Even though I stayed for only one night, they were very accommodating until the actual check-in - Tramp ist just on the front easy to traveling The price is far too high at 195 per night. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. The inside is clean, but the facilities are not convenient — for example, there is no dishwasher, and the TV should really be replaced. Overall, I don’t think it is worth the price and the rate is unreasonably expensive

Supermarket nearby. Easy check in/out. Old building/apartment. Not really cozy/well decorated. Very basic (but functional). Limited free toiletries.
• VASILIKI (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική για μετακινήσεις ακόμη και με τα πόδια . Τα διαμερίσματα άνετα με κήπο και μπαλκόνι. Επίσης διαθέτει εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα . Ενώ στις παροχές αναφερόταν προϊόντα περιποίησης για το μπανιο, αυτά ήταν για ένα άτομο και για μια ημέρα δεν έφταναν. Όταν ζητήσαμε ανανέωση τις επόμενες ημέρες της κράτησης μας ενημέρωσαν οτι αυτή είναι η πολιτική της επιχείρησης. Επίσης όλα ήταν μετρημένα για 2 άτομα, δηλ. 2 πιρούνια, 2 ποτηρια, 2 πιατα.... Ενω πρόκειται για μια καλά οργανωμένη επιχείρηση αυτά δίνουν την εικόνα μιας ευτέλειας που χαλάνε την διάθεση του επισκέπτη.

Ideaal gelegen aan de tramhalte. 1 klein puntje, is misschien dat er geen borstel was om eens uit te vegen. We hadden onze twee honden mee, en ik vond het niet zo leuk dat ik de vloer eens niet kon vegen

Direkt im Haus eine sehr gute Pizzeria, die auch abends lange geöffnet hat und preisgünstig ist. Diesmal zwar - wie immer - ein Bügeleisen vorhanden, aber leider ohne Bügelbrett. Eine Matratze des Doppelbettes war gut und offensichtlich noch neuer. Die andere leider sehr weich, schon durchgelegen.

Relativ altes Haus - benötigt Renovierung. Probleme weil Abfluss verstopft war. Leider gibt es viel Autoverkehr an der Forchstrasse. Es war relativ laut.

• CHRISTINA (10/5): Άριστα σε όλα. - Ένα εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο σπίτι με όλες τις παροχές σε άριστη τοποθεσία. Το τραμ ακριβώς απ'έξω και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κέντρο. Το κρεβάτι πολύ αναπαυτικό. Και ειδική μνεία θα κάνω και για το μπαλκόνι που είχε πολύ όμορφη θέα! Σίγουρα θα ξανά εμένα. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα πραγματικά.
• Santino (2/5): - Location, Standort Ich war seit dem 11. März mehrere Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und habe selten einen derart unprofessionellen Umgang erlebt. Im Rahmen einer Verlängerung kam es durch ein nachvollziehbares Versehen (falsches Startdatum) zu einer Doppelbuchung – eine Nacht wurde doppelt bezahlt. Anstatt diese offensichtlich erklärbare Situation unkompliziert zu lösen, wurde jede Form von Kulanz kategorisch abgelehnt und ich konsequent zwischen Unterkunft und Booking.com hin- und hergeschoben. Besonders negativ: keinerlei aktive Klärung oder Rückfrage seitens der Unterkunft keine Bereitschaft, ein offensichtliches Missverständnis zu bereinigen konsequentes Abwälzen der Verantwortung keinerlei kundenorientiertes Verhalten bei einem längeren Aufenthalt Zusätzlich wurde ich von der Hauswirtin mit einem aus meiner Sicht unbegründeten Vorwurf konfrontiert, in der Wohnung geraucht zu haben. Dieser Vorfall wurde weder nachvollziehbar belegt noch professionell behandelt und ist für mich absolut inakzeptabel. Fazit: Ein klar vermeidbares Problem wurde unnötig eskaliert. Statt pragmatischer Lösung steht hier offenbar starres Festhalten an Formalitäten im Vordergrund. Für längere Aufenthalte aus meiner Sicht nicht empfehlenswert.

• Krasteva (10/5): Great would come back again - It is near the botanical garden and 4-5 stations away from the old city and Opera. The view is great and it’s not noisy although it’s next to the street. The tram station is right in front of the property. The facilities were great. The staff was very responsive. There was an issue with the shower but this was handled quickly.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Pleasant, but needs soundproofing between units. - My apt was very clean! Self-checkin was simple and efficient. The walls are paper thin and I could hear every conversation and TV program that my neighbors had/played. If you have quiet neighbors, it is a lovely place to stay.

• kritikou (9/5): pleasent stay - I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The room was excellent—very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everything was arranged nicely, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location was also outstanding. The apartment is situated right outside tram stops, making transportation extremely convenient. From there, it is very easy to reach the city center and the main train station by tram. There is also a supermarket nearby.

• Christine (9/5): Geräumiges und feines Appartement - Die Küchenaustattung war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Da das Apartment direkt an der Straße liegt war jedoch die Straßenbahn sehr laut zu hören. Das Bad könnte mehr Licht vertragen und mal erneuert werden, aber sonst war alles perfekt.
• Jutta (10/5): - Die Lave Die Lage ist zentral. Der laute Straßenbahn- + Auto-Verkehr bleibt draußen, so dass wir gut schlafen konnten. Und die Ausstattung ist recht gemùtlich + zweckmàßig. Durch digitales Einchecken trifft maneider auf keinen Menschen mehr Aber wir waren sehr zufrieden, auch mit dem Wohnmobilchen Garagen Platz.

• Alex Sanabrias (9/5): Apartamento bien ubicado en Zürich. - Hice la reserva para mi compañero y para mí, pero por causas personales, él no pudo asistir. Así que disfruté de la estancia yo solo. La ubicación de este City Stay está relativamente cerca del centro. Tienes una parada de tranvía justo enfrente, y un supermercado cerca. Las camas eran muy muy cómodas y el menaje de cocina y la misma eran muy completas. La verdad, no tengo queja ninguna. El agua de la ducha no es tan caliente como la del lavabo o el fregadero de la cocina, estas dan agua ardiendo. A pesar de ello, puedes ducharte bien, pero podría estar más caliente. O es el grifo o es la costumbre de mi cuerpo. En cualquier caso, es de aquí que quité un punto del 9/10.

• Radu (10/5): Saubere City Wohnung - Sehr saubere Wohnung mit vollständig ausgestatteter Küche und hochwertiger Einrichtung. Der Self-Check-in und -Check-out verliefen problemlos. Bei Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten war die Rezeption telefonisch sofort erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit der Straßenbahn in wenigen Minuten bequem erreichbar.

(4 Min + 8 Min Fussweg) Wir haben eine Unterkunft für die Familie in der Nähe des Kispi gebraucht während unser Sohn dort operiert wurde. Dafür ideal, Appartement sauber, ordentlich eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht.
