- Kevin (10/5): - The only issue I had with this property was that you can’t check in or out on the premises. They have another hotel that operates this one you have to go to for any staff assistance. It’s a very short walk or drive but kind of inconvenient. The restaurant is also at the other hotel but the breakfast they offer is reasonably priced and the food is good quality. The rooms were clean but small. We booked the largest family sized rooms with 2 beds. When we checked in, one of the beds was a pull out sofa. The listing was a bit misleading in that way.

- Angela (8/5): - The original boutique hotel we booked turned out to be a separate block on its own which was strange. We were redirected to the Best Western Pro to check in where we were fortunately upgraded. We were very grateful as all the facilities are at Best Western. Also the surrounding area was dark and isolated so I would have felt unsafe walking. The best western was luxurious with late checkout at 12. We tried to use the sauna and steam room but it’s closed until 3pm “normal in Europe,” apparently but not on our information from Expedia. Parking was great, plenty and free. Fast food places nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much for one night passing through to France. The hotel is not centrally located but good if driving.

- Fajjaaz (6/5): - Verblijf was goed, schoon en netjes. Echter kregen we niet het verblijf wat geboekt was op de locatie van de receptie maar op de buitenlocatie. Dit was ook kleiner, ipv de 40m2 inclusief bad, 2 kingsize bedden maar kregen we een 20m2 kamer zonder bad 1 queensize bed en een slaapbank. Gezien we op doorreis waren hier geen punt gemaakt.

- Andrea (2/5): Kein Willkommensgefühl: Enttäuschender Aufenthalt - Unser Aufenthalt begann mit einer Enttäuschung. Als wir spät am Abend ankamen, standen wir vor einer verschlossenen Tür, auf der ein Zettel hing, der uns mitteilte, dass der Check-in an einem anderen Ort stattfindet. Dies war bereits ein unangenehmer Start, da wir uns nach einer langen Reise auf ein reibungsloses Einchecken gefreut hatten. Darüber hinaus hatten wir ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten gebucht, wie es auf den Fotos auf der Buchungsseite dargestellt wurde. Leider bekamen wir stattdessen ein Doppelbett. Als wir uns beschwerten, schien es, als ob unser Anliegen nicht ernst genommen wurde. Wir erfuhren sogar, dass die Option eines Schlafsofas in Erwägung gezogen wurde, anstatt uns das gewünschte Zimmer mit zwei Betten zu geben. Dies entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen und war enttäuschend. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, bemerkten wir, dass es sehr kalt war. Wir mussten selbst die Heizung einschalten, um es auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu bringen. Es ist wichtig zu betonen, dass es keine Willkommensgeste ist, in ein kaltes Zimmer zu kommen, besonders nach einer anstrengenden Reise. Insgesamt entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht dem, was auf der Buchungsseite angeboten wurde, und wir waren enttäuscht von der Erfahrung. Wir hoffen, dass das Hotel in Zukunft seine Dienstleistungen verbessern kann.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nessuna disponibilità della reception - Subito gli aspetti negativi. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 (famiglia con 2 figli) e la camera era preparata per 2. Si noti che sul sito della prenotazione risultavano 2 letti king. Già al check in la ragazza bionda è stata poco cortese: nel momento in cui abbiamo chiesto gli orari della colazione ci ha zittito dicendo che prima doveva finire il lavoro sl computer. Poi abbiamo compilato un modulo a mano (dove veniva chiesto nuovamente il n. Documento, già fornito, e la targa della macchina), quando i clienti dell'hotel principale lo facevano su un tablet. Abbiamo chianato dalla camera per segnalare che non era una camera quadrupla. Al primo tentativo, dopo che ci hanno passala reception, non ci hanno risposto. Sl secondo la stessa ragazza bionda, invece di scusarsi, sempre con arroganza si ostinava a dire che non c'era,stato errore. Quindi il divano letto ( si, non c'erano due letti king, ma un divano !) avremmo dovuto farlo noi?mancavano ancje gli asciugamani per 4!dopo una lunga discussione in reception solo hanno mandato a fare il letto...non un gesto di scusa, nulla!! Attenzione sl cliente(italiano) zero! La colazione invece era al top.per questo ho lasciato 3 stelle complessive

- Tobias (4/5): - Reinungskräfte freundlich und bemüht, kommen täglich rein und die Handtüchter sind sauber Das war es aber schon an positiven Aspekten. Spannbettlaken haben zahlreiche schwarze Punkte/Flecken, die offenbar nicht mehr rausgewaschen werden können. Handtüchern haftet der übliche Geruch billiger Großwäschereien an. Aus dem Kleiderschrank drinkt ein Geruch, als wäre dieser Ewigkeiten nicht geöffnet worden. Außerdem lag in diesem ein fleckiges Kissen, auf dem hoffentlich niemand je liegen muss. Generell steht die Luft im Zimmer sehr schnell. Das W-LAN brihct alle paar Minuten ab. Die Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist schrecklich. Es braucht mindestens eine Stunde bis nach München und teilweise kommen nur alle zwei Stunden Busse.

Public transport can be a bit unreliable but if you are driving, the hotel has parking. Breakfast is a lovely mix of German standards and western options. Lots of focus on local and organic. Come for the great price and tidy hotel but stay for the FIVE saunas, steam room and relaxation room. It's really something else! (also, it's textile free sauna)

Unmöglich. Keine Reaktion auf Beschwerde, leider nie wieder.

(10/5): EXCELENTE CUSTO BENEFÍCIO A QUEM ESTIVER DE CARRO - A princípio parece que algo está errado, pois o hotel não possui portaria e o hóspede deve se dirigir ao Best Western hotel que em outra rua. Com chuva e frio isto se torna desagradável. Porem, a solução é rápida e ligeira, sem burocracia e os atendentes são muito prestativos. RECOMENDO
- rocco (2/5): Vergognoso - 1 Al nostrol arrivo mi danno una stanza con letti separati quando avevo pagato una stanza con letto matrimoniale .2 Sulla prenotazione dicono che una loro navetta ci accompagna alla stazione e alla sera, ci viene incontro visto che è distante 4 5 km . Visto che non passano taxi e autobus dopo le 20 la loro navetta in 3 giorni e arrivata 1 sola volta. ( e vergognoso farsi 4 5 km di sera, specie in strada di campagna. E VERGOGNOSO CHE DIO VI FULMINI

- Wilfried (4/5): - Rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer gewünscht und gebucht worden. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, daß ein solches Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung steht. Es wurde uns nach unserem Unverständnis recht unfreundlich und arrogant darauf hingewiesen, dass das auf der Buchung nur ein Wunsch ist, und man einen Wunsch erfüllen kann, aber nicht erfüllen muss. Ähnlich wie ein Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Meerblick oder Balkon. Mein Hinweis, daß es sich hier um einen einen realen Rollstuhlfahrer handelt, welcher nun wirklich nicht in der Lage ist zu gehen oder zu stehen würde nicht akzeptiert. Im Gegenteil von der Rezeption als mein Unverständnis der Situation betrachtet. Mir wurde dann großzügig gesagt, dass ich ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss erhalten könnte. Hier waren trotzdem 2 Stufen zu überwinden. Das bedeutete, das mein Sohn das Hotel nicht ohne Hilfe weder verlassen noch betreten konnte. Die von den jungen Damen an der Rezeption gerufene Vorgesetzt war sehr unfreundlich und uneinsichtig. Mein Sohn ist 38 Jahre und Querschnitt gelähmt. Einmal Hotel Erb, nie mehr Hotel Erb. Eine Entschuldigung oder ein Wort des bedauern gab es nicht.

La posizione non e’ centrale ma ottima per parcheggiare gratuitamente, per arrivare in centro 7/8 km lasciare la macchina a P+R trudering (parcheggio grande illuminato a 1€ per tutta la giornata) poi u-bahn per 20 minuti si arriva in centro !!!
- Marion&Peter (10/5): - Das Personal war sehr,sehr nett ! Preis,Leistung super. Das Zimmer hatte alles zu bieten was man brauchte,es wurde sogar jeden Tag gereinigt und man bekam frische Handtücher. Selbst öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren schnell zu erreichen, sodass man das Auto stehen lassen konnte. Es war einfach alles super und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen !!!!!🤗

Leider waren die Schiebelemente der Dusche nicht leicht zuzuschieben, es hakte und klemmte..., eine aufmerksame Putzfee hätte diesen Schaden schon melden können, aber... , mit ein wenig Improvisation beim Duschen blieb der "Außenbereich" der Dusche trotzdem trocken.

- Sven G. (8/5): Kurzaufenthalt zur Therme Erding - Ich war mit meinen Söhnen zur Therme Erding und wir haben diese FeWo genutzt. Sie gehört zu einem fussläufig entfernten Hotel und ist normal eingerichtet. Es ist keine Küche in der Wohnung, so daß man sich z.B. im Hotel versorgen kann. Die anderen Wohnungen werden von Dienstleistern und Handwerkern genutzt, so weit wir dies beurteilen konnten. Es war angenehm ruhig und wir sind zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.

- Antonio (6/5): Buona soluzione, nonostante problemi iniziali - Il residence si trova in un piccolo e tranquillo villaggio nell'hinterland di Monaco di Baviera. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile tramite la linea di superficie S2 da una stazione distante pochi km dal residence. La sistemazione che ci è stata assegnata era molto ampia e composta da disimpegno, doppio bagno e due stanze da letto matrimoniali, quindi tutto molto comodo per una famiglia di due adulti e due bambini come noi. Unico neo la brutta sorpresa al nostro arrivo di trovare un telo da doccia sporco di feci, come se qualcuno ci si fosse pulito il sedere: voglio sperare sia stato un caso unico e devo dire che, dopo aver contattato la reception, ci hanno messo meno di cinque minuti a cambiare tutti gli asciugamani, scusandosi dell'accaduto, ma mi chiedo come possa essere sfuggita una cosa del genere in fase di preparazione della sistemazione.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Frühstück für 62 gebucht. Ich bin sehr spät angereist, 24:30, da das eine Geschäftsreise war. Die Buchungsbestätigung habe ich nicht kontrolliert, weil ich ja gesehen hab, was ich buchen wollte. Das Hotel habe ich nicht gleich gefunden, weil es dunkel war und das ein Gebäude war, das sie einfach gemietet und daraus Hotelzimmer gemacht haben. Es gab also keine Rezeption und ich musste den Schlüssel im Hauptgebäude erst holen! Viel Spaß um 1 Uhr nachts macht das sicher nicht. Die Dame hat mir nur ständig wiederholt, ich habe es so gebucht, alles steht in der Buchungsbestätugung. Nach der Buchung lese ich nicht, was unten ganz klein gedruckt steht. Denn ich gehe davon aus, dass ich das bekomme, was ich auch buche. Bei der Buchung stand niergends groß geschrieben, dass sie freie Zimmer nur noch in diesem extra Gebäude haben. Es hat sich auch herausgestellt, dass ich ohne Frühstück gebucht habe, was nicht stimmte. Der Preis in der Buchungsbestätugung war 52 und nicht 62 mit Frühstück wie ich es gebucht habe. Zum Schluss hat mir die Dame an der Rezeption gesagt: nächstes Mal besser lesen! Sehr freundlich und unterstützend! Das Zimmer war ok, nur der Teppich war gar nicht oder sehr schlecht gesaugt.

- Giovanni (10/5): SPA da sogno! - Hotel posizionato fuori Monaco ma molto grazioso e in un paesino tranquillo. A 100 mt dall' hotel c'è la fermata del bus che in 5 minuti vi porta alla stazione di Grub. Da lì in 15-20 minuti siete a Marienplaz. La colazione è completa di tutto e la qualità è ottima! La cosa più bella è la SPA che ha diversi tipi di sauna ci si perde in aromi di rosmarino e lavanda...tutto funzionante alla perfezione, qualità ottima. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Ritornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Expedia needs to state clearly that this property is NOT at the same location as the Best Western Erb!! The walk to the Dependance goes through a private neighborhood with very poor lighting at night. The distance is about 350 yards and with heavy baggage, quite a trip. Add to that the Bus stop-off is another 250 yard walk with baggage. This needs to be explained more clearly in Expedia’s hotel description. Also, ask for extra comforters as one will not cover a 6’ man!! The room, though small, was adequate and I guess A/C is not used in Germany. Shuttle to the Grub S-Bahn Station are on Sundays only. Any other time you must make a request with the Great Western Staff. Last bus from Grub to the drop-off is at 2100. Not to great for Oktoberfest folks who like the night life!

- Robert (8/5): Almost like home - The building is an older structure (1968). Was in OK shape. Room was a good size. Plenty of storage for luggage and contents. Electrical outlets were accessible at the desk and on both bedsides. This building is an annex to the main building. You check in at the Best Western, a 3 minute drive or walk. The main building has a very nice hot breakfast (extra). In the evening, the restaurant has a terrific supper menu. Also, across the street from the annex, is a great little Italian restaurant called Al Borgo. Get a reservation. Well worth it. Being our first time leaving North America, was confused on the descriptions of the bed. Room was listed as a Double Bed. This room had the equivalent of a US King Bed! Had issues with the internet connection. While the night crew did what they could and were nice about it, it was the next morning when I made contact with Marijanna. She went out of her way to make it right. As to the rest of the crew, I never found any sour workers. All had a desire to please the customer, not just me. Hotel is 20 minute drive to downtown Munich. The reason for Cleanliness rating: The public areas of the room were clean. Staff needs to check behind the curtains/window sill and clean the overhead light fixture.

Hotel is in great condition, very clean rooms, excellent service, and excellent breakfast. Hotel is a little far from the city but easily accessible through train & bus (20-30 mins from the city). S2 line to the Grub station
- Tabtha (8/5): Very pleased - We were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean and up to date. Our family suite was very roomy. The only bummer was having to go to another hotel to check in and the extra amenities being there instead of easily accessible.
- Khalid (2/5): Disappointing - No security available only in the main hotel, no hotel facility available at the location, such as coffee drinks food,reception office is very far from the rental place, it is located in other building.
- Sunday (2/5): Main Building looks nice but the extension is ... - The main hotel building looks nice the extension where I stayed was beyond appalling. The room is quite tidy but that is the only positive thing about the place. There were no air condition so I was forced to leave my windows open and I was badly bitten by mosquitoes. Also I tested the wifi network on the main building it was ~40mbps but at the extension mostly less than 1mbps making it virtually impossible to do anything.
