- Kim (8/5): Wij hadden en een prima verblijf op een mooie locatie. - De locatie was mooi. Wij waren blij verrast dat er een sauna in de tuin bleek te staan. Op het moment dat wij de sauna aan hadden gezet om op te warmen en nog even van een lekker kopje thee wilden genieten, sloegen de stoppen door. Deze konden wij niet zelf resetten. Informatie met telefoonnummers ontbrak, hiervoor zijn wij naar de receptie gelopen. Een vriendelijke medewerker heeft ons uit het donker gehaald. Het was jammer dat hij niet even terugkwam om ons op de hoogte te stellen van het probleem en wat wij konden doen om dit te voorkomen.

- Matthias (3/5): Kundenbetreuung - Leider nicht empfehlenswert. Durch Probleme bei der Kommunikation konnten wir nicht in die Unterkunft, was dazu geführt hat das wir uns um Mitternacht ein neues Hotel suchen mussten und eine Stunde zu fuss laufen mussten. Das Personal hat sich nicht darum bemüht in irgendeiner Form Kompensation zu leisten, sondern sich hinter der Bürokratie versteckt. Uns wurde sogar mitgeteilt, dass es völlig normal sei, die Menschen nachts auf der Strasse sitzen zu lassen.

- Jens (8/5): Very nice tiny house village in great location - Very neat holiday park. Great "tiny house". Great to have the kitchen. Pool seems heated. Very laid back atmosphere. Perfect location close to a lake and to s'Hertogenbosch. We had a great time, once we had arrived and picked up our key from the lock box. 1. Communication with Staff was cumbersome. We booked, expecting a hotel-like service. Reception closes early. We had paid the full amount on booking.com, but there was some extra for bed linen. With several back and forth (email, phone calls, etc.) we finally figured, that the bed linen charge was not payable on arrival, not on booking, but had to be made upfront using their website. All the time, we were informed that our booking might get canceled. This rather simple context (pay for linen and you're done) was not easily communicated. If you book a lot of time ahead, this might be a non-issue, for us, booking spontaneously, we felt really stressed by the continued: You might not be able to stay here tonight. 2. So many websites that gather one piece of information at a time. The car's plate number. The guests names, birth dates, etc; it might have been 3-4 Emails asking for yet another website form to fill

Really comfy beds in the chalet. Hot tob was big! Bonus sauna (we didn't use). No oven, only a microwave/ oven thing that's small for family cooking. No towels provided.

- Kaitlyn (5/5): Passable - Although small, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed the toddler pool and playgrounds and were pleasantly surprised that there were clothes washing facilities. Communication was poor throughout our stay. Although they send an overwhelming amount of emails, I could never find the information I was looking for. I struggled to get answers to all of my questions and get all the extras added properly to my booking before our arrival. It is not clear that the AC is not in all the units so although listed as an extra, it might not be available. We were able to get a fan from reception, however due to their short office hours (which I could not find online anywhere) we were unable to return the fan and get our deposit back. The email I sent in regards to this has not been responded to. We were also not informed of some construction next door that was blocking us in and thus could not make arrangements ahead of time to move our car.

I did not receive info before coming to the place about the late check in and etc. If you planning to make food by yourself, bring all spices and oils and etc. Towels you can get just during working hours of the front desk, so when we arrived later than that and I didn't receive info before, we have to use bed sheets instead :) Also rooms without conditioner during sunny day heating up more than +30 degrees and it is not possible to cool down before going to sleep. Busses to Hertogenbosh going every our, need to plan in advance, Uber and Bolt it is possible to use, but for crazy high prices.

- Anderson (10/5): We had a great time and would come back. - Location was good. Site was nice and tidy. Staff friendly. Accommodation was just right, nice outside area. Prefect for our family. On our last night a Saturday, load thumping music was playing until 2.30am! As there is no one on site after 5pm, there was no one to report this too. Needless to say we did not sleep well! We had some ants in our accommodation. This was not a major issue for us as swept them away. Again couldn't advise reception due to leaving and it not being open.

- Renata (10/5): Very cozy, modern houses in the middle of quiet nature - We stayed here for few weeks while we did renovation for our house and were more than happy. The house was very clean and modern with all what you need for living it it comfortably. The house was very warm especially that we stayed in most cold weeks. It has a lot of windows so much light and small rooms are enough. Was surprised how comfortable were the beds and bedlinen- slept better than in any hotel I have ever stayed. The surrounding were clean and quiet so a lot of time to relax. There is not much to do around especially in winter and it is further away from city but if you have a car then there is no issue. Also have small restaurant inside so if you don't like to cook have option to eat there. The only thing that bothered was very weak internet. If you are planning to work a lot and need good internet connection that could be annoying as it slows you down. But for leisure it is enough. And I would suggest to park to replace the kitchen knights as they barely cut anything.

- Henriette (10/5): Gute drei Nächte mit kleiner Überraschung - Gut ausgestattet und gut aufgeteilter Bungalow, mit Terrasse und Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler, Wohnraum gut möbliert mit Zugang zur Terrasse. Bad zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings leichte Schimmelspuren in der Dusche. Matratzen sehr gut und genügend Platz in den Schränken für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Aber es gibt keine Handtücher, die muss man selbst mitbringen. Das hat uns etwas irritiert, da in der Ausstattungsbeschreibung nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde hatten wir natürlich keine Handtücher mit und mussten welche kaufen.

Welcome pack wasn't in the house when we arrived and forgot to give to me when I was doing the check in. Dishwasher didn't work. Only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days I think is not enough. Same with the gel and shampoo. 1 little bottle of each for 3 people having shower every day, isn't enough. They didn't tell us that Saturday night won't be able to get in the car and had to park it out.
- Ronald (8/5): Nice, quiet spot to relax and recharge one's batteries - The location is excellently located near some larger cities, like Den Bosch or Tilburg. The park is quiet and the wellness facilities at the cottage were appreciated. Some of the rubbish bins had not been emptied. There was also a fair amount of hair left behind in the drain, this is clearly not inspected as well as it should. We could not find the manual for the combi-microwave-oven. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and subject to atmospheric conditions. The spa is located in such a way that people from the road can actually look straight at you. A privacy screen would alleviate that problem (K11).
