• Tesha (5/5): Overpriced - Comfortable bed, nice staff. Amenities were scarce, bbq in pool area was broken which caused me to have to get takeout and overspend. The bathroom was mouldy in the shower. No soap in the dispenser. Dvd player on the tv wasn't functional/ having children with me that would have been pleasant to wind down before our adventure the following day. The fridge didn't keep our food/drink cool. For the price I paid, I wouldn't stay again. I then later saw the same property advertised over $50 cheaper than what I paid. Very disappointing as I would expect that price to be the standard for what we got and wouldn't have been as disappointed. If I could get a refund, I would.
• Sheelagh (4/5): Awful couldn't wait to leave - the room was clean The excess road noise. I had phoned hotel prior to booking as I had seen a concerning comment re noise. I was assured the location of the room style I wanted experienced only minimal road noise. This was not the case. I felt misled because the room was extremely noisy. In addition while clean the room was poorly maintained. the tap had missing pieces and the sink drained very slowly. I would have raised these issues at checkout. Reception was signed to open at 8am but was still lockd up tight at 8:45
• Julie (10/5): Warwick visit - The rooms were very clean, well set out with lovely decor. The first thing I noticed when opening the door was that the room smelt lovely. There was a microwave, toaster, even a coffee machine. There was also an iron and ironing board. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The parking spaces were way wider than normal which made it easier to pack and unpack the car. The location is great. Plenty of food options and a supermarket within walking distance and the RSL is a very short drive down the road. When we first booked our room we asked for a ground floor room but we were told there were none left, however when we arrived they had arranged it for us. It was a pleasant surprise. We are going to Warwick again in September and have already booked at this motel again. I highly recommend this motel. We couldn't find any faults.

• DP1 (5/5): The room itself was OK inside but access and assignment poor - The room itself was quite good with decent bed and other facilities The main problem with this stay was that the room arrangement that I booked and had confirmed upon booking was not offered upon arrival - and then it took a lot of talking to achieve - one offer that was made included a room that had not been made up from the previous occupant, so that was no good. Eventually I was given an arrangement that was in accord with what was requested but it was on the top floor, access to which was via a very steep and rather difficult external set of stairs. There is no undercover car parking and the motel is on a major highway which meant noice all through the night from heavy transport trucks

The room had an overpowering scent of cleaning products. When checking in staff mentioned room number and location and nothing else, no check out times, who to call for issues etc. They were not available at the desk during check out. The iron was leaking minerals and unusable and the bathroom needed new shower rails etc.

• Durga (8/5): Good to stay with that price - Motel from outside may not look great but the service is good. Staff went beyond their job and provided the service. The room was so comfortable and value for the money that we paid. Very good charging points, shower was comfortable. Lighting was good. TV and internet also pretty good. Walkable to Pizza shops, Shops and other restaurants. Next to fuel station, which is open until midnight. I arrived on Christmas day and no one there to answer or receive at reception. But the highlight is, the staff arrived within 15 mins though they are away from the motel during Christmas day and provided a great service. I would definitely stay again if I have to. nothing comes to my mind, but they could do more presentable outside. Foxtel board should be removed, if they are not using Foxtel :-)

I liked that you can smoke on the balcony and not had to go out to the road side to have a smoke. Bed was comfortable Not much to not like....except the coffee to sugar ratio did not make sense....was a good thing only one coffee drinker
