Сам отель находиться на 5 этаже, ресепшн на 4 этаже, подвинули одну кровать, а там пыль и мусор! И это был представительский номер! 😬

Уточнили у администрато - Отель находится в самом центре, недалеко от автобусной остановки. Классный Вид из окна на площадь Республики. В самом номере чисто, все удобства, комфортный матрац и подушки. Здание в процессе ремонта/реставрации, поэтому сам вход в здание и подъездная группа не порадовала. Надеюсь скоро обновят это и будет приятнее заходить.

• Fırat (1/5): Horrible. Dont tricked by its location. - Only its location. The atmosphere was horrible. There was a construction going on lower floors. Drilling sounds stars at 8 am even on Sundays and stops around 16:00-17:00. Weird slow elevators that feels like malfunction anytime, dirty rugged flooring are everywhere, fells like you are in a recently abandoned hotel. No staff is present except the front desk which is at the fifth floor. Room was dusty, half moden half old furnitures, beds are overly used, super uncomfortable and hurt my lower back + double bed consists two single beds and one of them was not even straight. Bathroom was clean and ok. No tooth paste/brush in bathrooms.

• Emilie (1/5): - It’s very central The construction is so loud you can’t hear your own thoughts. They start at 8am at any day, bank holiday, weekends it doesn’t matter. The hotel gives out unacceptable rooms right next to or above the construction site.

• Henderson (7/5): Very central - Very central within the city, plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk. The main shopping street is behind the hotel. My room was clean, comfy and warm. It was noisy during the day due to construction work, but I knew that when I booked. Generally between 8am and 4pm so it didn't bother me much as I was out all day.

• Aukje H (7/5): - Second stay, this time before departure. This time we chose the more expensive room, nr 511, and this was a good choice, very spacious. Helpful staff arranged taxi to airport. The airconditioning is centrally controlled, you cannot choose you own desired temperature. The entrance was still as appaling as two weeks earlier, but we got sort of used to it and it no longer bothered us.
• Aukje H (7/5): - Location deserves a 10, simply perfect. We arrived late at night and arranged an airport pickup and this worked very well, driver was waiting for us with a name sign. The driver told us where the hotel entrance was and that we had to go to 5th floor, happy he did tell us, otherwise it would have been difficult to find. Friendly staff. Our room, 510, clean but noisy as it is close to reception. The mentioned entrance is a shocker, filthy carpet on the steps leading to the small and creaking elevator. Once on the 5th floor, everything looks more normal.

• Sven (6/5): Zentrales Hotel an einem historisch-bedeutenden Ort - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, an einem für die Geschichte Belgrads wichtigen Ort, daher kann man alles gut erreichen, auch zu Fuß. Es gibt viele Restaurants in Backereien in der Nähe. Auch Busse in alle wichtigen Richtungen sind sehr einfach vom Hotel zu erreichen. Das Personal war nett und hilfreich. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes war eine Baustelle vor dem Gebäude und es wurde im Gebäude gearbeitet. Der Eingang zum Hotel war daher nicht sehr einladend, und der erste Eindruck war sehr schlecht. Nachdem man durch eine Baustelle gelaufen ist, musste man dann mit einem kleinen Fahrstuhl, den man aus Plattenbauten kennt, in die richtige Etage fahren. Es war tagsüber sehr laut im Zimmer wegen den Bauarbeiten (ab 7-8 Uhr morgens). Es wurde kein eigenes Frühstück angeboten. Das Hotel hat potenzial, aber unter den beschriebenen Bedingungen ist es nicht zu empfehlen.

• Malcolm (6/5): - Location, view, size of room were all positives. The building is being renovated so it's a building site to get into. Floor where Five Point Square is was fine. The chair in our room had a leg which had been glued back on and so the chair collapsed when I sat on it. Staff were polite but felt a bit unfriendly.

• Metin (3/5): Soğuk suyla duş almak istemiyorsanız başka otel tercih etmelisiniz. - Konumu iyiydi. Banyo kapısı yok gibiydi. Banyodaki her ses odadan duyulabiliyor. İki kişi kalındığında mahremiyet olmuyor. Duşta sıcak su sorunu var. Soğuk suyla duş aldım. Resepsiyona sorduğumuzda sıcak su için bir saat beklememiz gerektiğini söylediler.

Tuttavia ero stata avvisata e lo staff si è scusato per il disagio che sarà comunque solo temporaneo
