The exclusive costs (bed linen per person) and tourist tax (per person per night) are mandatory costs for all guests over the age of 2.

- Gábor (9/5): Nyugalmas napok - Könnyen megközelíthető helyen található. A gépkocsi rendszámát előre lehetett közölni a szállásadóval, ezért már érkezésünkkor kényelmesen parkolhattunk. A be és kijelentkezés probléma mentesen zajlott. A környék nagyon csendes, a pihenésünket semmi sem zavarta. Az általunk bérelt ház nagyon nagy volt, katalógus szerint 5 személyes és minden fontos dolgot tartalmazott, ami néhány napos tartózkodáshoz szükséges volt. Igazából csak az estéinket töltöttük itt, de az zárt, intim kert részével bizonyosan teljes napi tartózkodáshoz is tökéletes lenne. A hűvösebb hajnalokon lehetőségünk volt a fűtés bekapcsolására. A szállásra bérelt gépkocsival érkeztünk, talán ez a legjobb választás, mert a szállás távol van a nagyvárosoktól, ami persze előny és hátrány is egyben. Kedvesek voltak a szállásadók, távozáskor egy kis ajándékcsomaggal kedveskedtek, illetve lehetőségünk adódott a következő foglalásukhoz 15%-os kedvezményt szerezni. A ház óriási volt, talán csak a fürdőszoba volt alul méretezve. Kettőnknek elegendő volt, de talán 5 személy esetén komoly szervezést igényelhet a zökkenőmentes használat biztosítása. A szállás mellett több tó is található. Sajnos a házak között lévőket csaka tó parton álló házakból lehet megközelíteni, erre korábban a térképek átnézésekor nem gondoltunk. A park mellet lévő nagyob víz partját is cs a kikötőnél tudtuk megnézni, mivel a part többi része privát, zárt területnek minősül.

No towels in rooms, but all else included like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen towel an dishwasher tablets, all equipment and fully usable, just now towels they do not warn you that no towels..? I took key early afternoon, came back really late, no chance of shower, no towels! They do not warn you that towels cost extra and you need to ask. In the morning you have to walk 200m to reception for towels, pay extra and get back for a shower. Super weird format. I do not mind to pay extra but warning would be nice! Very weird customer anoyance trap format: no towels, no warning…?

- Lothar (10/5): Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in der Natur - Ruhige und schöne Lage. Optimale Ausstattung bis zum Parkplatz am Haus. Check in/out problemlos. Automat mit diversen Artikeln, an denen kurzfristiger Bedarf entsteht. Leider war beim zusätzlichen Mietkaufangebot für die Bettwäsche keine Handtücher inbegriffen. Für uns ungewohnt, ein herausgestellter Hinweis wäre hilfreich gewesen.

- Wietske (5/5): Geen warm welkom - De woning zag er prima verzorgd uit en het bed was goed. De deur kon niet op slot van binnen, niet echt een lekker gevoel 's nachts. We kwamen 's avonds aan en er was in eerste instantie niemand bereikbaar en de slagboom ging niet open. Toen we binnen kwamen was het 14 graden, niet echt een warm welkom.

- A. R. A. (6/5): Disappointing stay. - View on the lake. Birdwatching. It was very cold inside; these homes are not made for living in the winter. A mobile heater was brought in. The temperature readings on the thermometer were off by a lot. There was an unpleasant smell in the home. The automatic parking gate doesn’t work properly; I got stuck with my car outside in the night.

- Kristina (10/5): Парк сам по себе супер, месторасположение тоже 🔥 чисто, уютно, фото соответствуют реальности) - Все было хорошо) Единственный момент, у нас было обозначено поздний заезд, так же часть суммы, мы должны были оплатить на месте или онлайн. Так вышло что в 16:45 мне пришло письмо о правилах и где взять ключ (заселяться мы будем сами), я помню о том что должна была доплатить сумму и поинтересовалась где я могу оплатить. Мне написали по ссылке, я зашла в свой кабинет, хоть и заранее там была - отметила имена и фамилии жильцов, номера машины, отметила свой IBAN карты. Но там не было ссылки на оплату. Я написала, что не понимаю где сделать оплату, мне ответили ссылку вам скинули… я в недоумении уже на нервах ищу это всё, пишу нету и могу ли оплатить на след день прийдя на ресепшн. И тут в 16:58 мне приходит ссылка и письмо, что если я не оплачу за две минуты, то не смогу попасть в домик. Я очень нервничала и переживала, поездка была мной организована для дочки и её подружек. Возможно это было недоразумение, но стресс я получила очень большой, так как думала что привезу девочек, а нас не пустят. Я читала все письма, искала где оплатить. Думаю мне просто не предоставили ссылку вовремя. Я не снижаю своих оценок за это, но считаю что ссылку на оплату можно было отправить не за 15 мин до закрытия. Бронь я делала за 4 дня до заселения. Хотелось бы что бы администрация подкорректировать этот момент.

- Nevena (10/5): A clean, bright, and cozy place - The place was clean, bright, and cozy. We loved the grass patio just outside and the large windows that filled the space with sunlight. The small lake next to the patio, with ducks that visited us in the mornings and evenings, added a charming touch. It was a nice and quiet spot for a good rest. The furniture was lovely, and the beds were comfortable.

- Deana (4/5): Don’t keep to their word communication poor. - Would have been a nice stay if it had not have been for continual power cuts from 8pm previous evening. Woke up to freezing conditions and we all felt unwell because of it, due to disability that can be affected by the cold. we had to check out 2 days early. We agreed a reimbursement for the rest of our stay, unfortunately we were refunded less than what was agreed! Communication from accommodation was poor as sent messages before hand with no response. They tried to charge us more than what the price we reserved out.

- Winnie (4/5): Terrible, icecold vacation - Sadly, we had a very bad stay. The house was nice enough in looks - but from the moment we stepped inside, the whole house STANK of cat urine - everywhere! The house was icecold - 15 degrees. We turned on the heating (we arrived at 16:00) and left to visit family. We returned at 21:00 to still a icecold house - 15 degrees still! We had our daughter with us and it was 3 degrees outside, so it was very much not nice to go to bed that evening. We turned on the heating and went freezing to bed. The next morning, the house was still 15 degrees. We turned on the heating, and it began to be warm while we eat breakfast. then we left, making sure the heating was on. We retuned at 21:00 - and the house was ICECOLD. 15 degrees! This continued the whole stay, and the reception was not there, when we where at the house. We wrote to complain and demanded a refound,we got the answer that: "It may be true that the heating goes back to 15 degrees. If there is no movement in the house for more than 2 hours.." and then we got 40 euros back! That is just rediculus. We have spend 4 icecold days with a child that now has a cold due to no heating!! Also, they did not even mention the stank! I wrote back and said we min. would accept 100 euros, since we never got this information about the heat at booking or at checkin - but they have chosen to ignore my responce and we have not heard more from them. We will NEVER book here agian or recommand this place to anyone - terrible service.

This facility should be closed during the winter, heating was terrible and automatically switched off when leaving the place. We had to pay extra for use of the air-conditioning! This is outrageous because this was the only way to warm up the place. We asked beforehand if we could check-in after office hours but after we found the key and got there we could not even shower because there were no towels which we had to get at the reception the next day after again paying for this as extra! Before our stay we had to pay a deposit of 150 euros and after we left we only received a part of our deposit back because they deducted another 35 euros for so called additional cleaning because they said we did not leave the place clean enough although we had already prepaid for cleaning too! I had to send 5 emails before I finally received an answer to my request to elaborate on the charges and after receipt of the answer it was very clear that they charge all kind of extras not included and hide the way they charge for this, outrageous! We are very experienced travelers and stayed at hundreds of places around the world but advice anyone to spare themselves the experience we had at this place.

- Mo (9/5): Recommended Resort for Families - The proximity of the Resort is very good and a nice/quiet neighborhood. The chalet was clean and decent with a small garden. The price is good comparing to other options I was there in November and the weather was a little cold, especially for the main bedroom.

- Daniela (8/5): Bring all your own stuff to enjoy the well-built home - Warm, well-insulated house. Comfortable bed, quiet at night for sleeping. There are really minimal amenities. Theres a dishwasher, but they only provide 1 tablet and only a tiny amount of dish soap for handwashing. There is a kettle and coffee machine, but there was not enough for 1 tea or coffee for each day that we stayed. Bring your own towels, the towel fee is very high and only affords 1 big towel and a hand towel. Payment was confusing, there were many fees and a big deposit to put down on the first day.

- Elisabeth (8/5): We had a very enjoyable time! - Great location, beautiful countryside. Nice chalet with beautiful typically Dutch view. Chalet gets very hot whenever the sun shines! An airconditioning system would be the solution. Or fly screens in the windows so they can be opened at night without the chalet filling up with mosquitoes. The double bed is not very comfortable. One mattress would make it better.
