Dommage pour le petit déjeuner qui est minimaliste(fruits juste du melon,œufs brouillés 2 cuillères au fond du presentoir et froid, etc...) pas a la hauteur des étoiles Au restaurant on ne sent pas une attitude zen du personnel, saute sur le client pour desservir a la dernière bouchée. Habitué a travailler avec les nationaux, des cours de langue (au moins anglais) serait un plus pour les étoiles. Celui qui semble être le patron avenant avec ses "amis",ignore les autres,a l'air de stresser le service.

• Karsten (10/5): Sardinien ja, das Hotel nein - Ein sauberes Hotel Die Bilder der gebuchten Zimmer stimmen nicht mit den Zimmern im Hotel überein. Erst nach langer Diskussion erhielten wir ein großes Zimmer, was aber auch nicht das brunchte laut Bild war. Strandliegen sollen mit 20 Euro pro Tag bezahlt werden, obwohl es als kostenlos beschrieben wird. Auch hier erst Diskussion, dann aber doch kostenlos.

La salle donne directement en véranda ouverte tout en étant calme. 1 distributeur de boisson chaude présent en fonctionnement mais visiblement ne doit pas être utilisé... ?! Pas d'affichage.. j'ai donc été corrigé par le personnel qui me signifiat que c'est à eux de l'apporter..Bref tout à été simplement et gentiment expliqué.

• Chiara (1/5): Non fidatevi delle foto su booking e soprattutto della dicitura “VISTA MARE” - Letto comodo Ho prenotato una stanza vista mare per due notti al costo di 383 euro, ma al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovati davanti a una vista su pini e vegetazione, niente mare. Abbiamo fatto presente il problema alla reception e ci è stato offerto un cambio camera: una stanza molto più piccola con una vista mare laterale e appena accennata. Una proposta insoddisfacente, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato. Abbiamo quindi proposto di andarcene in anticipo se ci fosse stato riconosciuto almeno un rimborso, ma ci siamo sentiti rispondere in modo sgarbato: “Per me se ne possono andare, non riceveranno nulla.” Solo dopo ben 15 chiamate a Booking.com siamo riusciti a ottenere un rimborso parziale, ma l’intera esperienza è stata deludente e stressante. Non tornerò e sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Gute Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen - Typisch italienisch, saubere Zimmer, großer Balkon im Schatten, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich, Eiervariationen, sehr viele frisch gebackene Kuchen (Crostata). Das alles in einem schönen Frühstücksraum mit ausgesprochen netter Bedienung!! Gar nichts!

The public beach across the street was clean and had chairs and umbrellas to rent if desired. My only issue is perhaps a personal preference which was the bed was too firm.

• Michael (10/5): Skøn lille hotel ved stranden - Hotel Al Gabbiano er et fantastisk lille hotel som er ideel til en strandferie ved én af Sardiniens skønne badestrande. Personalet er utrolig venlig og hjælpsomme og man føler sig bare godt tilpas på dette hotel.

• Lin (10/5): Very clean, spacious, breezy and friendly hotel at a wonderful beach location! - The room was absolutely gorgeous and cozy! We had a large suite with ocean view and a huge balcony that wrapped around the corner of the hotel. It was really clean and we felt very welcome by the super friendly staff. The location is perfect, right next to the beach, a local market shop, and countless restaurants and bars. We even had sun beds at the beach, included with our room so we always had a shady spot at the beach waiting for us. We are extremely happy with our stay! The only critique we had, is that we wished there was a coffee machine or at least a water cooker in the room. Also the lights were very bright and lit up the whole room, and there wasn’t a small light next to the bed for evening wind-down mood. Other than that- really no complaints.

We would have liked some fresh fruit for breakfast and a choice of cereal other than cornflakes and cocopops. We would have liked a bus service from and to Bosa in the evening time.

• Pschhhiiit (8/5): Ideal beach spot - Easy parking with under the shade spots. Location is ideal to reach the beach and seafront restaurants in just a few seconds Room was very spacious, bedding extra comfy, large balcony. Breakfast is included and was very tasty, fresh products, lots of pasteries, nice setting. In house pizzeria was also very handy and worth the try (ready in 3 minutes !) Lots of stairs to reach the last floor, not very convenient with luggages... Lateral sea view from the balcony, which was more pine view, was a little disappointing since we booked the room relying on the photos from Booking.
• Anthony (10/5): Excellent hotel - Good parking, and perfect location on the beach with its own section with loungers. The room at the top with views over Bosa and the sea was very special indeed, and it was really comfortable and spacious. Also, the restaurant meal for €20 was very good value, very tasty and served by some really nice staff. All in all, an excellent hotel, and lovely people. The weather was slightly inclement!!

The room was clean and it is close to the beach.Clean bedsheets and towels and okey shower on suite. Was a bit far from town center where most restaurants are and the supermarket as well. So if you go by car it is okey, otherwise a bit more tricky.

The picture featured on Booking isn’t the hotel itself but rather a building across the parking lot! The hotel should be rated as a 2 star instead of 3 star. Wifi didn’t work during our 4 days there. Room door didn’t lock properly.Room with dated furniture and very hard mattresses/pillows. Balcony overlooking a ruin with cracked/sharp tiles.

Bonne restauration mais plutôt réservée à la demi pension avec une ambiance qui disparaît totalement après le désert ou tout le monde part en même temps. Alors peut être s'orienter vers la cuisine raffinée que plutôt la recherche d'un tarif très honorable mais qui s'oriente "pension"

• Verified traveler (6/5): - La foto della struttura in evidenza non è quella del hotel Al Gabbiano. La pulizia della camera è stata eccellente. Il letto era molto scomodo, in bagno alla finestra non c'era una tenda e siccome il water era sotto la finestra bisognava abbassare la tapparella ogni volta. La tapparella in stanza non si abbassava completamente Si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze e spesso se gli altri clienti sono maleducati diventa un problema riposare soprattutto nelle ore notturne e di prima mattina. La cucina l'ho trovata alquanto mediocre, assolutamente niente di tipico sardo a parte il pane carasau che comunque non è fatto in casa, spesso il cibo è risultato salato e soprattutto la pasta scotta che in un ristorante italiano non dovrebbe mai accadere secondo me, indipendentemente se ci sono ospiti stranieri (che bisogna educare al buon cibo italiano) o no.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are clean and new. The restaurant was perfect, we eat very well. To come back another time, a really positive time!
