Room is very spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook during your stay. Staff are very friendly, they provide lot's of traveling opinion.

On first night, our hosts even went to get the menu for us as we have two small children with us. Very considerate and kind. In addition, they upgraded us to a two bed room apartment. A very nice start to our holiday, a very big contrast to next few places we stayed in for the remaining of our holidays. Apartments were very clean and spacious, very homely. What makes it better is that all the staff can converse well in English. The staff are so friendly you feel that they are friends! They even have vehicles to bring you to the slope at Prince hotel when Kitanomine zone is not open yet.

- Siu Ling (10/5): Pleasure surprise from General Manager Ricky - We stayed at Furano Fresh Powder Apartments for 1 night and the experience was awesome! The place was very well-furnished and the General Manager - Ricky was super nice and helpful!! We were a group of 7 in May and it was a birthday and graduation trip. He surprised us by his heartfelt effort in preparing a greeting card and a little gift for our birthday boy and the little kid to congrats on her graduation. Ricky was also very helpful to help us call the restaurant to postpone our reservation as one of us was not feeling well. He also kept messaging us after we checked-out to see if we were doing well. We enjoyed our stay and we really like Furano and Hokkaido =)

- James (10/5): Luxury apartments is a fitting description - Stayed 5 nights in the ground level 1BR apartment. Hosts Matt and Simon were very accommodating and assisted us very well. Apartment was very clean and had all you would expect of a luxury apartment. It was always a pleasure coming back from a long day on the slopes. Warm and comfortable. The only fault I could mention were potentially some noise filtering down from some rather heavy footed people upstairs. This is nitpicking however, and I would stay again if I were visiting Furano.

It'd be very good if there've a ramp/small lift in the front gate to help hotel guests to move their luggage (esp. heavy luggage) to the entrance.

- Ryan (10/5): Excellent Services from Matt & Yasu - Excellent services provided by Matt and Yasu. Great and thorough orientation by both of them during check-in and both went through extra mile to ensure that we had a great stay even though the location is a bit far from the nearest train station.

Everything was provided for - there's practically nothing we need to run to the convenience store to get. (We brought our own toothbrush and toothpaste, that's about it). Room cleanliness and comfort was perfect 5 star. Even Playstation and DVD player (with a huge selection of movies and games available from the reception) was provided. All kitchen appliances and supplies provided, we could have cooked all three meals in the apartment if we wanted! But restaurant food's so good in Hokkaido so of course we didn't cook. All in all, simply loved Fresh Powder. Would stay again, over and over again. Plus, absolutely love it that there are bins provided IN the apartment all sorted for recycling.
