Could not hear neighbors or people above us. The fan/ac was difficult to get set to constant. I had the temp set to 67 and the room was hot. Had to get up several times during the night to get the fan to turn on. There was no water in the lobby women's restroom. This seems like a health violation. The front desk staff knew about the problem and it seemed like it had been an issue for a while. The ice maker on our floor was running but not producing ice.
• Dana (10/5): Week stay for junior golf tournament - We enjoyed our stay for our son's junior golf tournament. The hotel had all of the amenities that we needed. It was conveniently located to all of the tournament events and local shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfy and breakfast available at 6am was great for the early morning tee times.

The room, common areas, and grounds was very clean. It was close to restaurants and shopping and just a very short drive to so many golf courses. The hotel is conveniently located within 5 miles of a variety of shops, amenities, and places to eat. Some of which are a short walking distance. 9.5/10

• Marc (10/5): Recently updated, very clean, smells nice, modern decor. - I liked that there was bacon on the buffet both mornings. I liked the selection of boiled eggs and bagels and muffins as well as plenty of granola and cereal options. Fresh bananas and apples, good coffee and of course a great waffle. Cage-free scrambled eggs were likely also chicken-free scrambled eggs. I am most certain that no chickens were involved at all with that particular product. However, they really weren't terrible with a little pepper on them. The spinach / egg / hockey pucks were not enjoyable.

The woman who answered the phone said they had been having problems. I assumed they might have misspelled my lengthy and difficult last name, but she blew off that immediately. Perhaps, that is automatic? I don’t know. Then, she gave me two websites to access for help. Hello? I don’t have access to the Internet. Then, she gave me a 1-800 p’hone number to call. She was absolutely no help at all. We had no Internet the entire time we were there.
• Susan (10/5): A great, spacious, quiet, friendly stay with everything we needed. - The breakfast was more than I expected with waffle iron, choice of sugar free syrup, hot breakfast and my favorite oatmeal with more toppings than I've ever had. Spacious seating and well lit. We didn't even expect to eat at the hotel but once we saw, we were more than happy and glad we stopped to enjoy it. Also enjoyed the work desk in the room. Honestly, all i could say would be maybe a turn down service. All was great.
• 498cassiee (2/5): Horrible experience - I love staying at Marriott hotel but every time I have an encounter with Ms. Miranda it's always an issue. I was checking in and I told her I needed a room with a oven. and she told me that kings don't have an oven. I said OKAY can you upgrade me to a two bedroom. She said that they were sold out I said OKAY. Can you maybe switch someone and just give them the king bed because it's a king room. She said couldn't downgrade anybody because one bedroom is bigger. So looked on Marriot website and it said it was available, and I went back up to the front desk and I asked her if i book this right now, I can get this room, she said no. Which didn't make sense to me because it was only 5;00 so I know everyone hasn't checked in yet. She told me that they were over sold but if I would've booked a two bedroom right then and there, she would have had to give it to me because I'm pretty sure its first come first served and IF the people that came late didn't have room would just get walked. I came BACK to the front desk and there was another lady there, I asked her the same thing and Miranda was on the phone, so she tapped her and shook her head no . So, the other young lady she said would look and see if there was availability so that I could book it and I can tell she by lying by her face which was very rude. Terrible customer service, it would have BETTER if she would've a least looked the first time or tried to accommodate some type of way because all I wanted was a room with an OVEN. Also to have your co-worker lie is horrible. Also, I work for Marriott :)

• Nitsan_D (8/5): Very Good Hotel with a Kitchen in the Room - The building looks nice and modern. Lots of free parking space outside. There are numerous shopping centers and restaurants in the area, minutes of driving from the hotel. The room was medium in size, with a comfortable bed, and had a fully equipped kitchen inside, which is really great if you plan on one. There was some noisy exterior-air fan by the door, which works constantly and cannot be shut. Near the lobby there was a standard American breakfast. Except for one incident (we were woken up at night by the reception, due to a false fire alert) - the staff were kind and cooperative. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. Bottom line: A good chance of staying again next time.

As I am ready to tee off on my golf game on vacation, my wife called to say our reservation was only one day not two as I had verified through Expedia. Then they say they could not resolve it, and I had to go onto Expedia to book the room the extra day. How pathetic is that? I did it, but what a pain. Staff was apologetic and nice about it. Other than that, breakfast is cold with bare minimum food, no microwave to heat it up, and only one caffeinated coffee option. Not a place I will stay again.

• Amanda (10/5): - There is a sign posted stating that vehicle and belongings aren't secured by the facility. Thought that property should have security monitoring the area. There are 3 hotels easily accessible and close together that could have a single security officer monitoring the grounds.

• Leah (6/5): - The lack of any sustainability practices is why we won’t patronize another TownPlace Suites and we will think twice before visiting a Marriott hotel. In particular all of the breakfast dishware was disposable which is incredibly wasteful. These items need to be switched to reusable. The waste baskets were unnecessarily lined with plastic bags. There were too-small-to recycle plastic lotion containers in the bathroom. I didn’t see an electric charging station for electric cars. I didn’t see any information about using renewable energy. There were no requests not to wash the linens daily. I hope you will rethink how you are impacting the environment if not because we all have a stake in the future of the planet but because your blatant disregard is costing you business.
• BobPhibbs (10/5): Step up from the standard in the area - I really like this concept. It’s like a courtyard but some innovative touch is like a resident suite. The galley kitchen looks great if I had to stay there a long time, but I really appreciated the barbecue in the small patio which could allow you to actually have a life. The container store closet was interesting as well. And the front desk did a great job. Plenty of parking. A step up from most accommodations in the area

• 803callien (2/5): Unsafe for poc or any minorities - The hotel itself wasn't horrible but angry staff yelling loudly when we were trying to leave. Staff member was upset because of racial comments made to them. So incredibly unprofessional and if they allow staff to be profiled racially it will happen with guests , will never go back. Glad we were only in the area for a short period of time. I have never felt that uncomfortable in a marriott.
• Willie (10/5): - Exceptionally friendly staff. Anything we needed from the staff was provided promptly. We had to extend our stay and the Hotel was more than accommodating. Location is idea. Shops, stores, hospital and restaurants conveniently located. Room was clean and the kitchenette with a frig, dishwasher, 2-burner stove and dishwasher were perfect for our extended stay. The breakfast is amazing and there is no need to go anywhere for breakfast as all you need is there. Highly recommend staying here if in the area. With our son being in the Army, about 45 minutes from Ft Bragg and if we are ever in this area again, we will stay here.
