paid. - Not clean, penny pinching, beds not changed overall a dirty grubby place, very unreliable wifi. most times useless antiquated complicated log in procedure speeds 5 download 2 upload. waste bins not emptied, the communal toilets disgusting with locks not working, and generally not updated since the 1970's.

• Nancy (9/5): wonderful place, great value and great location, my room was excellent, very clean and roomy, comfortable bed - great st - Location, price, pool and room - very friendly and helpful staff; so nice to have a good sized pool that gets sun during the day (it makes a big difference to me to have it available) - also I really liked my room pool deck could use a cleaning, as it’s a high traffic area; can be loud at night in the street (tourists) but that doesn’t really bother me much - I can close the sliding door to the outside and turn on the A/C; I can still sleep just fine.

Abbiamo riprenotato per un’altra notte lì al rientro dal giro a samoeng. Ci hanno fatto la cortesia di mantenere alcuni bagagli lì fino al nostro ritorno. Staff super gentile. Niente.

• Conor (7/5): Serviceable room in good location - Great location in the old town at a good price. Front desk were nice and helpful including with laundry service which I used. The room was quite dated and looked out on to a messy alleyway, but you get what you pay for. Room is not entirely sealed so woke up with a few bites. there was both AC and a fan - You might not need the AC but turning on the fan will keep the mosquitos away from you Room generally looks like something from the 70s and wouldn’t be somewhere you would want to spend a lot of time (which is fine because that’s not the point of my trip!). Towels a bit worn.
