- Steve (6/5): One bad apple - A good week spoilt by one bad member of staff. The other staff had been helpful and friendly throughout but this man kept trying tricks and lying in an attempt to get more money out of me.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - L’accueil était décevante. j'ai fais une réservation en ligne j'arrive à l’hôtel le réceptionniste me fait croire que j'ai rien réserve . Qu'ils sont souvent victime des arnaque j'ai montré ma réservation et le numéro de réservation rien il a fallu des heures pour que je puisse avoir la chambre.
- Philippe (8/5): Rien à redire. - Propreté, confort, service et emplacement tout à fait convenable pour le prix et le Cameroun en général. Salle de bain avec baignaire, eau chaude et bouchon de la baignoire, ce qui est très rare au Cameroun. Restaurant et bar ouverts tôt jusque tard (6h à 23h), petit déjeuner convenable et repas variés. Rien à redire, et nous avons retrouvé une semaine après une paire de chaussure oubliée qui nous attendait.
- Verified traveler (4/5): c'est loin d'etre un trois etoiles - Internet dedficien et ne fonctionne bien qu'a 3 heures du matin - Belle salle de bain mais pas de pression etr pas eau chaude- panne d'ascenseur repetitive malgre qu'il semble neuf et comme je suis une personne a mobilite reduite !!! - restaurant et boissons HORS DE PRIX mais bonne cuisine NOTA Il persoivent une taxe sur tout payement par carte VISA correspondant a leur frais bancaires, il faut donc payer en espece - personnel sympas mais peut professionnel pour un trois etoiles
