• Predrag (1/5): No com - Location and communication with the owner. We received all the necessary information in a timely manner, from the reservation confirmation, the pin code for entering the apartment to the wi-fi code. The first impression was disastrous, when we saw the entrance door to the yard, then the yard itself, which was very messy, buckets full of empty bottles, the building and the staircase look like they stopped in the middle of some work, everything is unfinished and old. The interior of the apartment is very dirty, the beds are uncomfortable and creaky, so much so that we slept with our clothes on. There were no sheets, only a terrycloth cover (stained) over the bed and a quilt that had not been washed. The curtains are stained, the floor is terribly dirty (we advise you to bring slippers if you decide to stay in this facility). The train is 100m away from the property, closed windows do not help at night, you have the impression that it passes through your room, but we were aware of this when choosing the apartment, but I still have to emphasize it. I have been a booking user for a long time, but only now do I have a reason to give such a bad review.

• Stephanie Jansen (5/5): Zou hier niet weer boeken. - - De locatie was dichtbij een metrostation. - Handdoeken waren aanwezig. - Er was een wasmachine aanwezig in de badkamer (geen gebruik van gemaakt). - Kamer was niet dezelfde als degene van de plaatjes die we hadden geboekt. - Kamer was direct naast wegwerkzaamheden die van 7.00-19.00 uur bezig waren wat binnen en zelfs met dichte ramen zeer goed hoorbaar was (uitslapen was hierdoor uitgesloten) - 2 stoelen erg wankel - Scheuren in leren/plastic bank - Airco in slaapkamer werkte niet - Douchekop kon niet erg hoog hangen, wat lastig is voor lange mensen - Behang liet her en der los van de muur. - Slechts 1 tv zender werkte - Bij aankomst eerst op zoek geweest naar bestek en glazen (deze bleken nog in de vaatwasser te zitten).

• Darja (1/5): A run-down place with an old musty smell. - There was nothing I liked about the apartment. It was just awful! I couldn't stay there for more than one night. It was just a disgusting place. Do not go to this run-down smelly place! The smell of mold and faeces was spreading across the apartment. It was just unbearable. The bathroom was in a very bad shape. The shower cubicle was leaking. The apartment was noisy, not soundproof and very dark. It was like staying in a cellar apartment.

Ponadto pomimo zapisu w ofercie, że jest dostępne jedno duże łóżko, jedno pojedyncze łóżko i rozkładana kanapa w obiekcie było dostępny tylko duże łóżko i rozkładana kanapa. Personel zaprzeczył jakoby na wyposażeniu posiadali tyle miejsc do spania, tym samym było to wprowadzenie konsumenta w błąd (błędny opis na stronie oferty).

• Badii (5/5): Assolutamente migliorabile - La struttura è in un’ottima posizione, vicino a metro, un supermercato Billa, un McDonalds e al castello di Schönbrunn. L’host si è presentato molto disponibile Purtroppo la struttura è molto trascurata. Avrebbe un bel giardino ma per nulla curato, utilizzato come discarica. La pulizia è poco curata. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono molto vecchi e con odore poco gradevole. Mancano stoviglie essenziali e quelle presenti sono spesso danneggiate. Peccato! perché con qualche accortezza sarebbe un’ottima struttura, comoda e carina.

• Gábor (10/5): It was pretty good after all. - There are multiple apartments, so this description is on ours (other apartments can be different): In general, I like apartments more than hotels, because - as here - there were kitchen and even washing machine, so this was as expected. Owner was very helpful, flexible and communicative, though we had some misunderstandings here and there. There are multiple apartments, so this description is on ours (other apartments can be different): Parking was not possible for us (though there are some limited parking spaces, so sometimes it probably is), but it was very easy to go in to the city by public transport and back. As it is on the river bank with a main road, the night can be noisy with open windows. If the windows are closed, then the room can be warm at summer. There was a mobile air conditioning equipment (which we didn't use), but its pipe needed to be put out through the window (so then you open the window again = noise). The automatic door lock (working with a numeric code) was practical, though it's buttons are quite small and one has to pay attention at pressing the numbers.

Propreté: Ménage non fait (pansements usagés, chaussettes sales, grosses taches de café sous le lit, draps jaunes et froissées, cheveux partout sur les murs et recoins idem pour la poussière et murs sales tachés). Comportement propriétaire inadapté : ne daigne pas vouloir se déplacer après contestation de la saleté. Pire agression verbale « si pas contents vous partez » et promesse de nettoyage non tenue. Parking: voiture non protégé. Disponibilité aléatoire bien que mentionné sur le site. Si pas de place on vous renvoie à un parking à 3km. Pourquoi Booking continue un partenariat avec cet établissement ?

• Piotr (8/5): The whole stay was unforgettable. - The apartment is located close to the underground station (a few minutes’ walk) and about 1 km from Schönbrunn Palace and the Vienna Zoo. You can easily get from there anywhere you wish by buying a one-way ticket valid for all means of public transport. It’s also a great place for runners, as the palace gates leading to the Schönbrunn gardens are open from 6 a.m. until late in the evening. The private parking is located close to the apartment; however, it’s not on the same street, though still nearby. It costs €12 per day. Honestly, it’s not suitable for four cars, and parking was quite difficult. On the last day, someone parked next to us, leaving a few — fortunately small — scratches on our car.

Es ist nicht möglich sich auch in der Nacht auszuruhen Nichtdestotrotzt waren diese 4 Tage in Wien sehr schön,

Lani smo morali celo sami kupiti pribor da smo lahko jedli. Letos smo bli v drugem apartmaju, pribor je bil krožniki ravno štirje vsak iz drugeg a kompleta. Toliko poceni tudi ni nastanitev koliko je bedna oprema.

• Олеся (8/5): Достаточно хороший вариант жилья - Апартаменты в которых мы жили нам понравились. Особенно понравился кодовый замок - это действительно очень удобно, особенно когда поселяются несколько человек, им не нужно думать у кого же ключ, и как попасть в дом, а каждый может уходить и приходить когда ему удобно не зависимо от других. С замком по предоставленной инструкции было очень легко разобраться, и мы по приезду с лёгкостью попали в жильё. Хозяина мы не видели но он отвечал на все мои вопросы. Неплохое расположение недалеко от метро. Именно этот вариант жилья я выбрала только потому что в описании жилья было заявлено 3 кровати то есть 3 отдельных спальных места (Спальня 1: 1 односпальная кровать и 1 большая двуспальная кровать; Гостиная: 1 диван-кровать). Мы бронировали номер на четверых - 3 взрослых и ребенок. Причем эти три взрослых между собой НЕ родственники. Каково же было моё разочарование когда заехав в номер мы обнаружили там только 2 кровати - да, они были двуспальные; да, на двух двухспальных кроватях помещаются 4 человека, но спать на одной кровати с чужим человеком приятного мало. Правда? Даже если эта кровать двуспальная. Только поэтому я и выбирала именно эти апартаменты потому как было написано 3 отдельных спальных места!!! Ситуацию от моего возмущения и скандала спасло только то, что из планировавших приехать 4 человек, один в последний момент не смог поехать и нас по факту было трое. И только это нас спасло от испорченного отпуска. Также не очень удобным было то что машину, на которой мы приехали, я парковала на стоянка через 3 остановки метро. В общем-то ничего сложного поставить машину на паркинг и вернуться на метро 3 остановки, но во-первых это всё таки лишнее время, а во-вторых нужно учитывать что ночью метро не работает и если приехать ставить машину на паркинг после 00:00 то добраться назад тот ещё квест!

• KUO CHIN (10/5): 住這太棒了 - 一整天不管出門或回來搭乘U2地鐵都有位子可以坐而且地鐵站到公寓走路只要5分鐘的距離 公寓附近超過3間超市,如果需要採買很方便 公寓散步15分鐘就可以到美泉官 最好的是這間公寓有我們四個人生活所需的一切：乾淨舒適的餐桌和椅子,智慧電視,好的空調,可以烹煮三餐的廚俱和餐具,和乾淨的寢具,好用的洗衣機,洗澡水量大又熱,而且熱水不會用完,廚房也有熱水可以洗碗,wify網路速度快和一定會回覆我們提問的好房東 我們很開心可以住在這,不用擔心害怕會有不好的事發生而且每天都住的很開心 沒有

• Lesia Pletiana (9/5): Ідеально для відвідування зоопарку і палацу Шенбрунн - Дуже зручне розташування, поруч метро, магазини. Ми запланували відвідати зоопарк, тому це розташування було ідеальним. Жили в номері 6, все працювало, був кондиціонер. Коли читала відгуки, боялась що буде щось справді трохи жахливе, а насправді все ок. Якщо ви шукаєте номер, щоб переночувати і відпочити, не за всі гроші світу, то вам сюди. Так, не все ідеально...! Трохи скрипуче але зручне!!! ліжко. Ну і рушники можна було б придбати нові.

• Emanuel (5/5): Wenn Reinlichkeit gründlicher ist, empfehle ich die Unterkunft gern - Die Terrasse war angenehm und man konnte abends das schöne Wetter genießen. Ausstattung war alles was man braucht. nur die Reinigung sollte besser sein Von der Ausstattung muss ich sagen dass vieles vorhanden war. Aber das Sofa war kaputt von Brandlöcher und kaputtes Leder. Sauberkeit mehr als schnell schnell und nicht gründlich. Die Waschmaschine war auch nicht gerade reinlich. Aber dennoch mit mehr Mühe zur gründlichen Reinigung .wäre die Unterkunft super.
• Concepción (3/5): - La zona es estupenda No es lo que se ve en las fotos, no hay los servicios que ofrecen, lo que se ve no es real. La habitación oscura y con olor de estar sin ventilación , aunque tiene aire acondicionado no entra el aire de la calle. El baño terrible acabados , se sale el agua de la ducha y no hay cómo limpiar

Note that interactions with other staff were good though.

• VALENTINA ALEXANDRA (10/5): Beautiful, I would return. Thank you! - Location was excelent, very close to the metro station, walking distance to Zoo. There is a gas station with small supermarket where you can buy groceries. Accomodation was clean, nice, quiet. The terrace is a great place to enjoy the morning coffee. I appreaciate there was heating during the night (15-16 degrees temperature). A coffee machine would have been nice instead of the filter. I would have preferred to have an oven to prepare the food better, instead of the the microwave which is too small and not so clean. This is not a complain, but a recommandation that can increase guests experience. The description was clear and I knew the exact kithchen applience .

• Gabriele (4/5): - Waren schon mehrmals dort. 3x funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. Diesmal war keine Fernbedienung da die aber dann von einem Mitarbeiter besorgt wurde. Deutsche Fernsehprogamme waren nur Verkaufsprogramme. Hinter dem Heizkörper lagen dreckige Socken vom Vorgänger. Leintuch hatte mehrere Löcher.
• Guest (1/5): Minus hundert Millionen - Gar nicht!!!! Diese Unterkunft haben wir für 13 Tage gebucht. Es schaut aus ob dieses Haus Zeit Jahren unbewohnt wäre. Es ist eine Unterkunft für die Leute die am Baustelle arbeiten und es waren auch nur Bauarbeiter dort. Als wir bei der Haustür rein kamen standen am Gang (Treppenhaus) mehrere Bauarbeiter mit Zigaretten und Bierdosen in Hand. Und es hat fürchterlich gestunken!!! Der Geruch war unerträglich. Auch in Zimmer drinnen war der gleiche Geruch. Das war nicht zum aushalten!!! Wir sind raus geflüchtet. Auf den Weg nach draußen teilten uns die Bauarbeiter, dass es der Geruch von Wc und Badezimmer kommt. Es ist Zeit längeren alles verstopft. Und wenn man in Bad steht geht das Wasser nicht runter. Man steht nur in schmutzigen Wasser ganze Zeit. Die Kinder haben sich nacher übergeben! Es waren überall Spinnennetze in Zimmern und auch in Gang. Und es hat fürchterlich gestunken!! Wir blieben keine 5min dort. Nur die Zeit wo wir uns mit den Herren (Bauarbeiter) gesprochen haben. Daraufhin rief ich den Gastgeber an und schilderte ihm dass. Wir haben von ihm keinen Cent zurück bekommen!!!! Ganz höflich fragte ich ihm ob er uns irgendwie entgegenkommen kann? Vielleicht nicht mit den ganzen Betrag, ein Teil davon oder die Hälfte. Aber nein ihm war es egal. Überhaupt nicht gastfreundlich!!!!!! Wir hatten es für 13 Tage gebucht. Verzweifelt und stressig haben wir nach einpaar Stunden eine Unterkunft gefunden.

• Guest (4/5): - the location was very good. there was a good use of space, and i liked the shower. The bathroom basin was leaking, so i didnt dare use the washing machine (the waste pipes are connected) There were exposed wires near the bathroom light. The air conditioning remote was missing a battery; I had to buy replacements myself. Two hairdryers were provided, but neither of them worked. One bedside lamp didn’t work and made a concerning buzzing sound when turned on. The mattress had brown stains. An iron was listed in the amenities but was not provided. The advertised “city view” was misleading — there was no real view to speak of.

• MikhailMartesana (7/5): Tutto ok, piacevole rsperienza. - Appartamento a prezzo assai conveniente a due passi (proprio due passi a piedi) dal Castello e Parco di Schōnbrunn. Comodo, facile da trovare, sufficientemente spazioso, sostanzialmente in ordine, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per un breve soggiorno, dedicato alla visita di Vienna. Metro a due passi, parcheggio disponibile da prenotare direttamente ai gestori. Prezzo decisamente conveniente. Unica, ma proprio unica pecca: una pulizia non impeccabile. • BAmanya (8/5): - Недалеко от центра . 5 мин пешком до станции а потом на метро 15 мин до центра , ночью безопасно, апартаменты хорошие жили на первом этаже, заселились поздно хозяин очень быстро отвечал для ребенка принесли отдельное постельное белье и полотенца. В целом для семьи все хорошо. Есть стиральная машинка, очень удобно! Нет шампуня и туалетных принадлежностей , нет тапочек и мыла, в туалете были муравьи и мошки заползали сзади унитаза. В комнате стоит чуть запах не понятный но можно проветрить. Лампочка не работает прикроватная с левой стороны. Все это можно устранить думаю в целом если все устранят будет супер советуем семьям.

Sicer posteljnina čista. 2 stola sa polomljena, kavč polomljen, vticnica pod mizo ima zvit kontakt, luč v napi ne dela, držalo wc papirja odtrgano, cev v tuš kabini pušča, polička nad umivalnikom visi, 1 luč v kopalnici ne deluje. Razočarani.
• Anne (8/5): Très bon séjour dans un logement pratique qui propose un tarif raisonnable. - La proximité d’une station de métro pour rejoindre directement le centre et la gare centrale à destination de l’aéroport.. Appartement correct pour 3 personnes maximum. Il manquait la cafetière mais après contact par WhatsApp, l’appareil a été déposé dans le logement le jour-même. Au rez-de-chaussée, donc appartement 2 sans lumière naturelle et il est directement sur voie passante et ligne de métro aérienne donc assez bruyant. L’équipement de la cuisine est succinct; il manque notamment des couverts de base. Pas de lumière de chevet pour le canapé-lit et une lumière défectueuse pour le chevet du lit double. Il semble que l’inventaire ne soit pas correctement effectué entre 2 réservations. Dommage.
