Kinda far from restaurants and shops of Chatham, which is good and bad. Not sure if it is a quiet facility in high season. Needs some minimal food/breakfast, at least from the almost-empty "shop", would make it perfect. Very expensive considering limited services.

It's very low-key and feels like you're staying in a little cottage in Cape Cod The only thing I didn't like about our particular room is that the bathroom was quite small but these are older cottage style hotels and it didn't really bother me other than that it was like a condo or an apartment and so it was very comfortable and sizable

- oakes (10/5): Beautiful place to stay - There was a misunderstanding when I booked it. I wanted a bigger room and they immediately accommodated me and it was a wonderful stay. Everything about it was excellent. Can't wait to go back No real negative. The only glitch was some confusion as I signed up for a one-bedroom suite and was given a studio it took a little bit to straighten that out but once that was straightened out it was perfect. They really stepped up for me. It was beautiful

It was the perfect place to host a Christmas family gathering. Thank you, John, Celia and Russell. You even made it snow for Christmas!

Right on the water and the location on Cape Cod was a perfect starting point for driving to any other location on Cape Cod. The rooms were very clean, bright, and nicely decorated. Had a room with a king size bed and except for the bathroom, that was the room. Recommend September visit..less traffic, no kids, good weather. The average rating can be improved by a more active management staff.
- sarab8242025 (8/5): Wonderful Stay in Chatham - The Chatham Tides was a great location. Short car ride to either downtown Chatham or downtown Harwich. Plenty of wonderful restaurants. And being able to be right at the beach was wonderful - beautiful sunsets. Staff was great. Only thing that was a bummer was that the walls were thin- could hear neighboring guests. But overall would recommend and stay again.

- Marc (6/5): Nette Unterkunft direkt am Meer - Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt im Chatham Tides rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft – mit herrlichem Meerblick, der schon morgens für Urlaubsstimmung sorgt. Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: In fußläufiger Nähe gibt es leider kein Restaurant, sodass man zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen entweder einkaufen oder ein Stück fahren muss. Das hat uns aber nicht allzu sehr gestört, denn das Frühstück im nahegelegenen Flugplatz war überraschend gut und eine schöne Alternative. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage – wir kommen gerne wieder!

The interior was small, but the kitchenette and table and chairs made our experience comfortable. The checkin person was friendly, but he never got off his chair to show us anything outside about the grounds or amenities. Storage of luggage is a problem, with no luggage racks in the room. Overall a good experience, but probably would not come back to Chatman Tides.

The kitchenette was very efficient and helpful. Staff was not very helpful, never got out of their chairs to show us around the grounds. The TV was very old and small, and the picture did not fill up the screen.

The mini-split A/C unit was broken but a temporary floor unit venting out the window was provided which was OK. Small item, could be easily improved to to make the comfort at 10... The light under the overhang right outside our door was bright and the blinds didn't block it well. If this light much less bright or shined down not also at the windows and window on the door or the blinds pre vented the light from coming in the room, this would be great.

For this level of resort, was surprised to have a rusted light fixture, 80s style vanity and 80s style shower/tub. Very close to the beach and beach towels and chairs are available to use. The location was ok but had to drive to Chatham so not within walking distance. Walls between rooms are quite thin. Therefore, if you have noisy neighbours (we did) you will hear them.

Rooms were very comfortable..the view, though - amazing! Loved waking up to that every morning. The efficiency set up in the room was also very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

- Taylor (10/5): - Absolutely loved our stay here. We brought our 2-year-old daughter, and it was our first true family vacation that wasn’t just traveling to visit relatives. We stayed in a beachfront room, and it was incredibly peaceful to open the door and hear the ocean. Every morning, we made breakfast in the kitchenette and enjoyed it while looking out at the water. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was spacious and nicely updated. It felt just right for us as a young family. We’re already looking forward to coming back next summer!

- Bobbicheever (10/5): Great laid back resort - We loved the laid back atmosphere at the resort. We went to a couple other resorts in Chatham for lunch/dinner and they were so stuffy. We will definitely come back and stay a week, we loved it. The rooms were clean and modern.

- L5348FTcherylh (10/5): A week at Chatham Tides - We just returned from a week’s stay at the house ( Eventide) at Chatham Tides. It was a once in a lifetime splurge for us, and I’m very happy we did it! The ocean view is incredible. Also, the house and furnishings are in tip top condition- things you sometimes don’t get when you rent a house. The location is very convenient to downtown Chatham and other locations we visited at the Cape. I would highly recommend Chatham Tides!

- HQ466 (10/5): Gorgeous views and great beach proximity! - Beautiful little spot — our room had an amazing view of the ocean. It was lovely to wake up to this gorgeous view. Beach access is on the property. We also had a chance to use the fire pit outside of our room. We loved it.

- Kirsten (8/5): - Beautiful and relaxing by the beach had a lovely stay. Only thing I wish was for the rooms to be a bit more sound proof. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware of staying ground floor since it’s easy to hear anything from above floors.

- mjensand (10/5): We will return! - My husband and I traveled to Chatham Tides based off of a blog recommendation for a mid-priced stay in the area. I feel like we stumbled on a hidden gem. Our suite was very spacious, the furnishings were comfortable, and it was very clean. The view was incredible and unobstructed. The grounds were very well kept and the beach was extremely easy to access. They had kayaks, SUPs, and beach chairs, and beach towels free of charge. Made it so easy for travelers to enjoy their stay. They are also a wealth of information and so helpful at check in. We will return when we come back to Chatham.
- Achienne (8/5): Family Trip - Our trip to Chatham Tides was very nice. The location is great being on the beach and Main Street in Chatham has so many little shops, restaurants, and coffee shops.

- DKardon (10/5): Great spot - Lovely resort. Great spot just above a beautiful beach with warm water. Rooms right above the dunes are compact but very nice, comfortable, and with great outdoor decks. Staff was very responsive. Not a pretentious place, but fits into the setting nicely.
