I verified the address by calling, and they confirmed construction was the problem. What was originally a 20-minute arrival time extended to an hour because the address had not been updated.

• Oscar (4/5): This hotel was adequate for a quick overnight stay - basically just a place to sleep. No frills. - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The room was very small. There was no coffee pot or ice bucket.

• Ferrer Loredo (2/5): No recomendable si viajas con mascotas, de caso contrario aceptable. - Al quedarse con mascotas no se pidió depósito. Distancia de frontera a hotel muy cerca. La habitación extremadamente pequeña, elevador pequeño para subir cosas y cajones de estacionamiento pequeños. Entiendo que las mascotas deben presentar su cartilla de vacunación, pero tenerlos en todo momento en las transportadoras dentro del hotel, es injusto para ellos, o al menos el hotel no debería decir que es pet friendly, por que no lo es, solo mencionar que aceptan mascotas y listo, ya que tampoco hay alguna área designada para las mascotas. La persona de la recepción muy amable, hasta que le dije que tenía dos mascotas y me dijo lo de las habitaciones, donde uno cómo cliente puede decidir si lo acepta o bien se retira a otro lugar, por el contrario me dijo que ya no podía cancelarlo y que debía pagarlo, algo inaceptable para todo negocio, solo por que me vio dudando, me dio oportunidad de quedarme en una habitación con las mascotas en todo momento en sus transportadoras, con esta condición. Había llegado aquí por qué me dijeron muy buenas recomendaciones del lugar, sin embargo, yo no lo recomendaría si se viaja con mascotas.

• Charles (6/5): - I liked the location of this hotel and the Oxxo next to it. I loved the parking lot with a high fence. I felt safe. I did not like the hair I found on the sheets of the bed and the fact the sheets and towels smell like sweat and were old and wore out.

Besides tob a double bed room, the beds are so small. The breakfast was really weak, options and flavor.

• Andres (10/5): - We went for a couple days and it was a pleasant stay . The lady that assisted us at check in was outstanding. We saw her late when we got in and she was there in the morning looking very refreshed I asked her if she was the same lady from the evening prior she smiled and said "its me". I am terrible with names and unfortunately i can't think of her name but kudos to her. Great stay will definitely stay here again.
• 56003Richard (8/5): Good hotel - Very nice hotel with an excellent front desk. They will work with you on any issues. The price was a bit expensive for a border town. Good parking. A bit further from the center so you will need a car. Breakfast was very good. Clean rooms and nice and quiet.
