• Giorgio (10/5): Ottimo hotel in una zona fantastica - E' un boutique hotel, cosa che per noi è un pregio. La posizione è ottimale: è in una via tranquilla ma è a due passi dal centro e dal lungo mare. L'esterno dell'edificio è pregevole e anche l'interno è tenuto bene. La nostra camera, denominata "lavanda" è molto bella, luminosa e pulita. Il personale è veramente cordiale, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La colazione è servita al tavolo, è varia e di qualità. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio coperto, disponibile a pagamento per gli ospiti: a Santa Margherita è importante poter disporre di questo servizio. Non abbiamo visto l'ascensore, ma non l'abbiamo neppure cercato perché a noi non interessa. Se per qualcuno l'ascensore è importante, suggerisco di verificare la cosa. Il prezzo è in sintonia con la zona. Non abbiamo trovato difetti.

• Marcsi (9/5): Nice place - Quiet place, nice building. Close to the center and the see. Close to Genova and one hour walk to Portofino. Suprise upgrade upon arrival. Bruno is a very kind, friendly and helpful receptionist. After check out we returned from a walk. We wanted to have a drink, but decided not to, as we were not allowed to use the restroom by the lady at the reception.

• Ago (10/5): - We have stayed in many beautiful boutique hotels, yet it is rare to encounter staff as warm, gracious, and accommodating as here. Even as early risers, we were delighted to receive a cup of coffee in the early morning from the pleasant gentleman at the reception desk. This charming villa, with only a handful of rooms, offers a truly high standard of comfort and elegance. Instead of ordinary room numbers, the rooms are named after flowers, which is a wonderful and imaginative alternative to dull numbering. Even the corridors are filled with the most delightful floral fragrance. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet tucked away on a quiet side street, with everything just a few minutes away on foot. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who values peace, tranquillity, and impeccable cleanliness. The à la carte breakfast was fresh, delicious, and wonderfully invigorating -

• JEAN LOUIS (8/5): Hôtel à découvrir - L’hôtel en général propre et très beau , chambres très confortables. Hôtel très bien placé très proche du Centre ville . Malgré une petite erreur bien rattrapée par l’établissement petit déjeuner de qualité. Petit dejeuner servit un peu tard surtout lorsque l’on part en excursion. Début de service 07h45 même si un petit déjeuner à emporter pouvait être préparé . Nous préférons déjeuner à l’hôtel Prix du parking un peu cher 30 euros la nuit. Personnel à l’accueil de la journée est « un peu refroidissante » en termes de contact même si elle parle le français. Nous dirons sympathie commerciale » Celle du dimanche après midi est très sympathique ainsi que le gardien de nuit.

• Thomas (4/5): Schönes Hotel, aber falsches Personal an manchen stellen - Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Der Empfang am Abend von der blonden italienisch sprechenden Dame, war sehr unschön. Kein willkommen wird ausgestrahlt, sondern herablassend durch ihre arrogante Art. Was macht so eine Dame im Empfang!? Dann noch fremde Haare im Bett, das war dann die Krönung in der Nacht.

Le personnel était très bien également Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié c’est que notre chambre ce trouvait au rez-de-chaussée, du coup proche du petit déjeuner et de la cuisine où cela se préparait, donc le bruit a commencer à 6h45. De plus à cette étage, nous n’avons pas de vue à part des escaliers. Pour finir je trouve dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas un buffet comme dans la plupart des hôtels.
