- NASLY JISEL (10/5): Muy buena - La habitación y el lugar en general son muy agradables, es justo en manzanillo super cerca del lugar donde debiamos, de hecho nos fuimos caminando, es suer cerca a la playa y en la playa. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y cabe destacar que la comida es deliciosa. Desayunamos y almorazamos en el hotel, totalmente recomendado si se quieren relajar en manzanillo. Las sabanas y las almohadas muy comodas, el cuarto tiene baño privado lo que es genial, tiene televisor, closet y aire acondicionado. Lo unico malo es que hay arena por todos los alrededores y cuando uno ingresa a la habitación el piso rapido se ensucia pero pudismos barrer con una escoba que tenian disponible para usar.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Experiencia hospedándome en el Manzanillo beach - Es muy alejado de la ciudad así que si vas de turismo a las islas o al casco antiguo , no conviene alojarse en un sector tan lejos. Los taxis ni conocen ahí ! Y cobran caro … el hotel es más un hostal ! Eso hay que aclarar

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Not only was the cab driver unable to find this hotel, but he took us to a hostel with the same name that was located in an area that required a policia escort. Then we thought we had found the correct place, and the cab driver dropped us off with our luggage on the side of the road, the place was not a hotel, but an apartment building. Once again, unable to locate this hotel, therefore had to find another cab driver, who quickly found another hotel for us, on the beach, that did not require a policia escort. This place was not to be found!
- Juan fernando (10/5): - El hotel es chico, modesto pero muy cómodo. Queda muy cerca a la playa. Las habitaciones son agradables, limpias, con aire acondicionado, y con baño privado. Tienen servicio de restaurante en el que sirven comida típica de la región. Además (por un valor adicional) tienen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. La única recomendación es que deben estar mas pendientes del aseo de las zonas comunes, los huéspedes dejan botellas, latas etc, en los pasillos y note que duraban ahí hasta 12 horas antes de ser recogidas.

- Michael (2/5): Abgelegenes Hotel - Spartanisch ausgestattetes Zimmer ( kein Stuhl , kein Tisch , kein Schrank , kaputte Lampe etc. ). Ohne Spanischkenntnisse nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmer zu turbulentem Innenhof. Kein sicheres Verschleißen der Zimmertür. Keine lokale Infrastruktur ( Geschäfte etc. ). Erreichbarkeit Cartagena ohne Leihwagen mangelhaft. Strand mäßig , nur für Surfer , etc. zu empfehlen. Habe das Hotel nach der ersten Nacht verlassen. Beschreibung des Zimmer etc. erweckt völlig anderen Eindruck. Meiner Meinung nach nicht empfehlenswert außer s.o.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid like the plague - Entering the area, our taxi got chased down by the locals. We genuinely thought we were going to be rob*ed, kidna*ped or murd*red. This place was at the far end of the beach so no where near the bigger hotels, the agonising drive whilst trying to avoid those people chasing us down gave us no hope when we pulled up to this place. When I approached the front desk, 2 people who looked like they were among those who chased us down started laughing at us. Their reaction to us turning up at their hotel was either 1) you have no idea whats in store for you tonight (rob*ed/kidna*ped/r*ped/murd*rer), or 2) they couldn't believe someone actually came to their place. Because I did not let the taxi driver leave, I got back in the car only for one of the "members of staff" to ask via Google Translate if I would like to leave my bags in the room. Nope. We drove away with our luggage and found another hotel. It was a big risk but thank God they had a vacancy.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Sucio e incómodo - La verdad fue una mala experiencia pues a pesar de que los anfitriones son muy queridos y amables, le falta mucho para ser un hotel, es un hostal para gente q va a la playa y no más El sector en primera impresión parece peligroso a pesar del susto y desconfianza nos quedamos, pero a la segunda noche se nos entraron a la habitación mientras dormiamos y nos robaron, ahi si salimos corriendo de alli, creo que le falta mucho, pero el sector está apenas en desarrollo. Lo bueno es que esta al lado de una hermosa playa y sus dueños son amables, se portaron solidarios al igual que la policía del sector. Estoy seguro de que mejorará con el tiempo, mejores medidas de seguridad y el apoyo de las autoridades

- Lucas (6/5): Hostel muy bien ubicado y con personal amable - Muy amables las personas del hostel, la ubicación de éste es excelente, la playa queda al frente y no es muy concurrida por lo que hay muy pocos vendedores. Es una playa perfecta para descansar. Comparado con los precios de otros hoteles en Cartagena es muy económico y tiene lo que uno necesita para descansar y estar cómodo.

- Milena (4/5): Luna de miel - Escogimos el hotel para pasar nuestra luna de miel, así que llamé varias veces para informar sobre la hora de llegada y el motivo de nuestra estancia, pero fue muy decepcionante que cuando llegamos al hotel nos pusieran en la primera habitación que encontraron, (acomodación triple) que olía feísimo, el baño estaba muy sucio, al informarle al encargado que esa no era la habitación solicitada, unió dos camas sencillas para formar una cama doble, (muy incómoda para dormir en pareja) y no nos dejó manta o cobija, por lo que tuvimos que usar una que llevábamos en la maleta. No dijimos nada esa noche ya que estábamos muy cansados, y al siguiente día al ver y oír el mar, decidimos darle una nueva oportunidad al hotel, sin embargo el servicio no fue bueno, en los tres días que nos quedamos, nunca realizaron la limpieza en la habitación como lo ofrece el anuncio, el último día nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, con dos camas sencillas unidas, ya que cuando llegamos la cama estaba totalmente mojada por el aire acondicionado. De otro lado Manzanillo queda muy lejos de Cartagena, es casi a una hora en bus, el único que hay, pasa aproximadamente cada hora, la llegada en la noche es muy peligrosa, ya que no hay iluminación. Si uno se quiere volver al hotel tarde o lo dejó el último bus (el de las 7 p.m.) debe llamar un señor que tiene convenio con el Hotel y lo recoge por $30.000 o $40.000 En conclusión, no es un lugar que recomiende, y menos para pasar la luna de miel.

Me vendieron publicidad engañosa, nada de lo que me fue ofrecido me fue dado, ni siquiera 1 nevera pequeña ni televisor, la habitación las paredes sucias, eso no es un hotel, parece mas un inquilinato, ni agua había para tomar,ese sitio muy lejos de Cartagena y no había nisiquiera transporte disponible, pésimo lugar para ir no se lo recomiendo a nadie, mi reservación fue por 3 noches y no regrese, fuera de eso la dueña no fue capaz de dar la cara, me siento robada y estafada.y al comentar mi caso a la línea de servicio al cliente los empleados de esta línea no hizieron absolutamente nada, llame 2 veces y me colgaron el teléfono y la segunda vez me dejaron esperando por casi 15 minutos y tampoco me resolvieron nada, que me iban a llamar y hasta hoy 25 de Octubre estoy esperando la dichosa llamada y nada, solo se que con quienes converse por teléfono esas personas son mexicanos, solo me queda decir que esta fue la experiencia mas desagradable que He vivido en mi vida, ya que íbamos 3 adultos y un Bebe de 2 años y 3 meses y ni eso les importo, que atraco tan atroz cometieron con nosotros.
- jose maria (4/5): No pudimos disfrutar el lugar - Toco regresar a mi ciudad de origen, porque nos tenía servicios de agua por un daño grande en la tubería del lugar, el cual era ya conocido con anterioridad por la administración y no fui informado a tiempo. Por favor recomendar a los administradores de dichos hoteles hacerlo y colocar señales para que los clientes o turistas les resulte fácil llegar al lugar
