• Shubhi (3/5): Would not recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Gili T. - The location-it is located just 5 minutes from the Gili Trawangan ferry terminal. The room was extremely small, and the window looked into a wall and so felt even smaller. The lights were too low, the washroom needs an upgrade, the in-room products for the guests were terrible. The shower only gave out hot water for 7-8 minutes, after which not only was the water cold, but the water pressure also greatly reduced. The pool is too small to use. The breakfast menu is extremely limited and also the food is not good. There is no option for any type of milk coffee in the breakfast.

Equipe gentil e atenciosa Quarto com mofo e infiltração nas paredes, lençois e fronhas sujos, sem janela adequada no quarto. Banheiro inunda durante o banho. Durante a hospedagem foram inúmeras situações desagradáveis. O hotel se prontificou em ajustar e nos ofereceu bike e jantar de graça em forma de reparação.

• julieta (8/5): - I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was plentiful and served right in front of the ocean – such a perfect way to start the day. The beach is beautiful, and the hotel also has a lovely lounge area, a late-closing bar with delicious food, and a nice pool. Our room was comfortable and overall good, though I’d give the cleanliness a 7/10 (but I admit I’m a bit fussy about that). The location is excellent, right in the heart of town with plenty of bars, nightlife, and the amazing night food market – if you like seafood, it’s both cheap and incredible there. A little tip: if you’re heading to the Gilis, bring water shoes, as there are lots of corals on the beaches (they’re stunning, but can be tricky to walk on). The hotel also provides beach towels, which is super convenient. Overall, great value and a fantastic stay!

• Catherine (1/5): Gens malhonnêtes - Je suis restée deux nuits à l’hôtel Natya, séjour à Gili T, que je me serais bien passé. Alors que j’étais partie faire du snorkeling, l’équipe de ménage en a profiter pour me voler 200$ US dans mes effets personnels. Évidemment, il nie l’affaire, m’offre aucun dédommagement et me questionne à savoir si j’ai mal compté ou mis l’argent ailleurs. Je ne vous conseille pas du tout cet hébergement si vous voulez des gens honnêtes, fuyez!

• Jihade (6/5): C’était agréable - J’ai beaucoup aimé qu’il soit proche de tout. Il n’y avait pas de bruit alors qu’il y’avait beaucoup la fête. Le personnel était au top également. Il n y avait pas assez de transats pour tous le monde. J’étais debout. Je trouve ça dommage.

• Didier (8/5): Au centre de tout, à 10 min à pied du port. - Petit hôtel calme au centre de Gili T, proche de tout et bel accueil. Petite piscine à l’hôtel et petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse de la plage très chouette. Côté accueil, tout parfait. Côte chambre, la 101 était propre mais la salle de bain a un peu vécu et la chambre donne sur une terrasse de 1m2 close, quasi pas de lumière naturelle.

• Richa (8/5): Good location in Gili T - The property is very well located, near the port, where you get ferry. I took a private boat from Lombok and it dropped me outside the hotel. The staff is very friendly and nice to talk to. I faced issues with air conditioning. It wasn’t working properly. They tried to repair it for about 2 to 3 hours late night (but failed) and then transferred me to another room. I checked out next morning and the hotel staff kindly offered me free local transport (horse cart).

• Lucy (8/5): - Hotel matches the pictures, little dates but had everything you needed. Could rent a bike for 50k a day which was really handy to get around the island. Only 5 min walk from the harbour so don’t need to use the poor horses. Was near lots of restaurants so great location. My only issue (I’m not an early bird) was that housekeeping came at around 9.30 every morning which I felt was really early and would wake me up most days- didn’t matter whether you put do not disturb on the door- they would still knock. Other than that a lovely stay.

• Kylie (8/5): Great location with good brekki and refreshing pool along with friendly and efficient staff - Location was great, short walk from the ferry harbour, and although not far from the bars it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, fruit very fresh. The staff were very helpful and put a desk into our room so that he could work. The pool was wonderful, and secluded from the main drag, with a few lounges to relax on and a good temperature. We did book in advance, but when we got there, we realised if we booked just before or on arrival it would have cost us half the price for the January period. They provided towels but NO face towels or hand towels, and the soaps in the bathroom were confusing 1 of them had soap on a label, an the other one was blue with NO label, so not sure what that was for.? We were surprised the lead in room did not have a fridge, which is rare in Asia but at least the deluxe room did have a fridge which we feel is essential however this room did not have a full length mirror and the light in the bathroom was quite dim for doing makeup.

But the food is not good. There are few options of breads, none are good. They make you choose between juice or fruits, not both. I don’t know how much they save with this. And there are some a la carte options, not good as well.

• Kevin (10/5): Breathtaking setting and lovely facilities, an immediate favourite for future stays... - Very convenient location close to the port, setting was relaxing, everything was high quality and beautifully laid out, pool area was chilled, rooms are great, lovely hot shower, communal seating area overlooking street was fantastic with breathtaking ocean view, brekky was delish, handy little shop next door, on a street with loads of great entertainment plus food and drink - one of the best places we've ever stayed in!! Will visit again asap... Prices are a little high and had to pay for extra bed, but that won't put me off staying again - I guess you get what you pay for...

The best part is that it is right next to everything, including bars & restaurant yet it is very quiet (at least our room) so you can get a great night's sleep. Also the staff is extremely helpful and will help arrange everything you need to make the most of your stay in Gili T :).

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was clean, nice and spacious aswell. Only downside which is why I can’t give this hotel 10 stars is that the wifi was extremely poor, I had to use my data for majority of my stay.

Nice food and breakfast at the restaurant. Nice terrace with sea view. Pretty clean and comfortable.Nice and friendly staff. I didn't find it as loud as other people reported in other reviews. Hotel needed renovation, smelly drains, rooms were pretty small and dark. There was often the smell of the kitchen coming up to our room. Swimming pool didn't seem too clean.

The hotel is clean, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. Its convenient location allowed us easy access to all the island’s attractions, dining, and nightlife. For the price, you can't beat it. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from most of the staff, especially Mukim. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready with a smile. Mukim went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay truly memorable. If you're visiting Gili T, I highly recommend staying at Natya Hotel for its nice rooms, prime location, and outstanding staff.

Super friendly staff, everyone always greets you with a smile, they speak good english....we made a nice connection with Mukim, who has really helped us a lot arranging trips and giving us suggestions. The pool is amazing, always fresh and clean with towels. Breakfasts are amazing. The best coffee we had on the trip so far was here! 😊 They also have a restaurant, awesome grilled fish! We are thanking the staff for their hard work, which has made our stay amazing. ❤️😊
