• Anne (8/5): - Lage ist zentral. Zimmer sehr sauber Zimmer war sehr lang, aber eher schmal. Bad war sehr dunkel. Vom Balkon konnte man gleich zum Nachbarn ins Bett schauen. Ein Fön wäre cool.

Der Betreiber kann ja nichts dafür, wenn die Gäste die Einrichtungen nicht pfleglich behandeln, aber das keine Reparaturen stattfinden ist schon schräg...

Still, it was a decent experience for the price. The room could have been cleaner, and the breakfast selection could be more varied instead of serving the same options every day.

And also there was a tourist fee charged of 24€ which was never initially mentioned nor through booking.com. It turns out to be a very shift move coz all the charges should be put on initially.

• Limi Marie (6/5): Efficient apartment - It was a great location for concerts and a 20-minute walk to town. A broken lightbulb was replaced quickly. The bag of amenities was a nice gesture. The venting machines were stocked with a good variety of drinks and snacks. It wasn't clean. We couldn't figure out the Wi-Fi even with message assistance from the staff.

• Franziska Karolina (9/5): - Wir konnten gegen Aufpreis in der Garage parken und schon vor dem Check-in. Der Self Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Wohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Zur Innenstadt läuft man ca. 2 km zu Fuß, was für uns aber in Ordnung war.

• Rafael (8/5): - Was everything okay, I could check-in early after paying 10€ , wich is fine , and could book a parking spot for 12€ a day during my stay , staff was friendly . Cleaning needs more attention for sure , and the internet was terrible to be honest , this need an update asap , inside my room I had zero connection , no remote control for my tv and coffee machine was quite dirty , I had to wash all the parts on the dishwasher . The shower walls were very dirty and fatty . My wife’s lingerie was on the bed when we came back from work after they were inside the apartment for a week cleaning , no idea why , because was inside of her hand bag … very strange . For the price I wished to have a bit more consideration in some parts (780€ a week) , I’ve been on this property several times , and this time I wasn’t very happy with the stay , hope they can upgrade in some areas .

• Pawan (5/5): We did not really enjoy the stay, we could have found better place in same price - Location was good. It was difficult to locate parking slot TG07, and when we found it, it was already occupied. When we spoke to the contact person, he informed us that we could park anywhere in the garage. There was no exhaust fan (chimney) in the kitchen. There were not enough utensils provided; only one pan was available. The window handle was broken, so we were unable to open the window. The tariff we paid was not appropriate for a room of this standard.

• Tobias (9/5): Schönes, ruhiges Apartment mit guten öffentlichen Anbindungen - Das pre-checkin System ist super. Wir mussten nur noch die Buchungsnr. am Bildschirm eingeben und schon könnten wir die Taxe bezahlen und die "Schlüssel" entgegen nehmen. Es stehen pro Zimmer 3 Schlüsselkarten zur Verfügung. Wir hatten beim pre-Checkin ein selbstgemachtes Problem, welches aber gleich per Telefon schnell und Freundlich richtig gestellt wurde. Das Bad ist sauber und sehr geräumig gewesen. Ganz nett und zum Vorteil vom Gast ist, dass es eine Tube Shampoo, Duschgel und Body Lotion zur verfügung gestellt ist. Neben einem Kühlschrank befindet sich auch ein Geschirrspüler inkl. 2 Tabs im Apartment. nichts.

• Franziska (5/5): Nicht sehr „Deluxe“, sondern kann man machen, muss man aber nicht.. - Die Lage war super. Wir waren schnell auf der Autobahn oder in der Altstadt. Ebenfalls fanden wir das Konzept der Unterkunft super mit der Küchenzeile. Leider sah die Unterkunft an vielen Stellen schon sehr heruntergekommen aus. Waschbecken und Wasserhahn waren locker. Toilettenpapier Halter, hing auch nur noch an einer Klebestelle. Die Tapeten schon halb ab und als ausgestattet Küche hat uns einiges gefehlt( scharfes Messer, Schere, Korkenzieher). Ebenso hatten alle Türen keinen Dämpfer, sodass wir hörten wie die Haustüren zugeknallt wurden.
• Monika (9/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden. - Es war von der Autobahn super zu erreichen und lag gleich gegenüber der Olympia Halle. Ideal für unseren Konzertbesuch. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen kurzen bzw. längere Aufenthalt benötigt. Toll fanden wir das Säckchen und die Schale mit allem Notwendigem, der Kaffee war sehr willkommen. Gut fanden wir die große Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf die Berge. Das Licht im Bad war etwas zu dunkel. Manchmal aufgrund der Einfallstraße etwas sehr laut.

• Michael (1/5): Leider schlimm.. - Die Lage Preis Leistung sehr schlecht! Das Bett dürfte gar nicht als solches bezeichnet werden. Bin mir sicher, dass ein Nagelbrett unmöglich unkomfortabler sein kann. Das Frühstück erinnert an das Zeug, dass sie auf Tankstellen wegwerfen und auf die Bitte das Frühstück abzubestellen, nachdem wir es unmöglich essen konnten, meinte die freundliche Dame, dass das natürlich ginge, doch Geld zurück gäbe es keines, denn das geht nicht..

• Guido (8/5): - Das Bad wär ein bisschen genauer zu reinigen und zu schauen ob alles funktioniert und passt. Duschschlauchabdeckung hing im Schlauch! Wasser fließt sehr schlecht ab! Habe geduscht wie Zuhause, nicht ewig!

• Pia- Maria (8/5): - Das Zimmer war echt top, waren sehr zufrieden vor allem die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage war für uns perfekt da wir ein 2 Tage Tunier in der tiwag arena hatten. Würden es sicher wieder buchen. Hatten bissle pech in der ersten Nacht mit den Nachbarn (Geräusch technisch) die hatten wohl ein wenig zu viel getrunken. Sonst alles ok gewesen.

• Luca (5/5): Veramente al minimo - Abbastanza moderno. Ho avuto un problema e chiamando il numero di telefono è stato risolto e sono stato gentili (mancava il terzo posto letto). Il terzo posto letto davvero posticcio, una poltrona che diventa letto non completamente orizzontale. Dire che c’è la colazione inclusa e trovare un panino fuori dalla porta mi sembra eccessivo. La nostra camera era nel seminterrato, buia e inospitale. Il check in ai monitor è all’esterno vi auguro di non arrivarci col freddo.

• Alexander (5/5): Lage für uns okay. Frühstück okay. Zimmer nicht sehr sauber und sehr verlebt. Würde ich zu diesem Preis nicht nochmals b - Die Lage Es war nicht alles Sauber. Teile waren defekt und der Allgemeinzustand des Zimmers war verlebt. Keine Heizungsmöglichkeit. Nur Klima (kalte Luft).
• Alexander (10/5): Modern, sauber, unkompliziert und tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Modern ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Doppelbett, kleiner Küchenzeile, Balkon, schönen Sanitärräumen. Alles da, Kühlschrank, Herd, Geschirr, Nespresso Maschine inklusive Kaffeekapseln, etc. Sehr sauber. Einfacher Self-checkin auf großem Bildschirm im Hof. Falls beim Self-checkin doch etwas benötigt wird, wie z.B. Nachbuchung der Tiefgarage, war das sehr einfach über Videokamera beim Self-checkin Screen möglich. Perfekt für einen kurzen Zwischenaufenthalt. War sehr zufrieden!

• Christina (7/5): - Desing, Lage, Preis, Frühstück Die Kollegen haben uns sofort weiter geholfen Das man auf einem riesengroßen Bildschirm seine Daten eingeben muss, wo vl andere leute auch mit lesen können. Es wird dort auch ein reisepass verlangt, was im Vorhinein nicht kommuniziert wurde das man diesen mit nehmen muss. Die Karte hat nicht funtioniert, erst 1 Stunde nachdem die Kollegin das Zimmer geöffnet hat. Beim Fernseher war die Halterung vom Fernseher gerissen.
