- Verified traveler (8/5): Дешевле только даром ) - За эти смешные деньги это лучше что можно найти в центре. Чистый , маленький , комфорт проживания зависит от соседей . Бронировал на 5 ночей но пришлось продлевать по факту и За 2 недели проживания сменились разные соседи .(слышимость то что происходит в коридоре большая , чаще всего это либо дети либо кто-то приехал заселяться ) если соседи храпят тоже слышно. Лучше брать комнату с окном . Хостел Ретро Москва находится на 2 этаже ,Персонал Добрый и понимающий . На любые вопросы старались ответить положительно.

- Jorge (4/5): TRATO ADMINISTRATIVO RUDO,SIN RESPETO Y AMENAZANTE - Muy buenas ante todo. El personal administrativo nunca me entrego un documento de permanencia. El problema no es el dinero sino el trato amenzante e irrepestuoso con el fin de no darme el docuemento. NO DESEO QUE ME DEVUELVAN EL DINERO sino atestiguar toda el periplo que tuve que pasar ya que cuando solicite mí RECIBO, TICKET o INVOICE la administradora me comento que EXPEDIA debía darmela e inclusive que en RUSIA no lo otorgan. Tuvo que llamar a la policia de Moscú y que dos oficiales vayan al hotel para que atestiguar lo sucedido. Nunca recibi mí invoice o similar. La verdad NO SÉ CÓMO EXPEDIA PUEDE OTORGAR LICENCIA A ESTA EMPRESA. SI ALGO ME PASARA CÓMO PRUEBO QUE ESTUVE EN ESE LUGAR Y FECHA. Ojala reciba una explicación escrita por este tema pues me siento indignado y triste por lo sucedido. Sin más gracias por atenderme.

- NATALIA (8/5): - Для остановки на одну-две ночи - хороший вариант. Но номер размером с кровать - не удобно для длительного путешествия. Даже чемодан нормально не открыть.
- Viktoria (8/5): Цена =качество - Отель находится в 5 минутах хотьбы от нового Арбата, до старого идти минут 15. До метро пешком идти минут 15-20, в плохую погоду это неудобно, до остановки тоже минут 12 быстрым шагом. В самом отеле чисто, но номер не убирали 6 дней и белье не меняли. По запросу мусор выносили) но если вам необходима уборка-можно попросить, сами убирать не придут. Номера очень маленькие, напоминают вагон купе. Нам достался без окна, хотя мы просили при бронировании за 2 мес . В номере душно, приходится открывать дверь, чтобы проветрить. Кухня маленькая, вдвоём там не развернуться, приходится ждать. Номеров много, холодильник забит некуда поставить. Курить во дворе запрещено-штраф, приходилось уходить дальше на улицу. В целом нас устроило, ремонт свежий, комнаты общего пользования убирают каждый день. Но до отеля трудно дозвониться, нет мобильного, а когда звонишь по городскому, то ждёшь соединения с нужным отелем, это сьедает много денег на телефоне. Персонал не очень приветливый, но и не грубый. - ELDAR (10/5): Честный отзыв о "РетроМоскваОтель" - Доброго дня всем путешественникам! Выбирал по соотношению цена-удаленность от центра Москвы-качество. Поэтому не разочарован тем что получил. Единственное понял, что вдвоем жить в комнате без окна не комильфо. Поэтому через 2 дня все-таки поменял на те же условия с окном. Доплатил 200 рублей за сутки. И все встало на свои места. Тихое место в центре .Недалеко Арбат. В 10 минутах ходьбы от м. Баррикадная и Краснопресненская. Прогулка перед сном не помешает. Рекомендую?! Однозначно да!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Просто разгороженная квартира - Очередной хостел, переделанный из квартиры с картонными перегородками. Хорошо хоть с 11 до 8 у них "тихий час". Два туалета/душевых там-же рядом через перегородочку, и слушать по ночам как кто-то ходит в туалет приятного мало. Найти эту гостиницу тоже не каждый сможет без звонка - никаких указателей и нужно звонить в домофон неприметной двери.
