• Thomas (8/5): - The location of the apartment is great and it is easy to get to. Door codes will be provided on the day of the stay and it was working fine. Elevator in the house allows handling of heavy backages/suitcases easily. The apartment is on the first floor and both bedrooms are facing the street. It can be loud throughout the night. Bathroom is a bit small but fine for a few days. Storage space for clothes is limited but sufficient if you only stay a few days (e.g. weekend).

• Virginia (9/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, tiendas y restaurantes a un paso. El apartamento cómodo, espacioso y muy limpio. Algunos enchufes no funcionaban y echamos de menos algún estante en las habitaciones, no había donde dejar nada.

• Caroline (9/5): - Ótima localização, apartamento bem limpo e equipado. Banheiro espaçoso e cozinha equipada. A máquina de lavar roupas não estava secando as roupas direito, mas o apartamento tinha um varal de chão e aquecedor de toalhas, então conseguimos nos virar bem.
• BENJO (10/5): Madalena 29, Perfect 5 days stay - We had a really great stay in Rua Madalena 29. The location was perfect! Everything was just around the corner or an easy walk, which made getting around super convenient. Carla was such a great host. Even before we arrived, she already sent the building and door codes plus the Wi-Fi, so check-in was really seamless. She also left coffee pods and a bottle of wine for us, which was a nice touch. During our 5-day stay, she even checked if we wanted cleaning or fresh towels. On our supposed first day, scaffolding would be up outside for repainting. Carla told us about the scheduled repainting right away and even offered to let us cancel free of charge if it would bother us. We opted to stay, and honestly, good decision. Once the windows were closed, we couldn’t hear anything at all. Check-out was just as smooth. She reminded us about the 11am time but also offered that we could leave our luggage if we still wanted to go out. We didn’t need to since our van was picking us up at 11, but it was really thoughtful of her to offer. Overall, everything just felt easy and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again. The elevator was too small ;) but it's nobody's fault ;) at least they had 1!!!!

• Sofía (10/5): - Ubicación inmejorable. Colchones súper cómodos. Todo muy limpio. El tapón de la ducha estaba roto, avisamos a las 8 de la mañana y la encargada contestó al momento y vinieron a arreglarlo esa misma mañana. El horno no funcionaba. Quizá al haber bañera en lugar de ducha podría ser un problema para personas con poca movilidad. No tiene mucha luz.

• Antonio (8/5): Great place to spent few days with the family, good value and great location - The location was perfect, quite on the night, good space, clean and comfortable. Microwave didn’t work. On the first day someone enter the apartment while we were not there, they took away few cups and cutleries and never brought back. A bit strange.

• Pawlikowska (9/5): Lovely stay on Rua da Madalena - Great location, you can leave your luggage in the building, very quick and communicative staff and the apartment was lovely and well equipped Because it’s near a busy central street, the noise of ambulances and police and night can be heard but that’s to be expected in a central location so didn’t bother us too much

Il manque des équipements de base : un peu plus de couverts, des verres qui ne soient pas tous des verres à vin de grand format, 1 ou 2 poêles supplémentaires. Sauf erreur de notre part, nous n'avons pas pu accéder à la TV numérique.

• FANCHEN (9/5): 挺不错的入住一体验 - 地理位置很方便，公寓布置的也挺舒适。就是一楼的大门太难打开了，如果能提前告知要使很大的力气才能打开一楼大门的话，我们就不用在下雨的天气淋湿了。停车也挺方便，步行到公寓大约7-8分钟。周边餐厅很多，很不错的入住体验。

• Tatsuya H. (8/5): - The location is very good. It has flat access from the nearest metro station even though it is near from the sightseeing spots that are often located on the hill. Luggage storing service was available. We lost the wifi access for a while (but it was fixed finally). For the microwave, only 30sec auto mode worked and other functions did not work.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Great apartment in central Lisbon - Lovely spacious apartment in a brilliant location with very comfy beds. There is street noise and also potentially from other apartments but that is to be expected in a busy city. Overall, I would highly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay here again. Some drawers for clothes and also mirrors in the bedrooms would have been useful. Check in information was slow to come through before we arrived.

• Rebecca (9/5): Very good location close to ocean side and Praça do Comércio. - While we staying at the apartment, the washer machine was broken. The owner offered to wash laundry for us. Madalena was very wonderful host :-) There is shake frequently throughout the night; at first we thought that it was earthquake!

Ich habe etwas vergessen und sie hat es mir ohne Probleme nach Hause geschickt! Bei offenen Fenstern hört man sehr viel strassenlärm, aber das ist im Stadt zentrum fast nicht zu vermeiden

• Julia (10/5): - Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt, sie ist mit dem Lift einfach zu erreichen. Carla ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Heizung hat sehr gut funktioniert, und auch die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Der Blick auf die Kathedrale ist toll!

• Christine (6/5): Good location - It’s in a good location staff are lovely and it’s clean The sofa bed was far too heavy to get out so we didn’t use it at all , which wasn’t ideal!! There was also a damp smell whenever we come back to the apartment although it was very clean , I have booked these apartments before and I was very impressed with the last one which was in the same block so I was a bit disappointed this time
• Irina (9/5): Excellent flat and highly recommended! - The flat was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent, in the centre of the historic town. A downside to the central location was the outside noise, especially at night when the windows were open. However this was to be expected given the location and we did not mind it.
