• Kim (7/5): - De kamer was erg ruim, parkeerplaats voor de motor, mooi aangelegde tuin. Kleine 15 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Ontbijt prima. Goede douche. De kamers zijn wat verouderd, daardoor ziet het er minder schoon/fris uit.

On arrival we were shown a very basic room, not resembling at all the photos and description of the room we booked through Booking com. No balcony, no mountain view and no garden view. After complaining, I was told to pay 300 THB extra and get an "Upgraded" room. That is CHEATING!! Is this how you compensate for the commission you need to pay Booking.com.. ? Very disappointed. Not to mention the worst breakfast I ever got in Asia. Disgusting.

• Martin (8/5): Pěkný hotel, dostupný chůzí od centra. - Pěkná zahrada a prostředí areálu. Pokoje jsou pěkné a čisté s rychlovarnou konvicí. Lednice s pitnou vodou. Koupelna vyhovující a nutno říci, že sprcha je hodně komfortní na asijské poměry. Možnost parkování vozidla přímo před vstupem. Snídaně jsou v pěkném prostředí, ale spíše jednodušší. Patrně podle obsazenosti hotelu je to formou bufetu, nebo prostě dostanete obložený talířek. Bohužel hotel nepřijímá platební karty ani neumí strhnout platbu přes booking. Takže nás překpapila nutnost platby v hotovosti po příjezdu. Na pokojích by to chtělo více údržby. Po příjezdu se měnil jeden ze dvou pokojů protože nefungoval zámek ve dveřích. V dalším pokoji byly špatné žárovky osvětlení které jsme museli sami vyměnit.

• Graham (10/5): A beautiful place to stay. Would strongly recommend. - The chalets are set in a beautiful, well kept garden. The staff were very helpful. my wife was feeling unwell and the management contacted a doctor, got her medicine and even offered to drive her to the clinic if symptoms persisted. Breakfast was good too ! Parking space behind the property was only signposted in Thai and not easy to find. Incorrectly indicated in Maps.me.

• Nina & Peter (5/5): - Die Anlage war ganz nett parkähnlich angelegt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Steinharte Betten. Bad Sauberkeit grenzwertig. Zum Frühstück nur Nescafe. Dann wurde einfach ein Teller mit Spiegeleier gebracht, super - bin allergisch gegen Eier. Es wurde keine Alternative angeboten. Die Zimmer sind zu teuer.

• Rene (8/5): Goed verblijf op prima locatie - Locatie netbuiten centrum van Mae Hong Son, met 5 minuten lopen bij het meer en centrum van de plaats. Ruime kamer, goede badkamer,, vriendelijk personeel. Prima verblijf.

• Martina (7/5): - Schöner Garten, Lage sehr gut. Extrem ringhörig, konnten in der ersten Nacht nicht viel schlafen, da das Hotel sehr voll war. Das Frühstück ist nicht gut. Wir haben 1'700 Baht pro Nacht inkl. Frühstück bezahlt und das ist definitiv zu teuer.

• Paul (10/5): Nice quiet stay along the Maehongson loop - Set in nice gardens in a quiet area of maehongson. The breakfast was very good with the American breakfast cooked for you when you come down for breakfast. With toast and jams that you can prepare yourself. Also coffee and orange juice self service. Even though there was a kettle in the room there wasn’t any coffee cups in the room.

• Hoffmann (9/5): - Eine besonders gut gepflegte Anlage mit liebevollen Dekos. Das Frühstück war gut. Parkplätze gleich nebenan. 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Walking-Street und zum See mit großen Fischen. Nette und ruhige Atmosphäre im ganzen Ort. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

• Stevens (9/5): Delightful, peaceful Alpine style hotel at a very decent price - Spotlessly clean hotel with well-maintenancd gardens in a quiet neighbourhood a short walk into town. Helpful, quietly efficient team. Felt like an old style Alpine resort hotel with lots of old, polished wood furniture, plain walls, unchipped tile floors, etc. Rooms had fridge and kettle; tv; decent shower; chair & thoughtful lighting. Good breakfast choices. Easy parking It’s hard to fault for the price, but instant coffee only for breakfast. What’s the world coming to?!

• Gudrun (5/5): Disappointing - Good location, you get exactly what is described when booking - Motel style accommodation ol to a one night stay over. The breakfast buffet is average but was surprising that it doesn’t get refilled. Some dishes already not available at 8.00 am. VERY disappointed that I received no communication at all after requesting a change in dates, we requested a reduction in nights of stay on arrival, which was made in person (talked to the in-charge manager twice) and via booking.com - no response, no acknowledgment, obviously no refund - just ignored the request, in-house manager said that it will be managed via booking.com. Didn’t happen. Very disappointed, worst customer service experience during our Thailand trip.

• Kyle (7/5): Good - Easy to find, car park, rooms a good size, they let us into the room even before checking in as we had bags from the motorbike so made it easier rather than carrying them to reception and back again. Free breakfast included that was made fresh rather than buffet and only one other couple at breakfast
