The breakfast was adequate. The property is currently undergoing renovations and upgrades, but these were not in the way of our stay. All in all, a good value.

The outlets were so loose that plugs would fall out. They had power strips everywhere in the room. The curtains had mold on the bottom off them.

I pulled up a bill to show my address (they charge more if you live in county). I gave leeway because they were under construction. Then I get my bill. They charged me 265 for smoking in the room even though I didn’t smoke. I try to give Grace but the quality has gone down significantly in the last few months.

Didn’t see any type of insects in the room, just your typical pesky gnats and things only when you went outside, I went in summer so it was to be expected. Staff was very kind and friendly, any time we needed something they were happy to provide. Definitely would stay again.

- Amanda (6/5): Decent - The staff was great, the amenities were just what we needed, the hotel is older and is in need of renovation. No smoking but a strong smell of old cigarettes and weed in the hallways. The $50.00 deposit appears to have been charged twice to my card and neither has fallen off.

But our room was not ready when we arrived, stated they can’t have the room ready if people don’t check out at 11 (plus the 3 other rooms that weren't cleaned yet they said). The housekeepers were so friendly. Can’t say about the breakfast staff, didn’t interact with them but breakfast was adequate, not a big variety but I was satisfied. Very nice looking pool, didn’t use it while there. Bathrooms (ours and our neighbors atleast) make this weird kinda loud noise after flushing. And the tub was kinda moldy. The boxspring protector had like vomit or something on the side of it. Room was very humid if showering so the fire alarm will start beeping like a dead battery, staff was aware, first asked if we were vaping, then said that this happens often when showering and told us to turn the exhaust fan on (which already was on). Room was adequate for the price. Supposedly doing construction or renovations so baseboards were gone also.

Our lunch leftover steak and sides went bad. There were dead bugs in the shower and under the sink. The bathroom floor was sticky and had visible dirt.

- Dionna (2/5): - This place was absolutely disgusting I wish that I could insert images and videos towels in the rooms were filthy stains all over the sheets that were on a “clean bed” and when asking for more blankets the front desk attendant starts to go into other rooms to look for more instead of going to the laundry room. There are plenty more things that were terribly wrong with this place and I Was charged 150 in deposit and also paid for the room just for it to be Un refundable and dirty ended up leaving in about an hour I could not stay here. DO NOT DO WASTE YOUR MONEY!

- Candy (9/5): Close to Fort Knox, for a reasonable price and friendly staff. - It was a great location for going to Fort Knox. It was within minutes and was a great value. The staff was extremely friendly and made the stay positive. The breakfast was great, had some eggs and waffles and biscuits and gravy. There was some remodeling going on at the time, but it was ok. The pool was not working and that was one of the reasons we stayed there.

- Danielle (1/5): DONT - Absolutely nothing. This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. My family was in town for my son's graduation for the basic training. The location was the only thing positive about the entire stay. The hotel could not accommodate one single need. We wanted to swim and have a decent breakfast. I tried calling the day of my arrival and the day before to see if I could get an early check-in. It was denied, but they agreed to let us use the pool while we waited for our room. I placed said call at 741am. When we arrived at 2:30 we found out the pool was closed due to high chlorine. So swimming was out of the question. I was told right after you called that the water was tested and then closed. No one at the hotel called to inform me this so we could make other arrangements. We finally checked into our hotel rooms, which I booked 2 queen beds for 2 rooms. We got double beds. When I asked about this, they stated they didn't have any rooms available with the queens. So what's the point of the reservation? We were tired from out 6 hour travel and morning army events. We decided we would stay its one night. In our room we found a random pill and yes we had a toddler with us so that was very concerning, and in the drawer with the Bible was a razor blade with a random white substance. The sheets were stained, which we were told was from bleach. The breakfast didnt accommodate people who dont eat pork and a lot of food wasn't available so we left hungry. I've never heard of that, but ok. I wouldn't stay in this hotel if it was the last place, on Earth.
- Popp (3/5): If you're just going to sleep there it's cheap - The lady that checked us in was nice The room was dirty and smelly, bathroom wall had what appeared to be a small streak of blood, shower head was broken and wouldn't stay on the wall, I thought the toilet was going to over flow every time it was flushed probably due to poor plumbing, and the parking lot although convenient to our room was rough and had a large dumpster taking up 1/3 of the lot on that side of the building

- Heather (4/5): - Stains!! Bedding had stains. Back of the door stained. Floors stained. Toilet didn’t have a flusher until I asked for one. Couldn’t regulate air bc the control was broke.

- Notorious (2/5): I rather sleep in my car and did !! - If your ever in the Ft Knox area never go to the Gold Vault ……… they have wall paper pilling from the walls covering wall cracks bugs on the bud and under the coversand carpet is dirty rm246 and rm257 both had bugs and the owner and hotels.com wouldn’t reimburse me.
