• Aziez (4/5): Very poor value for the money - The art deco style. Close to metro station connections. Only one pillow per person and couldn't get more on first night - had to wait and ask again on day two. Mattress was hard. This combination makes for very poor sleep. The room was minuscule and only had one short rail for clothes, no wardrobe and no drawers. The price was really quite high and it was a big mistake on my part to think the appealing decor was enough to make it a better choice than a bigger chain hotel where I would have had probably twice the space for less money, and I wouldn't have had to desperately plead for fried eggs for breakfast every morning. Most staff were fine, but one was particularly surly.

• Esther (7/5): Prima verblijf, goede locatie. - Kamer was erg klein maar prima, personeel is erg vriendelijk. Locatie is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Ik miste een stoel op de kamer om even te kunnen zitten, ontbijt was iets te simpel. De lucht in het hotel is niet fijn, gelukkig ruik je dat niet op de kamer.

• giulia (6/5): Posizione comoda ma non ci tornerei - Posizione del hotel ottimale, vicinissima alla gare du nord nella quale sono presenti tutti i collegamenti metro e rer per girare la città comodamente. Il quartiere non è bellissimo ma comunque funzionale. Il bagno della camera piccolissimo come in generale le dimensioni della stanza non c’è spazio per poggiare il beauty case ma ho apprezzato molto la presenza della finestra. Pulizia generale buona. Le dimensioni della camera e del bagno e le rifiniture purtroppo deteriorate delle porte e delle pareti. L’assenza del frigobar è un’altra mancanza poiché non si possono rinfrescare le bevande né fare acquisti di formaggi.

Wij komen terug! Pascal & Pascale uit Brugge Free wifi was voor mij niet meer beschikbaar de dag vooraleer mijn vertrek, zo ontdekt ‘‘s avonds bij aankomst in kamer. Kon mij nog onmogelijk connecteren!

• Mehanaz (6/5): Overall for what we paid we regret choosing this hotel - Location was good for day time (a little rough if you turn left out of the hotel or go up near the train station at night) Carpet didn’t feel or look clean, pillows were flat and when asked for extra was told they didn’t have any! So we had to use extra sheets! The beds were made daily but with the same sheets. Nowhere to hang clothes very little space to unpack and very cold in the bathroom with no clothes or towel rail. No water provided which was surprising for the amount of money we paid, pretty poor for Paris.

• Roel (7/5): Klein maar prima - Vriendelijk personeel, makkelijk bereikbaar in het midden van Gare du Nord en L'Est. Leuk behang wat de kamer een gezellige uitstraling geeft. Veilig gevoel ondanks dat ik alleen reisde. Elke avond als ik in het hotel kwam was mijn bed fris opgemaakt. Echt een heel kleine kamer, geen ruimte om kleding op te bergen, behalve wat hangers midden in de lucht. De badkamer was oud en smoezelig. Putje van de wasbak liep niet lekker door. Mijn kamer aan de wegkant was onrustig met veel verkeer dat langskomt.
