• Dominika (9/5): - Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo korzystna. Blisko przystanku, gdzie można wysiąść z lotniskowego autobusu, blisko metra, starego miasta, Piazza Plebiscito. Jednocześnie budynek nie znajduje się na starym mieście, co nam odpowiadało, bo nie lubimy wąskich uliczek. Dość niedaleko, idąc w stronę morza, są też większy supermarket i poczta. Umywalka w łazience wymaga remontu, ale nie powoduje to większych problemów. Mimo zimy, były już komary, a w oknach niestety nie ma moskitier.

• Elena (10/5): Meraviglioso - Ottima struttura pulita e camera bellissima, c’è l’ascensore e un’area comune dove poter prendere un caffè, bottiglietta d’acqua e un frigorifero da poter usufruire, la zona è comodissima per spostarsi ovunque e la metro è sotto la struttura, ci torneremo sicuramente perché ne vale la pena, ottimo anche il servizio taxi di Napoli con Consortaxi.

• Diego (4/5): Ubicación y poco más - La ubicación es ideal, a dos pasos de todo y en una avenida principal con vida a todas horas del día. Que la habitación fuera a dos alturas hacía que se notase más espaciosa de lo que realmente era. La calidad precio dejó bastante que desear. Todo olía como a tuberías. La habitación no estaba nada cuidada, con paredes sucias o pintadas. El baño tenía poca iluminación, el lavabo se veía medio roto y daba sensación de sucio. El ascensor es minúsculo y ni siquiera pudimos meter un carrito de niño sin plegarlo, y aún así había que subir por turnos, porque son 4 pisos y cargados era demasiado. La puerta de acceso al edificio también era minúscula y nos pasó lo mismo con el carrito, no cabía. Ir con niños pequeños y tener que plegar el carro cada vez y cargar todo a mano es muy incómodo.

• Vanessa (7/5): - La posizione dell'alloggio è sicuramente l'aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato di più: vicino alla metro Università e a pochi minuti a piedi dai principali monumenti della città. L'appartamento duplex è ampio e spazioso, molto pulito. Il bagno non era particolarmente confortevole, di bassa qualità e datato, seppur molto pulito! La sala comune molto carina non offriva però granchè, a parte acqua e caffè. La camera non è dotata di armadio, ma solo di 3 mensole. Si sentiva completamente tutto dalle stanze vicine!

• Here (8/5): - Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement et particulièrement pour sa localisation (très proche du centre et du port), pour la qualité des échanges avec le personnel et pour la chambre. Sabrina nous a donné une carte de Naples et nous a recommandé les endroits à visiter. Elle a également pu commander un taxi pour nous pour notre départ, nous la remercions pour tout ça.

• Marco (8/5): Wir waren auf der Durchreise und das Hotel hat sehr gut zu unseren Bedürfnissen gepasst. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, in Nähe von U-Bahn, Altstadt und Hafen (wir sind am Folgetag nach Ischia weiter gereist). Das Personal und die Menschen in Neapel waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Wir hatten das Zimmer neben dem Aufenthaltsraum: Man hört es sehr gut, wenn sich Menschen dort aufhalten und sich z.B. unterhalten.

The room had small broken details (e.g. no towel hook in the bathroom, missing lamp bulb cover, missing shelf in the showercabin).. hairdryer overheated too fast every time it was used. Pillows were a bit too hard to our liking :).

• Carmen (2/5): Decepcionante trato al cliente - Ubicación, habitación y limpieza Nuestro tren de Roma a Nápoles sufrió un retraso de más de 1 hora y media por culpa de un incendio en Italia. En todo momento informamos de la situación al personal. Nuestra sorpresa fue que, a pesar de todo y llegar agotados con 2 hijos menores de edad, nos cobraron los 20€ por llegar 20 minutos más tarde de las 20h. La dueña no quiso oír nuestras explicaciones y respondió de muy mala manera. Un negocio no es solo una habitación si no también el trato humano al cliente.

Kind receptionist speaking good English, possibility to use small kitchen court. Orientation to the internal yard, so also silent when considering the location. Everything was ok.

• Alma (10/5): Amazing location, super safe. - I didn't anything about breakfast The only downside is that is was loud, the first night I couldn't sleep very well because with the noise, but after we close absolutely everything it was little more quit, it was the perfect location, clean and safe. We went to Capri and the Amalfi coast, so it was very convenient to walk to the ferry, definitely we will stay there again.
• Aveshnee (8/5): Good location and hospitality - Great hospitality, the staff respond very well on WhatsApp. Appreciated the help in arranging a taxi to the airport which was on time to fetch us when ee checked out. The location was also fantastic being so central, a quick walk down to the ferries for any tours approx 10min walk. The wifi did not reach our room so my son spent most of the time in the common area to get a full signal. The beds were extremely hard not what we are used to

Spacious room, beautiful window view, clean private bathroom, A/C that works well, safe in the room. • John (10/5): Nice apartment in the heart if the city it felt like New York in 1930’s with their historic buildings - Clean in the heart if the city felt secure in the building . Ornella our host was excellent very helpful and gave us advice and places to visit. Elevator is small but that goes with the historic building gave it a different time zone feeling in the past it was cool .

• charlotte (8/5): - A fantastic situation a short walk to the shopping quarter of Naples. A safe area with a supermarket and cafe's round the corner. The room was spacious and clean with an excellent view of the city below. Be aware the room does not come with a coffee maker, fridge or kettle but there is a communal area where you can find all you need, though us brits, bring your own milk! An honesty box is put out for you to pay for items from fridge when the staff aren't there. The staff were superb, super friendly and helpful

Also just a few minutes away from various landmarks. Outside the apartment there are various stores, coffee, mini market and of course pizza and street food. The communication with the staff is great, they are very helpful and supportive. Last but not least the apartment is very beautiful and well decorated.
